The staff were exceptional - always there to help. Saoud who provided tips when looking for cars and flats; who helped us obtain receipts for immigration use, the lady with a curly hair who upgraded us to a bigger studio room, Filipino staff (male and female) and the French lady who took care of the belongings we left when we checked out. Special mention also to the tall Indian guy who checked us in and the assistant housekeeping manager with a flat top haircut and European looks - both guys deserves a raise. They were so nice and respectful. The housekeepers should also be given commendation for keeping everything clean on a daily basis. Even though they might lack communication skills, they are always coming with a smile and ready to help. Coin laundry is available and convenient for long-term stay.

Not that I didn't like - it could have been better if there was a swimming pool. But since they are in partnership with Royal M hotel where guests can go to dip, I guess that is acceptable.

I loved the Ambience. We were a family of 15 Adults and 9 children and we booked 9 standard studio rooms and they were generous enough to upgrade 2 rooms to Deluxe studio rooms. Very budget friendly. Better than what we have expected honestly. They do have their own parking but it's very less. Public Parking also available outside hotel which is not that crowded. Breakfast was OK. Receptionists were very friendly to all of us.

Each room had it's own issues. My room had problem with the mini fridge. It was leaking water. Other rooms had faulty iron box and faulty kettle etc. No Brush and toothpaste in any of the rooms. Small issues like that. But with right maintenance, they can get better.

The location is perfect even if you don't have a car, because the hotel provides free shuttle to the beach. The staff was super responsive and fast! They provided us with microwave and iron in no time.We had all the necessary kitchen equipment to cook what we want and the cleaning was on daily basis even though we stayed in this hotel for 1 month.

Because of the air conditioner, all the windows are closed with no chance to open, so there was a smell of mould in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 10 people, booking five rooms in total. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The hotel impressed us with its spacious rooms and convenient parking facilities. Despite it being Eid holidays and the hotel fully booked, we were accommodated comfortably. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception manager, Edele. Moreover, I appreciated that the hotel apartments were kid-friendly, making it an ideal choice for families visiting Fujairah. Additionally, the proximity of shopping malls to the hotel was convenient for our group.

While the hotel overall was good, one issue we encountered was difficulty finding parking late at night due to the rush. Iron had problem, tried multiple but low quality irons did not help us.

The room was clean with tiled floors and with a kitchen. Breakfast was fine. Omelet was made to order and very tasty. Price per night is very reasonable.

It did not have all the thinks mentioned in the Booking.com information - such as a dining table and chairs. We needed to change our booking to one night and were told we could, but then later told we couldn't and so we paid for 2 nights.

The location and its affordability. The staff were so nice. We used to come and stay almost every week. I like the shower kits, the shampoo, body wash and lotions smells really nice!

They keep only one towels. Whenever I’m coming I have to call the receptionist to bring for us extra towel. Sometime they bring sometimes they don’t bring. It’s always better to prepare 2 towels of you know that the clients are coming as couple.

Location is good. We need to go by your own car or take taxi to go to city or and any tourist attraction places and city centre malls. Staffs are good especially Ms.IRA is excellent in the front office, very much helpful for check-in and very professional. Price is very reasonable for this facility. House keeping team is excellent.

Staff were very helpful and acommodating. They went out of their way to assist us. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay, The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was spascious.

The aircons need a clean, the damp smell.in the room was not pleasant. Fortunately it was great weather and we did not need to use the aircon.
