My weekend at Le Meridien Al Aqah was a sheer delight. The room's terrace offered an incredible view of mountains, ocean, and the pool. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and dining with an ocean view was a culinary treat. This hotel is a gem for a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended for a magical and rejuvenating experience.

Nail Salon was horrible, they are totally over priced, not professional, do not have a price list for the services that I requested! which was nail polish! A man was sitting there while having his hair cut was talking to me ( may be he was the supervisor for the location ) and I did not even feel comfortable there.

The renovated rooms are amazingly designed and the big tub is great. Interior design was so modern. The hotel pools and play areas were great for kids.. The chefs during seafood night were so understanding and prepared special request dishes for us because we imagined the seafood cuisine to be richer like the old days when we used to visit. So they took good care of us, and we appreciate that a lot.

But the wooden tub tray was not available in both rooms we booked...and the prayer direction sign was still not installed on the ceiling... but everything else was amazing

Very spacious rooms, recreation area is one of the best on the coast. Very rich and varied breakfast. Hotel staff is helpful and attentive. I liked that even though the hotel is large I hardly met any tourists either in the pool or on the beach.

The hotel feels outdated. There are signs of wear and tear.

Location, separate ladies SPA, clean beach, food, all rooms seem ocean view, pool is mostly shaded and can swim in middle of day, nice cooperative staff who went the extra mile to make us happy and bring some food items or drinks not included in the buffet like nan bread and cranberry juice. Shops contain all what you need for swimming with different varieties, massage lady was excellent and professional. Reception staff also cooperative and upgraded our rooms to renovated ones and were connected as we requested. Everything was wonderful!

Nothing we disliked

The rooms are of a very good size. The hotel is currently being renovated, and we stayed in a fully renovated 5th-floor room with a large modern bathroom. All the rooms are sea-facing and the views are amazing. The breakfast is excellent with a full range of foods. The pool and beach areas are extensive, with long walks and water sports on a fine sandy beach all at your doorstep.

This is a hard question to answer, as this is one of our two favourite beach hotels in the world. But I do miss a happy hour at the beach bars and will look forward to the renovation being completed.

Food and service was excellent. There was a personal touch by the chefs in the restaurant. Location was just superb, beautiful view from the room,ocean view, nice landscape garden, pool was big and long beach area. Overall, it was a lovely stay, we all enjoyed. Definitely visit again.

Only one suggestion from me, Pool was open till 8.00pm but the poolbar restaurant was closed by 7.00pm, it's always nice to have a drink by the pool.

The most wonderful thing i noticed that the stuff are very polite and friendly and if you have any comments about anything , they help you immediately on the spot , however I want to thank all the hotel stuff and specially Ms.Bini (the amazing executive house keeping manager) that she took care of me all the stay and checking on me everyday I’m in the hotel , special thanks to Ms.Bini with her professional attitude of work and how she is satisfying customers with her big smile and smooth process in everything. Thanks also to the lovely front office reception team and Mr.Diaa the most kindest person who supported me in my stay.Also the restaurant team with all their efforts to give us the most delicious food with fresh vegetables & fruits.thanks a lot for everything you have done to myself and my son.

The room, the staff, the breakfast (oh the best breakfast so don't skip it- my salmon toast and freshly squeezed orange juice are divine) and the last and the best of all..the beach!! Best beach I've been in the UAE. I love that there's no barricade with the neighboring resorts so guests can easily go for long walks in the sand. Everything exceeded my expectations! I will definitely come back.

The pool was great although clear signs of renovation is needed. Not really a big deal as everything was amazing 😍

Rooms were spacious, sea view is amazing, reception team was very welcoming and professional. Good breakfast. Amazing beach! Nice landscaping. Large heated pool!

Sauna and hot facilities weren't working during our stay (renovation), maybe team could offer some substitution activity instead of that. Hair conditioner in the bathroom was finished and it would definitely take some time to wait for housekeeping to refill, while when you're in the shower you need it right now. Housekeeping need to check the refilling of it before the guest check in.
