Had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City. A special thanks to Ms. Valeria for the warm and smooth check-in—her welcoming attitude set a great tone for the visit. The ambiance and location of the hotel are excellent, especially considering the value for money. There were some renovation works going on during our stay, which led to temporary arrangements for breakfast. Despite this, the staff managed things efficiently, and the service remained commendable. Looking forward to seeing the full setup once the work is completed, as it would certainly enhance the overall breakfast experience.

I really enjoy staying at the hotel the staff are really friendly and the rooms are very clean

I don’t like sleeping on your pillows they are very uncomfortable. My neck are always hurting when I wake up in the morning they are very high for me.

The ambience in general. It was my first time visiting this hotel. But I was so amazed by the courtesy of staff. Front desk members are so attentive and helpful. I did not have the chance to try other facilities like a swimming pool and gym. In my next visit, I would love to try.

I was really disappointed with the parking place. Whatever the reason, there is no point in keeping your guests parking outside because the underground parking is not designed to receive SUVs and bigger cars.

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Shower was a bit complicated. Not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom, but was manageable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We signed up for the cooking class for our kids, which they enjoyed. But it was a bit annoying as we were asked for payment every 10 minutes. We tried the Streatz restaurant, which was quite good. Big portions and reasonably priced. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider to come back. Free parking also helped.

Maybe the location, but we had a car.

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in Fujairah. The value for money was excellent, and the prime location near Umbrella Beach was perfect for our mid-afternoon visits. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, but the coffee was not that good. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service. Overall, a great experience that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The coffee machine at the restaurant was a bad choice, we tried different types of coffee, but unfortunately, all were tasteless. I suggest that the hotel management should consider replacing that type of machine.

The hotel is very clean, we loved our spacious rooms and the view. Great Location. The staff are very friendly. Mahmoud from the front desk and Nour from the concierge were very welcoming, professional and helpful. They both exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next stay :)

Phone in the room wasn't working, had to keep going down to the front desk whenever we needed to order food from room service, housekeeping or call the restaurant for reservation. so unfortunate.

Location is great as it's in the center of Fujairah town and accessible to various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel looks modern and stylish. The customer service is top-notch as well!

The room that we stayed in feel not sound-proof enough and throughout the night you can hear the noise from the adjacent room. Even the people walking along the corridor can be heard.

The staff all are great personalities and helpful . Specially Akram The breakfast and room service foods were delicious, 10/10 Smooth check inn and out. The swimming pool is good and the gym too. I would recommend it to all, and i will plan to go back soon and spend more time.

The hotel is very clean, the reception and housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. The layout of the restaurant 1550 is highly efficient and made in a way, that it does not feel crowded and the sitting area is separated from the serving one, which gives space both physically and emotionally as well. It was also safe and convenient to stay there with a toddler. The swimming pool was warm, so we enjoyed staying there even at 8 a.m. in December.

I booked via booking.com and the hotel charged me upon check-in, but at the moment of check-out, I had to be charged for something again, because they did not debit the correct amount upon check-in. The housekeeping took the dirty towels from the bathroom but forgot to put new ones, so I had to call them and follow up on this. Also, I noticed that they didn't wipe the table while cleaning, so I had to remove the breadcrumbs which my kid left there myself.
