Very good breakfast, good selection of food at dinner (tried both the buffet and a la carte Divan restaurant), especially for those who like Indian and Arabic food. Nice beach facilities. Good gym.

Mattress could be softer. There was a light unpleasant smell while the a/c was working. We visited in July, the heat was exhausting and we couldn't adjust the a/c to make a comfortable temperature in the room, not too freezing but not too hot and humid. But those who like freezing will be pleased.

The staff were nice and polite. It was my anniversary, and they offered us a complimentary cake, which was a nice gesture. The pool is amazing with direct access to the beach. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, such as Buns, which is opposite the hotel, and Umbrella Beach, just three minutes away, offering a variety of options.

You cannot charge items to your room; all purchases must be paid upfront.

Hind, who was behind the desk gave more than I had expected. She is phenomenal. The views were out of this world. Room big and comfortable. AL Bahar is in my next bucket list.

We asked for water ,and we were refused unless we were extending. This was a big damper. I've been in UAE for 9 years and getting extra drinking water was never an issue. It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 Embarrassed, as this was a treat to my friend from UK .

Friendly check in and check out staff. Our room - Marina facing - was very spacious, comfortable with a huge bathroom (shower and bathtub). location is on the water promenade with 2-3 restaurants/cafe shops nearby (walking distance). Valet parking was a bit busy but we were informed. Reception area has a coffee shop with starbucks products. Souvenir shop and minimart at the reception. The pool is rather big with many beds and shade. The beach is very nice as well. Could stay an hour longer on check out: thank you.

Wifi seemed to have blocked some website (Talabat food delivery, some search engines) Breakfast missing some quality items (for a 5* hotel it was rather basic): fresh fruits only melon/apple/orange/grapefruit. Others were canned fruits. Apple and orange juice only and both from container and only brewed coffee/tea as hot beverage. BF restaurant staff looked rather uninterested, not attentive. We were not informed at check in about pool towel card. Not a big deal but had to go back and forth when we wanted to enjoy the pool/beach. Our room had no iron (ironboard yes). Minibar - empty - that is great for a fridge, must be cleaned.

We liked the location, 15min walk to Umbrella beach a lovely place for evening stroll. Room was huge and staff is friendly especially Maureen at front desk and manager Essam who genuinely tries to solve any issues. Breakfast has wide selection but the same every day so by the end of the week it is boring. We liked the beach.

The rooms facing North side are cold in winter months and A/C doesnt have heating option. Maximum temp is 22. If you're European you might dislike this rather take room facing South in winter months. As a consequence there is dump/mold smell which is annoying. Coffee at breakfast is horrible, only filtered coffee but really bad one, no coffee machines.

We stayed 3 nights and The staff were above and beyond amazing! Essam was SO willing to help or do anything to make our stay comfortable. When they found out it was our anniversary we came back to the room that evening to find a special cake for us. The next night they gave us a fruit platter! Even accommodated us with a late checkout. Love this staff!! Also loved the huge walk-in shower in the bathroom (there was even a separate bathtub for those that want to soak). Biggest hotel bathroom I think I've been in! Room was very spacious as well.

Because of the high humidity in Fujeirah they have to keep the rooms fairly cold so bring warm clothes for your room (they do provide robes). We found it worked to turn the air on for awhile to keep the humidity from making condensation on everything and then to turn it off for awhile.

too much humidity inside room And I didn't like the behavior of the Arab girl employee at the reception. There was no one there at the time. When I asked for a check-out, the procedure was simple and did not take more than two minutes. But she refused and said that I had a reservation for another person who went to get something from his car. She ignored me and she had time to finish my check-out procedures. I had to go. I waited and was late even though the procedure was easy and I went to another employee to make the checkout procedure easy

We had certain issues with our initial room. The management stepped in and offered us an upgrade. We were very pleased with the decision and how prompt it was. Staff members aimed to please (our best regards to Steveen). Nice pool. Beautiful views from our balcony. Nice breakfast.

The hotel needs to get their coffee game right when serving breakfast. We do not find it ok to be asked to pay extra for an espresso / americano in a hotel that gives itself 5 stars. A good quality automatic coffee machine + good quality beans will do the job. The changing facility at the pool need a completely different solution. Check in process needs an upgrade - waiting 30 min is not ok (even during a busy period).

Excellent experience overall. Great place to stay. Pearley at reception was really welcoming and particularly helpful. She put us in rooms with best views. Everything in hotel from pool to restaurant and rooms is nice. Beach joining the hotel is bit uneven but not sure if they can do anything about that. Room cleaning service was spot on. Staff in pool area, valet staff and luggage management staff were all very professional and responsive

Front area gets very congested with many cars at peak times. They could have done better management of flow of traffic. The gym is a bit disconnected from the main hotel area , you have to take a separate lift.

The hotel is a beautifully kept property with everything you may need for a nice stay. What makes it great is their people, from the moment you step inside they are attentive, looking for ways to serve. I went with my mom, she had an accident in Dubai and was having issues walking properly for the first couple of days, the staff kept asking if she needed anything, offered a wheelchair, opened doors, and even helped us with the closest table to the restaurant door. We will come back for sure.

It was not bad, however, dinner was not up to what I would have expected especially the variety. Granted it was Iftar and the restaurant was packed but cold food is never nice and the international dishes were little and focused on Eastern Europe ( the hotel is a favorite for Eastern Europeans)
