Panoramic view from the room, polite and attentive housekeeping, room service, reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable beds and all necessary facilities in the room. Food from room service was delicious as well as complimentary birthday amenities. We appreciate free room upgrade and thankful to Hamad and Sunday for their assistance and care. Even there were so many people at the same time in lobby, Sunday was alone and still arranged early check-in for us, was polite, attentive and smiling. We really enjoyed our stay.

My experience is exceptional with the hotel and its friendly staff, mainly the reception staff, Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Ala. They have been helpful and are friendly with positive vibes. I have shortened my stay to one day because of a bad experience. It was during the booking process. As I've selected a room rate that was recommended by the site and proceeded with the payment for the room as a final step, unfortunately, a pop-up message alerted me that the selected rate was unavailable and the amount had been charged. Then another message appeared telling me to tap and complete the booking process to cover the already charged amount of the room. When I followed the instructions I received a message saying the booking was completed. I've realised that the rate was increased from the original recommended rate. This is a very frustrating experience, frankly speaking, booking.com is no longer a reliable good customer service travel company. You need to get back to work on your customer-oriented policy as before. I've been a customer with Booking.com since it was released. I've never felt down from a customer service as it is now.

The staff of the hotel are great. Mainly the front desk manager Mr. Mustafa.

A bit worn and torn hotel, however well maintained. Great and friendly staff. Some furniture in the room needs attention, but everything is functioning. We had fully renovated bathroom. The comfortable chairs and sofa. Also, we were excited to find a large set of fruits in the room - a great surprise, as we didn't order them. (Bananas, grapes, apples, etc; we ate them throughout our entire stay.) Excellent a la carte food and beverages. The pool and beach are clean. The watersports are available, right at the beach. The town is very nice. There's a long promenade along the shore, with sightseeing, local attractions, and restaurants. Great to walk and drive around.

The breakfast could be improved: add some more meat and pastry options. Also, the pillows are rather hard - could be uncomfortable for some guests. Finally, the Internet is poor (patchy coverage, sudden interruptions, slow speed).

The hospitality of the manager Mr. Moustafa was par excellence and Mr. Ala also was humble enough on our queries along with other staff. I had a glitch while booking the hotel with booking.com but the manager Mr. Moustafa has sorted the glitch with the best of his ability. They know what is called as customer support. Keep it up TEAM OCEANIC RESORT!

I like most of the things in the hotel except two things mentioning below. The bread which is called as KABOOS is a main source of breakfast for many Asian guests which was very hard and dry in breakfast buffet. The suggestion is to keep it covered in the pull up box that would protect it from getting dry and hard. Also, the air freshner sprinkler in the lift MUST BE REMOVED from the lift, as the air freshner sprinkler in the lift is FORCED on the customer it could effect their respiratory health and cause allergy as well.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Thank you to Receptionist Moustafa and Anika for the great hospitality given to us during our check-in and check-out and for the smooth transition. The concierge/valet staff was very efficient too. Great location and great facilities for a short family vacay. The hotel is also accessible for disability, kids-friendly, shaded parking, next to the public beach, Khorfakkan beach. Safe and quiet. Highly recommended and looking forward to have another stay with this hotel.

Just to add more varieties for the Breakfast Buffet and to have more snacks/bites at the pool bar. Also to add more water sports activities at the beach area.

Direct access to the beach. Very near khorfakhan attractions. Lifeguards availability. Unique offering in the poolside fnb. All staff were friendly and courteous very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and has variety of options. Live cooking of omelet station was amazing with showmanship.

The rooms needs renovation and improvement as well as the restaurants. The sound system by the pool was broken and needs to be fixed to add ambiance to the poolside. Water supply and plumbing system.

This hotel has the best location in Khorfakkan. It is next to the Khorfakkan Beachfront, Amphitheater and Waterfall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Mr. Ali at the reception for giving me a nice room with seaview and my children's room opposite my room. Also thank you Mr Naveed for his help and warm smile.

The swimming pool is a bit small compared to other 4 or 5 stars hotel but it has the right depth for both adults and kids. This is not a complaint but just sharing my observation.

Suprisingly I was upgraded to a Premium Room, with a separate Living Room with seaviews! Loved the fruits in the room. I had a great time during the 2 snorkellings with Fox, the master. Plus great 2 massages (at discounted rate). All staff are great, including the Café staff, who'd served me DELICIOUS Karak tea and Halva Ice cream:) Try the tea and the ice cream, they are AAA rated!! Overall it's a great hotel.10/10 ...will stay again, next time will be a longer stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was very slow, which was especially inconvenient while traveling. I also didn’t like how we could hear every noise outside the hotel room—people passing by and doors closing etc. Lastly, the receptionist was a bit snobbish and not very hospitable. However, the valet staff were extremely courteous
