I had a wonderful experience at the hotel during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Mr. Ahmed was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room.The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, being close to the popular attractions. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The staff was very cooperative and provided great service, especially Mr Khan, Mr Maqsood and Mr Abdul. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable and clean, although I would opt for a harder pillow which you can ask for by calling them on the telephone. The view of the mosque was great on a high floor room. The breakfast was very good and fresh, although not many options for food.

The view was only good for the higher floors, and rooms facing the other way, otherwise you only see the parking. Also, in some of the rooms the soundproofing is not good and I was woken up at 5 am by the sound coming from the mosque.

Parking slots are narrow

It's been our 2nd time with Rotana hotels, and the quality of our stay was exceptionally good. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there are few hotels with such a great level of service and attention towards the guests! Everyone was doing his best to make sure we are happy with the stay. The breakfast was amazing, with great food variety forv every taste, and John was super nice! We didn't have enough time to visit the pool and the gym, well try next time 😀

The room was excellent - we had an option to upgrade rooms for a very small price which we did. We had a huge deluxe room with a front sitting room and we loved it!

We were attending a wedding in Intercontinental Hotel by Al Aqah Beach for 3 days. We underestimated the long distance between the 2 hotels (45 - 50 minutes by taxi each way). If you are doing anything in Al Aqah Beach side, you are better off booking the Rotana Hotel on that side. Aside from that however - our stay was excellent!

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. They had all the facilities I needed, and every staff member was genuinely helpful. The front desk team, especially Mr. Ahmed. The team provided all amenities, and even when I asked for extra water or toiletries, they happily gave them without hesitation. Overall, the service and hospitality here are outstanding.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Hotel Room was spacious and ambiance was nice. Very peaceful stay. Staff were polite and attentive. We got very warm welcome on arrival. On front desk Mr. Khan helped us with our check in and arranged additional bed and water as requested by us. Breakfast has a wide variety and tasty selection(Indian too). Live counters are also there to serve. Mr. john from restaurant has provided excellent service insuring seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

The staff was great, especially Alex from Uganda. Noor, from the front reception, was also really polite, there was another man, who upgraded my room to a balcony room, but his name slipped my mind. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and very welcoming. The decor of the Ramadan iftar was beautiful! The food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. We LOVED the tiny kitchen, and the sauna and steam room were the best. Also, the staff brought me an extra gown, pillows and milk when I requested it. The location is perfect! No traffic, walking distance to a mall and various shops. Close to the beach and 5-7 minutes away from Fujairah Adventure Park.

The pool was smaller than expected, but everything else made up for it. I'm not sure if they had valet parking, if they did, I missed it. I am sure there wasn't any because I drove many times throughout my stay and never saw a valet driver on return. I would have preferred the car to be parked for me, so I could take our luggage out at the door and not walk through the back, dragging bags with 3 children. Though, as soon as I entered the hotel, Alex immediately offered to help with the luggage.

Had a another stay at Nour Arjaan Rotana in Fujairah. The check-in and check-out process was not smooth this smooth. Overall, the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive and well-maintained throughout. The breakfast was good enough, especially when compared to other hotels in the same locality. Overall, a very comfortable experience that offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

The staff are good.

The breakfast buffet is veryyy poor and limited options,considering its a known hotel. I spoke to the restaurant manager but unfortunately was just giving excuses that there's no enough space to add more, my opinion was not to have more items but more options because our 1st day exactly the same food of our 3rd day. Wish you all the best but I don't think I'll try it again.
