Actually,the location is in the centre of the city,all staff there are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is average.

The noise of pubs and night clubs.Imagine you go to breakfast at 6:30 A.M and the British Pub is still open and they are fighting inside.It is really noisy every day.Moreover,the looking of prostitutes and drunk people in the hotel lobby is not good for families.The good thing,their security make everything under control. Also,the hotel price is more than other hotel close to them and i discovered that late.Maybe they make the price up because they have Pubs and night clubs.

The ambience is brilliant, the room is very specious and convenient too. The kitchen provides you an opportunity to cook and design your day. The bathrooms are well santisied and specious too. Overall great place to stay as a HOME away from HOME

The bed comfort is not that good, More cushion needed. The kettle provided smells and needs to be a good quality one. Fridge can also provide some stuff on a paid basis. The menu card can be digital one which can be downloaded from the reception . The lift is congested and very slow, need to be sanitized as sometime it smells

Actually Frankly, I liked the hotel because of the employee, Haroun Al Rashid. He is a well-mannered, respectful, and smiling employee who respects and helps the customer. His only concern is the customer’s satisfaction. I liked the hotel and staying in it because of Haroun Al Rashid and regarding the property was wonderful and clean and size of room space was excellent and suitable for 3 people. It was not narrow and not wide. It was suitable. Honestly, everything was clean.

In my personal opinion, the bathroom was leaking or the water drained slowly. Perhaps the ceramic tiles should have been placed in a curve so that the water drained easily... Also, the hotel is not suitable for families because there is a nightclub and the hotel policy allows you to bring girls into the room, meaning there is no personal freedom.

Good location and the size of the rooms were good. I have booked 4 rooms two triple and two king rooms. I had requested to provide rooms on higher floors because of some guests reviews about club sounds in the room. My request was accepted and hotel reception lady Sonya was calling and following up on booking day. Upon arrival Sanjay had given rooms on higher floor, two rooms with the kitchen. For non-kitchen rooms, the house-keeping boys opened the big kitchen, a great service gesture, all the housekeeping staffs are with smiling faces and ready to cater guests needs. Paying 25 dirhams for indoor badminton court was worth as they as rackets were provided by them.

Parking area is very small and I was having difficulties parking my 7seater car inside building parking. Breakfast is average, table was not set for our family, I requested their manager but he disappeared without taking any action. The other serving boy I think Sandesh was very helpful and tried his best to arrange the table and extended his help for serving as well with karak tea. Swimming pools are small and deep for kids.

The facility is in the city, making it accessible to different groceries and nearby restaurants. The person handling this account is also very helpful.

The property needs a cleaning staff that will seriously do their job before that stay of any clients.. making sure that everything is checked. Like the broken bidet, broken soap dispencer, the drainage on the floor of the bathroom. The swimming pool needs a cleaning as you cant see the floor part due as it is cloudy already..

The property is clean and tidy the housekeeping and reception is accommodating and helpful.

What I don’t like is the security guard that was so rude to us. Me and my husband went in the bar and by mistake we went through a wrong elevator which we have to go in another lift again. Then the security guard ask us rudely to show my id. My husband was so furious as the guard didn’t ask in a polite manner. Maybe he thinks that my husband just grab me from the bar (prostitute).Then they started a heated arguments and my husband pushes him. But the manager didn’t do anything which makes me upset. We are not deserved to be treated like that. Even he doesn’t apologise after he confirmed that we stayed in that hotel for how many days already and we’re a couple. It really disturbed our holiday.

The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. I checked in a bit late as I was travelling from dubai by bus and initially planned to have a late check-out also the next day. They let me have a late check-out as a complimentary which made us very happy. 🥰 The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very accessible to transportation and restaurants as it is in the heart of the city. Looking forward to my next visit.

special thanks to Mr Sanjay at the reception , Very helpful and professional . the A/ C was very good unlike most of the other hotels were you it’s hard to sleep due to the heat . i stayed during the holy month of Ramadhan so the hotel was very quite with the night clubs closed.

weak wifi . hot water available for about 10 minutes in shower barely enough for one person to use . also weak water pressure .

Narrow and limited number on covered parking, all amenities in the room are just for 1 person, but they will provide extra upon request. The sounds in the club are just too much. We literally heard it in the 11th room. Club and breakfast place toilets needs maintenance and deep cleaning as there's a lot of cockroach 🪳
