It was a two bedroom with hall and three bathrooms, good for large family and plenty of space, in heart of the city all facilities around you, near the mall, restaurant

I stayed at the studio apartment for 6 nights, very clean, quiet and spacious room, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location, near to LuLu market. Great value, highly recommended.

Recommend to provide slippers.

Overall location and hospitality services

Bar area should be restricted or it should not be same passage where people are going with family sometimes you feel ashamed because of people visiting bars and ladies.

That was my first time experience in this hotel…and that was really nyc….service was good👍 staff also nyc..quick response about any query….

Surprisingly very good price for 4 adults compared to nearby hotels but hope not to increase the price. Location was very good and almost everything needed was available.

So many bars and noise. Every time you come out of room you will find some staff of bar or spa, which looks odd once you are with your family

Everything was perfect, except a lazy staff when I request to show the room brfore payment. I was a little doubt the quality of room aa it was cheaper in the area, but room was claen and spacious. Not very luxurious as it was a economical hotel.

nearness to city, easy access to malls and restaurants, good tasty Dining restaurant within hotel. very cooperative staff.

no slippers, tooth brush & paste kept, boiling kettle was not, had to ask for replacement.

No free coffee/tea ready inside the room.But we requested for it and the staff gave it right away. It will be better if there are some coffee/ tea ready already inside.
