Amazing outdoor location, one of is kind in the UAE. Stunning mountains views, variety of hiking routes and activities within the resort itself. Very nice rooms, friendly stuff and good breakfast. A tip - pay few hundred AEDs extra and take a proper lodge with mountain view to have a full immersion into the nature.

The price, is a high. Also the description on booking .com is not sufficient. Need to be supported by more pic to clarify the room size and facility.

The view strongly depends on the caravan and could vary from amazing (on the mountains) to mediocre (on the reception/ fence). The caravan was too noise (AC, water heater, power generator) so it really disturbed the silence and peacefulness of the moment. The price was also a little bit too high for such an experience (could be explained by the season and Spartan Race nearby)

Location of the resort with view of the mountains. The porch area in front of the camper van is a nice relaxation space, private but still sociable with others. The toilets and shower facilities which were shared facilities with the other camper van residents - were very clean, well designed and well maintained. Very well marked walkways into the nearby hills allowing walking / hiking access for those wanting to get closer to the mountains.

The camper van can feel too compact after a couple of days; but for a short break, it has all necessary amenities. Suggestion to have a booking option where the price includes 'accommodation only', without the included access to resort activities. As there are no children in the family, we did not really need the activities.

Breakfast was more than adequate considering being in a two star hotel. The picnic basket was a nice touch.

It would have been great to know what exactly we need for the BBQ as we did not know what was provided or not. It would also be nice to have a rinse station outside for food and so on as we had to use the toilet sink which is not the most hygienic.

I don’t know where to start. To be a campground/glamping… it was perfect! We got the camper option, plenty of beds, linen, towels etc! It was amazing. Whole family loved it. Can’t wait to go back. Activities, facilities, staff, all clean and friendly -little to no bugs nor rodents. Saw maybe two cats the whole time and they didn’t linger.

Excited to see what they’ll offer for children under 4yrs/under 90cm because that’s my only feedback- my smallest one had nothing to do besides throw rocks all over the place- to be fair, which he also loved. Wish the in-camper stove was operable- they deactivated it.

We have booked a dome tent with a private pool and we could not have been happier with this choice. The location, views, cleanliness, comfort were really unparalleled. The resort provides wood for the bonfire and coal for the barbecue daily, and there are all amenities required for a great glamping experience. Transport to/from dome and reception/activities area was by Buggy. There are so many activities for the whole family to enjoy (trampoline, climbing wall, zipline, rope course, hiking, etc.) There are some restrictions for accessing activities (age, weight, height) but still a LOT to do even for small children. There is an extra charge for few of the activities. There are many food trucks and a coffee shop (opening times were impacted during Ramadan but there was one restaurant open throughout the day).

We have had one issue with dinner where we have requested the food to be delivered at 6pm but it wasn't until 7.30pm when we had to cancel and order from outside. This was an inconvenience since we had small children. Otherwise service was good and timely.

loved how the lodge has a minimalistic modern design, the wall sized window and large balcony were lovely. The large private outdoor bbq area made the whole experience much better as it gave us a nighttime activity, we loved that the resort offers the bbq tools for us. We also loved that we had free access to enjoy the activities outside as that added so much more excitement and fun to the trip.

-The price you pay is that of a luxury hotel stay when its not as luxurious as a hotel. -one of our pillows had a dusty odor, -staff were good but aren't at the same level of a 5 star hotel staff which is what you expect from the price.

Amazing glamping. We stayed in the Domes, which had everything that a hotel room normally provides. Mountain bike rental with top quality bikes, and amazing trails. Lots of hiking right at the resort - although some signs to the hiking trails were swept away by the rains last year and trails not easy to find. Activities are all exciting, staff is friendly and focus on safety is high. Enjoyed relaxing at the small private pools. Had a bonfire and BBQ - wood, coal and starters provided by resort. Can only highly recommend if you like active holidays and escapes.

I loved the privacy, the peace of mind in that area and place. The lodge was perfect , clean and nicely arranged. I loved the availability of a private barbecue area. Everything about this place was truly magical

I did not like the breakfast, i took a night including breakfast thinking it was fancy and properly presented for two couple. But honestly it was not worth it at all. The food was the worst thing, i would definitely come back but with no breakfast! The shower area is super clean and nicely arranged but the shower glass could be made a little wider to prevent water messing up the whole bathroom.
