The staff are amazing, especially those working the front desk area and in the restaurant. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. I did not like the fact that housekeeping did not come, when we enquired we were told they were 'busy'. They cleaned all the rooms, except ours on the floor. When checking out we were only told we should of requested for this. Personally I feel there should be a tag that can be left outside to indicate if we want it cleaned or to left alone if this is the case. I'm extremely upset with this element of the stay. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

The rooms are really spacious and neat and clean & will always be recommendable 3. The arrangement of all amenities mentioned as per booking.com are more trustworthy and recommendable

1. We were staying for 4 persons rooms and there was no enough water bottles placed prior to check in. 2. As recommendations we suggest to provide all the cutleries to be placed in room prior to check in of the room 3. There seems to shortage of staff in Restaurant and complimentary buffet was not refilled on time 4. It seems to have shortage of staff . Hence there is some delay in room services

LOVED this hotel more than any other one I've stayed at. Eman at the front desk MADE my stay from the moment I arrived there. I was extremely tired and about to work in the lobby when she let me have a complementary early check-in. She gave me a room on a high floor and I got to see beach AND mountains! The room had the most positive vibes I have experienced yet. Sunny room, GORGEOUS view. Just incredible.

Housekeeping brings you exactly what you ask for and only one piece, and maybe this doesn't always happen but in my experience, I had to ask them to replace the empty soaps etc. Still, not a real issue at all. Loved the place so much!

A very well laid apartment with two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a third w/c in the lounge area which was impressive. High quality finish & with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Ideal stay for a family with children.

There is no allocated parking and although there is open grounds in front of the hotel it was very busy and found a spot 3-4 minutes away, which in the severe heat seems a lot further. Also the gas hob had a safety glass cover, which was anything but safe. As the hinges had deteriorated & could drop back down anytime causing severe injury if you were using the hob etc. On this occasion we did not use the hob but does need immediate attention by management.

We had an excellent stay at Platinum Coast Apartments. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, making it easy for us to feel at home. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. The reception team was welcoming and attentive to every detail, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. As for the dining, we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was good, especially when considering the value for money. The restaurant staff, along with the chef, ensured we had a pleasant dining experience each time. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spots available right outside the hotel, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at Platinum Coast Hotel Apartments in Fujairah. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, offering a beautiful view that adds to the overall experience. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more comfortable. A great choice for both leisure and business travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Fujairah.

The room exceeded our expectations. You receive more than you expect for this price. Everything was so clean and new. The shower worked well. We felt like home with the kitchen. The view was also good. The staff prompty solved all our requests. Parking is opposite the entrance. We only stayed one night but would like to come again.

It is not about not liking but as advice for improvement, I would like to mention that the slope in the shower let the water flow out of the shower cabin. It did not affect our stay in any way.

Great location clean and specious rooms, our room having mountain view and sea view which was amazing, we enjoyed the pool almost everyday, housekeeping team was fabulous attentive and quick responding to all our requests, reception team was very helpful. Budget friendly, overall I like the hotel And would like to visit again have already been recommended to my friends and family.

Nice room, really good kitchen and household appliances, cleanliness (I can single out Srikanth, a nice guy who helped us with everything, I would also like to say thanks to the nice woman at the reception who quickly and politely solved all our questions)

From time to time, we got a smoke smell from the ventilation system in the bathrooms (we had a non-smoking apartment). But it was possible to close them, so it wasn't so bad

the photos of rooms are true. they have great kitchen facilities, spacious living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, big dining table. Our room also got a complimentary upgrade because we came past midnight already and have little time of stay only. the receptionists are very polite and gentle. Requests are addressed quickly like extra toiletries and towel.

the swimming pool is not well maintained. dirty beach bench, broken pool stairs, impolite pool staff, no life guard. the room shower is too narrow.
