It was a very pleasant stay. Mr. Naveed welcomed us warmly at the reception. We were staying one night, and he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view and briefly detailed the hotel services and facilities. The suite was very tidy and clean. The buffet at the restaurant had a variety of dishes. I am vegetarian and enjoyed our two meals (Dinner and breakfast). My husband (non-vegetarian) had the same impression. The staff in general were very professional. The person in charge of the egg frying at breakfast did a super job in understanding all the languages and controlling the line very peacefully. The person at the restaurant entrance was professional, trying to adjust to everybody without waiting. It was a noticeable staff effort. Good location. We had an excellent stay.

It's just the right place for family and couples. We stayed in the 23rd floor. Room was so clean and comfortable with the amenities you need . It has a sofa bed if you have a little kid with you. The gym and swimming pool with changing and showers facilities. Pool size is perfect and relaxing sunbeds with pool bar and shisha.. breakfast buffet was with very good variety of Arabic, continental and Asian cuisines.. Nearby to everything you need shops, mall, hypermarket, beach.. Staff are very polite and friendly, big thanks to receptionist Naveen. It's highly recommended and the price is very reasonable.

very good hotel location is a plus point. There are many restaurants close by. Neat & clean hotel . Clean bedding, washrooms are good with bath tub + wash area, Iron , kettle is provided in room. Staff & Service is good. connecting rooms are provided on prior request & availability. Breakfast spread is nice inclusion of almost everything, including( Indian dishes) Parking is available. Pool is good Naveed at reception was helpful Arman is breakfast was kind and welcoming. This hotel is recommended. Will surely come back

The location is very good. Overall, all the staff members were very cooperative.

Hotel or the breakfast restaurant needs to work on some innovative way to avoid wastage of food. During breakfast, many guests were wasting so much food. This is discussed with the restaurant staff. They are aware of this issue. Hope that they will take some positive action.

Armaan was super exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure everything was great. Very very decent and Customer focused person. Naveed also was very good

The Room Cleaning service was not up to the mark. I finished my task and returned to my room on Day 1 at o'clock and he had just started to clean the room, so I asked him to leave

My stay was perfect.I love the view from my room exclusive Mountain View. communication between staff is a bit off, i wanted to get water so called room service they told me to call housekeeping and housekeeping sent me back to room service in the bathroom there is no shampoo/shower gel next to the bathtub but there are ones in the shower but because the bottles are secured you can’t easily take them from shower to the bath tub

Hi I would like to open a investigation request on one of your staffs, I called the room service @1:00 night on 3 June 2021 and the lady who was on the phone was very unprofessional in talking I ask for a water she said u have to pay for water !!!! She was very very very bad in talking to me even at last when I said thank you she didn’t answer and she closed the line on my face this is very unprofessional and unethical, I hope u take the action against her coz this is a very bad image for your hotel U free to can call me any time if you need more details /050_6946699 /055_4564884. The room though not very big was cosy and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast spread, lot of options to choose from . Overall a good stay for couple of days. The location was very good as it's in the heart of Fujairah city.

The staff I approached should have answered me regarding my checkout in a different way rather than saying no right away without checking the details. Approached the counter to confirm my approved late check out, requested days before i arrived in Fujairah. She should have checked all the details first before saying that we don't accommodate late check out. That would have been a good service. Generally I enjoyed it but that instance where am on my last few hours of stay made it uncomfortable. I understand that she might be busy at the time am talking to her or she's tired, she should have asked me to seat and wait. There's a lot of ways to deal with guests. Another thing is the TV. Should have been accessible to casting from phone to television.
