Hotel is conveniently located next to the mall. Good, easy parking. Room size was OK, it was clean and quiet. We had room behind the elevators. Was little bit afraid if there will be sound but there was nothing. Nice view to the mountains (we were on 13th floor). Breakfast buffet was OK. Seems that guys were a bit understaffed on Saturday morning but they were doing good job to control everything.

Cleaner skipped checking the electric kettle. There were nuddles from someone instant soup. Sooo disgusting. How can someone do thing like this??? Please people don't do things like this, it's not normal behavior of civilized person. Windows are not opening, and I saw some spots on the window of someone forehead :) Forehead prints :) Small hint for management. Would be good to invest into smart TVs. Lack of even youtube there is strange these days. Also you have a speaker in the bathroom which is nice but because it's linked with old TV it's kind of useless... Perhaps there is a way to use it but I got bored trying going thru options.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Royal M Hotel by Gewan Fujairah. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of every staff member was outstanding — from the security guard, valet parking staff, and bellboy, everyone was friendly, respectful, and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Alyssa at the reception for her warm welcome and for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing family trip. Another great convenience is the direct passage from the hotel to Fujairah Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly easy without needing to step outside. We’re very thankful for the excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Fujairah!

Nice hotel with clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. It's connected via a gangway to the Fujairah mall, so you have easy access to shops, groceries and restaurants. But the hotel restaurant is also delicious and has different food themes during the week(Indian night, Arabian night, mexican night,...) The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Only 2 things to improve: 1. It would be nice to have fruit salad at the breakfast buffet, not only melon, orange and apples. 2. an ATM in the hotel lobby would be nice, since the taxis in Fujairah only accept cash and the ATM in the Fujairah mall doesn't accept international cards.

The bell men and front desk person were always kind. The people working in the restaurant were nice but don’t understand what a mixed drink is. I understand they don’t drink alcohol but they should know how to make a drink with alcohol.

The mini fridge didn’t work. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to fix it but it still didn’t work. I had bought groceries including milk. The repair person said because it’s a mini fridge it doesn’t get too cold. This is not true. It was the same temperature as the room. They should have switched it with one that worked

The best part of the hotel is it's connected to the mall . Even though there are no nearby restaurants shops and all, but since it's connected to mall there should not be any inconvenience for people especially for families with sudden need for anything for their kids.. Rooms are good but if you want a view then Please book in advance and check in early. We were not lucky to get the desired room. The pool and other amenities are available as promised and the staff are very friendly.. Worth for money.. nice food. My whole family loved it.. breakfast is amazing.

However I found some scope of improvement that the hotel management should look into.. 1. There should be enough information to be placed on how to operate the telephone, lifts and the facilities.. 2. The room service timeline should be improved.. 3. Upon arrival we didn't find staff to help us park the car, check in etc.. may be crowded but still can be improved 4. There should be some information on the bar and it's available offer at the hotel room..that's an inconvenience I felt..

We chose this hotel due to the location, close to the sport arena. The staff was very nice and the breakfast food was great, with plenty of options (except the fresh fruit cuts, only two choices) Convenient basement parking and direct access to the mall was also a plus.

-Water dropping from the bathroom ceiling. Most likely the AC unit was condensing. -On the second night, the lights above the window and the ones under the TV table were not switching off no matter what. Even if the Master light switch was off the lights were still on. Since it was late at night and the kids were already sleeping I couldn't call the maintenance to fix it. -The extra bed we paid for had a very hard mattress and concave in shape. (I don't like soft mattresses but this one was extremely hard to sleep on.) -Trash under both beds found when we moved them to accommodate the extra bed. -Windows were very dirty, which is a shame with such a nice views you can get from this hotel.

My stay at Royal M had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were impeccably clean with commendable toilet and bath areas. The bedding was perfect, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, the living space was marred by a torn sofa that lacked comfort, which was disappointing.Breakfast at the hotel was commendable, with timely refills of all items except for the coffee counter, whose operator was unfortunately rude. Despite this setback, the hotel redeemed itself through the outstanding performance of staff member Ms. Nargese, who was kind, friendly, and provided exceptional service.Furthermore, as an executive room guest, having lounge access during the night was a highlight. However, the experience could have been enhanced if the management addressed the issues with the torn sofa and the attitude of the cafe maker. Taking these suggestions into account would greatly improve the overall customer experience and potentially elevate the hotel's rating. I remain hopeful for a better experience on my next visit.

The Swimming Pool in Royal M fell short due to lacking amenities like locker rooms and inconveniently located washrooms. The pools were not adequately clean, diminishing the overall experience. Improvement needed for a comfortable swim.

We were 3 families here for 1 night. The staff was very friendly. I've got the upgrade and the suite was excellent. Also all of us got free late check-out and that was very helpful for us. Very good swimming pool, dinning menu. The only problem is that the beach is not near, but there is free transfer to the beach.

When I've ordered the breakfast, I've got not the one, I've ordered. It will take some time to get a new one to the room. Also, there was no information with telephone numbers in the room, so I needed to call to the reception from my mobile phone.
