Sachin at the reception was very courteous, I had booked two single rooms, but he upgraded me to a 2 BHK, Breakfast options were good but no cakes/pastries/muffins or sweets for the kids. Parking is open ground (katcha parking) next to the hotel but gets full by night.

Could not go to the pool since it is not temperature controlled, and the water was freezing. hence kids were very disappointed, Dinner was very cold and very little options with no desert, only one plain halwa without any nuts or dry fruits. Night club on 19th floor is not meant for families

The room was awesome and give you the room also is awesome the staff was nice. The customer service from the beginning of checking in to check out it includes the security also , the service was very well given to us and made us happy of the stay. It’s really good place with family to visit and enjoy the occasion and I’m really happy to see that my vacation state this property was awesome.

Deleting from this property do you need to manage the breakfast menu they should understand and realise that many missions are coming for them so that they need to arrange the main according to that of course we had a request from a booking but we did not have a proper breakfast in our state which me has really uncomfortable but still it takes only like two points will stay was so awesome by the other amenities. I personally request to the management and to the authority to make sure to organise their breakfast menu .

The staff for their friendly attitude , attentiveness and professionalism specialy Receptionist Ibrahim and Indian gentleman who checked us in I forgot his name Housekeeping guys Nim,Muttu and Fayez the supervisor thanks for your kind care we will definitely come again. Last but least Breakfast is much more than you pay for, Pancakes, omelet , porridge, Foul ,fresh fruits and ofcourse your favorite cafe late, very close to umbrella beach and public beach is right in front of the hotel , roof top pool and cool gym

I liked the room I got, perfect for my solo stay, it had a nice view ( you can check my Instagram : @corporatebreaks) also they have restaurant you order from but iam not sure as I order only first night but later chose to eat out mostly. Location is good, near to the rocky beach, I could go to the sea by walking, Iam a solo traveller so roamed around a bit. i liked my stay in this hotel, also staff good, hospitable mostly from India. It was year end time and everything was so busy when I arrived. One staff working for 27 years he always checked if I had any issue and confirmed if solved or not. He was really careful which I liked about him. Even helped me call the cab when I was leaving. i have had good memories in this hotel.

i had some access key issue everytime not working when I returned to room. i didnot like the small size pool at the top floor, too many people bathing with babies couples etc and I was concerned for hygiene. i didnot like their night bar also but anyways laughed out and had good time even if didnot like the cheap dances which was to cater to a certain crowd type only.

Staff was amazing very helpful seeking for our comfort and assistance Especially the receptionists they was so kind and they well the meaning of hospitality. Big thanks to them. The room service was good The best housekeeping , clean, helpful and very professional, special thanks to the employee : Dunhar Singh, this guy was really very professional and very nice.

Wifi was very slow and internet interruptions all the time.

Room was spacious and clean. Inboard facilites were very good. Staff was very friendly. Room services were very prompt and available 24/7.

Parking was literally bad. The parking ground should be made flat to the ground, cleaned and stones to be removed. It was very uncomfortable to park the car. Pool was very small with no inboard facilities. No music or any kind of entertainment in the pool. Drinking water to be provided more as 6 bottles were not sufficient.

We start with the staff Mike he was of great help and assisted us very well, when he got to know that our request had not been honored as per the email send he was able to calmly explain the situation to us. Great Job Mike Also Mangu Singh and Manchhi in house keeping the were on time to change what was not okay from the room like the not working kettle. Great job people

The airfreshner spayed before we entered was chocking.

I was nervous due to some reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations. My husband and i spent 8 nights here and I would absolutely stay again. They have amazing friendly staff. Always willing to help. Cleanliness is top notch they are literally cleaning every day. They have multiple night clubs but being on the 7th floor we heard zero noise from them, the beds were soooo comfy. My husband is working in fujairah on a year contract so we will definitely be back to stay at this same resort again. It's got great distance to every thing you need. Walk to the beach drive to the mall or fort anything you need. Even their room service is 24/7 so even in the middle of the night they deliver happy smiling.. I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. 11/10

The parking is very tight, especially on a Friday BUT the one night I was struggling a staff member was quick to help navigate me. The pool loses sun early ( not a bad thing just be aware go earlier In the morning if you're wanting optimal sun before it goes behind the building)

Stayed here for 1 night. Room got upgraded to Deluxe Room which is bigger than expected. Hallways are very clean and it smells good. I also want to thank Ms Keisha for her very friendly and accommodating vibe.

Limited Parking Space. No vale parking, just an open space for parking if it gets full they will suggest you to park to the other side of the road.

Love the location ,the staff is good and helpful .Rooms are good and spacious, other facilities in the room are good.

A small improvement, there needs to be a door mat for the bathroom. The shower water flows out, so the facilities team needs to make a kind of a barrier for the water to not overflow. AC cooling by the night is not much effective .
