The room was spacious and amazing , the view of mosque and mountains was incredible , day and night, the indian and philipino ladies at the reception were extremely nice, we could check out at 2 pm, the jacuzzi was big and facilities were nice, it's in the middle of the city, 10 min away from the beach

The check in couldn't be earlier than 3 pm but i can understand that because it was fully booked. the swimming pool was divided to 2 , so not like the pictures, but everything else was great

I liked the general atmosphere in the hotel. The staff were very nice and kind. They let you feel like you are at home.

The stay with amazing. I came with my family and they really enjoyed the facilities. We all loved the pool so much. I tried the jacuzzi which was incredible. Will come back in Dec with a friend, she already booked the room for us.

There isn’t a lot that I didn’t liked. Only the fact that the lift used to get to the pool is not air conditioned which was a little suffocating. Another thing was that when I took a shower, the entire floor was wet even though I was inside the tub. It was a little frustrating and unsafe as the entire floor was flooded with water.

I like the location, cleaneness, close to everything and the staff of the hotel are the best very helpful and looking after my comfort while I’m staying with them and the staff front desk they are so nice and helpful they don’t care about the money and their priorities is my comfort while I’m staying there and provide everything I need immediately with big smile and the breakfast so good verities of everything and they serve you even you are late they care for the tenants so much. I would like to extend my regards to the sweet people of the front desk the manager Mr Aboud Khori and the supervisors Miss Hajer and Mr. Ibrahim and the big smile face miss Afaf they are all of them are very helpful they let me stay late check out without any extra charges the care for the customers and nod not for money and they care of the reputation of the hotel

honestly everything is perfect

The way I was assisted and helped by Hajar the reception manager was Just outstanding. Also the next day I was helped by her co-worker I think Hind? You know what they say. The people make a place. Well the people working at this Hotel certainly make this place a better one. Kind, service-driven and asking for what can make your stay even more comfortable. I was given a beautiful room with a vieuw on the great Mosk. Thnx for that Hind and the welcome fruit basket. Everything was well explained and I knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I enjoyed my short but pleasant stay. It's a great place where hygiëne is of importance because It's kept clean and neet. The bed was big and very comfortable. I had everything I needed in the room. Coffee machine, water Cooker, bottles of water, towels, something to wear on your feet, a big closet for all your belongings, a secured safe where you can leave important items, hairdryer, toothbrush, etc etc. Complete. And I'm sure if there was something missing a simple Phone call to Hind and it would be arranged. Enjoyed the swimmingpool, the sauna, a massage and jacuzi. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. And I Will be back in the future God willing.

The only thing that can be approved is a bit more choices in food at breakfast. Besides that I dont have anything mentionable that felt not good. I Will be back but next time with my family. Thank you so much.

The buffet is really good and is not expensive.

A towel for the bathroom was missing. We also had a good breakfast and although we left the diner 2 hours before closing time and started breakfast 2 hours after the opening time, our dirty plates and glass work of the diner were still on the table at breakfast. It wasn't busy at all, so don't see why nobody bothered to clean our table in 12 hours.

every thing was perfect, i am one of the loyal customer of concord hotel, its was the first hotel i visit in my life and i did not really try to visit any hotel else :)

I opted for a King size bedroom, to my surprise, the staff offered me an upgrade to one of their suites. It was really really nice, with a fantastic view. The breakfast was outstanding. Big thanks to the Tunisian receptionist I really recommend it !

Parking .. you need to use two separate lifts to get to the parking. Same for the pool as they are in another building. There's also a plenty of parking lots around the hotel that can be used instead.
