The staff are amazing, especially those working the front desk area and in the restaurant. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. I did not like the fact that housekeeping did not come, when we enquired we were told they were 'busy'. They cleaned all the rooms, except ours on the floor. When checking out we were only told we should of requested for this. Personally I feel there should be a tag that can be left outside to indicate if we want it cleaned or to left alone if this is the case. I'm extremely upset with this element of the stay. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

1. We were staying for 4 persons rooms and there was no enough water bottles placed prior to check in. 2. As recommendations we suggest to provide all the cutleries to be placed in room prior to check in of the room 3. There seems to shortage of staff in Restaurant and complimentary buffet was not refilled on time 4. It seems to have shortage of staff . Hence there is some delay in room services

LOVED this hotel more than any other one I've stayed at. Eman at the front desk MADE my stay from the moment I arrived there. I was extremely tired and about to work in the lobby when she let me have a complementary early check-in. She gave me a room on a high floor and I got to see beach AND mountains! The room had the most positive vibes I have experienced yet. Sunny room, GORGEOUS view. Just incredible.

Housekeeping brings you exactly what you ask for and only one piece, and maybe this doesn't always happen but in my experience, I had to ask them to replace the empty soaps etc. Still, not a real issue at all. Loved the place so much!

A very well laid apartment with two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a third w/c in the lounge area which was impressive. High quality finish & with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Ideal stay for a family with children.

There is no allocated parking and although there is open grounds in front of the hotel it was very busy and found a spot 3-4 minutes away, which in the severe heat seems a lot further. Also the gas hob had a safety glass cover, which was anything but safe. As the hinges had deteriorated & could drop back down anytime causing severe injury if you were using the hob etc. On this occasion we did not use the hob but does need immediate attention by management.

We had an excellent stay at Platinum Coast Apartments. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, making it easy for us to feel at home. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. The reception team was welcoming and attentive to every detail, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. As for the dining, we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was good, especially when considering the value for money. The restaurant staff, along with the chef, ensured we had a pleasant dining experience each time. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spots available right outside the hotel, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The room exceeded our expectations. You receive more than you expect for this price. Everything was so clean and new. The shower worked well. We felt like home with the kitchen. The view was also good. The staff prompty solved all our requests. Parking is opposite the entrance. We only stayed one night but would like to come again.

It is not about not liking but as advice for improvement, I would like to mention that the slope in the shower let the water flow out of the shower cabin. It did not affect our stay in any way.

Despite a few inconveniences, my overall stay at this place was positive. The open shower design (no doors) proved a challenge, as there was water all over the place. The washer was a handy amenity, and though drying racks were available based on availability, the staff ensured I had access the next day, turning a potential issue into a manageable situation. While the weekend price increase was double, I appreciated the understanding of the fluctuating rates. Despite these minor hiccups, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives, making it a generally enjoyable stay.

the photos of rooms are true. they have great kitchen facilities, spacious living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, big dining table. Our room also got a complimentary upgrade because we came past midnight already and have little time of stay only. the receptionists are very polite and gentle. Requests are addressed quickly like extra toiletries and towel.

the swimming pool is not well maintained. dirty beach bench, broken pool stairs, impolite pool staff, no life guard. the room shower is too narrow.

The apartment itself is huge, bigger than expected, and very nicely furnished.

There was literally ONE spoon in an apartment for six people?! The kitchen is generally chronically badly equipped - there is a huge stove, fridge, microwave etc, but there is absolutely not enough cutlery, only a few plates, not even one bowl, no pans... For the bathrooms they provided only two big and two small towels, and there are three bathrooms and 5 of us staying there.

The two bedroom apartment had 2 shower rooms and a water closet, a full kitchen, and a spacious hall and dining space. It was easy to make ourselves comfortable. The hotel is quiet, and the apartment is super clean and gets lots of natural light. The location is central, 5-10 minutes drive to everywhere. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The pool was closed for maintenance all through our stay.
