Fantastic villa. Very spacious. Kitchen area had appliances such as hob, fridge, kettle and microwave - but no bowls, plates, pans, cutlery? Found that odd. We didn’t need to use the kitchen at all as we ate out but it would have been difficult if we did need to. Big lounge area. Bed was really comfortable, shower worked well. All the necessary amenities and toiletries were provided. I left my kindle by accident and they whatsapped us almost immediately to let us know so we could go back and get it. I really appreciated that!! Thank you. We didn’t eat there and we actually didn’t venture anywhere further in the hotel than our villa as we spent the majority of our time exploring Khor Fakkan and eating/drinking out. Great, central location. We weren’t more than a 10 min drive from anywhere we needed to go all weekend. For us, it was a perfect stay and we had everything we needed 🙂

We had to pay for parking the entire time we were there on the street outside. Only 2dhs an hour but we were there for 3 full days so it added up.

This hotel is a real hidden gem. We were attracted to do a booking based on the pictures we had seen on booking suggesting a very local type architecture. And the hotel clearly exceeded our expectations both in terms of the room as well as the friendliness of the staff. And it was very nicely located close to the local market inviting one to make an evening walk alongside sthe shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing that I could suggest here. We will keep the hotel on our "top list" of hotels in the UAE and the Fujairah region in particular.

Friendly reception and parking service. As there is no own parking for hotel guests, our car had been parked outside opposite the hotel which was not a problem for us. The setting of the hotel was in a very tastefully renovated old structure. In our case three little rooms grooped around an inner courtyard like in former times and one could really feel how it must have been living a traditional life. Everything new and well maintained, embroidered cushions in most rooms. Interesting approach to offer something different from the usual!

Even though there was a fully equipped kitchen there was no cutlery or dishes. To sit somewhere comfortabily was difficult, the kitchen had only cushions on the floor and seats in the majlis were hard and very upright. Perhaps the hotel should offer some common outdoor space. As the beach is near a pool is not a must.

The location is great, Sharq Souq is just few steps away where you can enjoy traditional food and specialty coffee. The hotel theme is amazing and the houses give off old days vibes. It felt like I was in an old khaleeji series 😍 The houses are cozy perfectly aligned to showcase old Emirati neighborhoods and you get a sense of closeness if you were a group The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Recommendations: 1. It would be great if hairdryer, more towels were supplied. 2. Afternoon fruits basket to house "Fuwalla" would be a good idea and gives off Arabic hospitality vibes.

Water pipes and connections need maintenance as we ran into water heater problems, but the staff were helpful and shifted us to a bigger house, so that was a bonus Pillows are a bit on the hard side.

The location was exceptional, the whole traditional vibe was quite a hype.

1. Although each and every room was open to the outside , there was not a single method to prevent bugs from entering, like screen doors or something. Suffered alot of mosquito bites. 2. Although the place is relatively new, some of the furniture was already broken/loose, things like water faucets, kitchen cabinets..etc. 3. Kitchen not equipped 4. I wished they had more toddler friendly activities. Most of what was there was for older kids. 5. Breakfast was good, service could be better. 6. Parkings ..

Friendly, polite, professional and attentive staff. Stunning traditional style building but with modern comforts. Spacious suite of rooms, perfect for family living. A refreshing welcome drink at check in and complimentary fresh fruit, nuts and cake in room when we arrived. Easy walking distance to everything.

A tiny suggestion might be to put a hairdryer in the bedroom but I’m sure had I asked main reception they may have been able to help me.

The hotel is representing Emarati traditional houses

I think you should add more old staff like old carpet and حصير in majlis and put the TV in Majlis. For food that you should add a traditional food like بلاليط هريس ثريد for the breakfast So the visitors from other countries can understand our culture and Arabic coffee and dates. Make a play yard for kids use the empty area add some traditional games.

WiFi connection disrupted regularly. One phone was unable to connect at all. Could also be a phone issue, but this never happened before. Pillows were too hard for us and the blanket too thick (warm). Mosquitos (March - not an issue of the hotel but something to be aware of)

The location and easy access to the Houses

The hotel has an excessive number of locks on the doors, which could pose a safety risk, especially for children. There is a significant chance that a child could accidentally lock themselves in a room or bathroom. I recommend the management reassess the locking mechanisms to ensure a safer environment for families

Nice authentic place. The accommodation looks like restored old traditional Arabic houses. It's fascinating.

Mold smelling AC. And there is no chance to switch them off even in the mid of October, it was too hot. Also, in all our bedrooms AC were directly in front of the beds, which was not good.
