We recently had the pleasure of staying at Palace Beach Resort in Fujairah and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service that set the tone for our stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the mountains/ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were top-notch. The pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing dip, while the spa offered a rejuvenating experience that left us completely refreshed. We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. Whether you’re looking for adventure or a peaceful retreat, this hotel offers the best of both worlds.What truly set this stay apart was the staff—every team member went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

The resort is smaller than what I expected. The only complaint I have is the showers in the room are extreme. There is extreme hot water or extreme cold. No in between. Even if you get the temperature at the right setting after 30 seconds of some peace it would automatically change to burning scorching hot, hot enough to give you 3rd degree burn.

The place is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very clean and the staff is very accomodating and friendly. The breakfast is really nice and had varieties. The rooms are spacious and clean. The sea view room with balcony was definitely the best.

We had to wait 1.5 hours for the luggage to be delivered to the room, after calling 3 times and physically going to the reception. This caused a delay in our plans for the day. The swimming pool could have a covered area for summers.

Friendly staff, very clean room and good facilities

Lack of sunbeds on the beach - we stayed for 7 nights but elected not to get out of bed at 7am to snatch a bed. Consequently, we never managed to spend 1 day on the beach or at the pool, which was very disappointing.

This is the best and most top-notch 5-star hotel we've ever stayed in! All of the staff are exceptional, genuinely warm and happy to serve from the heart. A few special mentions: Bonny – From the moment our car parked, he welcomed us with a warm smile. He was very polite and attentive. Khin – I love this girl! She made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. The hotel is lucky to have her. Zheena – We truly enjoyed our breakfast thanks to her exceptional assistance. Mark – He was very polite and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of, especially with our coffee. We will definitely come back again!

Most of the times I avoid writing boring reviews, but this time I will 😉 I mean the usual "clean room, nice staff and good breakfast" is actually something that decent 5 star hotel should provide by defolt. However, this hotel is exceptional. Combination of fancy and cozy. More importantly, it is extremely tranquil and quiet. Even air-conditioner in the room was decent and well-behaved, we could not hear it. Breakfast was excellent and staff really care. We were there for two days, and on the second day waiter asked me if I wanted the same tea as yesterday)) I am planning to come again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Palace Beach Resort Fujairah. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Yusuf, who was courteous and professional throughout. During breakfast, Mr. Arbaaz stood out with his polite and attentive service, making the morning experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort—the ambiance is serene, and the cleanliness across the property is truly exemplary. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay in Fujairah.

Nothing to write about.

Very neat and clean hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff in every department. Rooms are spacious with unobstructed beautiful view. Breakfast buffet has everything you need with a various selections and good quality of ingredients. Everything was tasty. We really enjoyed our stay as the family. The only thing the hotel is missing is an outdoor kids playground. Special thanks to Youssef(from Morocco) who works at the reception, he gave us exceptional service and made us feel seen, valued and welcomed, checked on us frequently and made sure we have everything we need. We will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel for another family weekend. Thank you

It’s a very cosy and comfortable hotel, the staff are absolutely very friendly and welcoming in the way that made us feel at our home. All the facilities, the room, plus the delicious breakfast it makes a great spot for a staycation! It’s a 5* with ++++ for the details of decoration, comfort, amenities and the care of the ambient (green Hotel). We felt very well impressed, it’s highly recommended not only the hotel but the restaurant too ! The beach is super clean and has plenty of space ! Thank you :) we will be back once in a while :)
