I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome set the tone for the entire experience. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I really appreciated the convenient location in the heart of Fujairah, close to shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities including the pool well maintained and enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options and the quality was excellent. Overall, this property perfectly blends comfort, hospitality and convenience.

Honestly, there’s nothing I can really point out that I didn’t like. If there were small issues here and there, they were hardly noticeable and didn’t affect my stay at all. Everything met my expectations and I left with a positive impression.

Had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City. A special thanks to Ms. Valeria for the warm and smooth check-in—her welcoming attitude set a great tone for the visit. The ambiance and location of the hotel are excellent, especially considering the value for money. There were some renovation works going on during our stay, which led to temporary arrangements for breakfast. Despite this, the staff managed things efficiently, and the service remained commendable. Looking forward to seeing the full setup once the work is completed, as it would certainly enhance the overall breakfast experience.

Excellent service from the staff , thanks for Abdelghafour who encourage us to extend our stay and makes our journey smooth. His welcoming is exceptional and anything you need he is present to assist .. I highly recommend him ..1st time in this hotel and 100% will be back .

The connection room better to give it to same family members . I was discomfort with other guest on the connected room however once I complain they automatically changed our room and make us pleasant. Thanks again for the excellent service of your receptionists.

I don’t like sleeping on your pillows they are very uncomfortable. My neck are always hurting when I wake up in the morning they are very high for me.

The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient, thanks to Ms Hidsa and Ms. Su, who were courteous and professional throughout. The breakfast is very good as well. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, and the cleanliness across the property is truly exemplary. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay in Fujairah.

The ambience in general. It was my first time visiting this hotel. But I was so amazed by the courtesy of staff. Front desk members are so attentive and helpful. I did not have the chance to try other facilities like a swimming pool and gym. In my next visit, I would love to try.

I was really disappointed with the parking place. Whatever the reason, there is no point in keeping your guests parking outside because the underground parking is not designed to receive SUVs and bigger cars.

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Shower was a bit complicated. Not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom, but was manageable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We signed up for the cooking class for our kids, which they enjoyed. But it was a bit annoying as we were asked for payment every 10 minutes. We tried the Streatz restaurant, which was quite good. Big portions and reasonably priced. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider to come back. Free parking also helped.

Rooms could have been cleaned better. I took half board and dinner was served in the restaurant at the hotel, but tea was not included in the price and once I ordered it separately, I was given exactly the same tea bag as available in the room free of charge, but in restaurant it cost me 20Aed. To my mind, tea should be included in half board as it is done in other hotels in Fujairah.

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in Fujairah. The value for money was excellent, and the prime location near Umbrella Beach was perfect for our mid-afternoon visits. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, but the coffee was not that good. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service. Overall, a great experience that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The coffee machine at the restaurant was a bad choice, we tried different types of coffee, but unfortunately, all were tasteless. I suggest that the hotel management should consider replacing that type of machine.
