Property is fantastic. Clean, spacious, modern,. Rooms - spotless, pillows soft and special, bathrooms have speakers can be connected over Bluetooth. Pools - superb. Most importantly, the people... excellent. Always a step ahead to assist you. Eager to serve to the best of their abilities.

Breakfast Menu, Food quality and Variety and Taste. - Choice of items, not good. - Almost same food everyday, and changed items repeats on alternate days. - Even Hummus tastes different.... not good, not usual. - Yogurt - in one bowl and by the end of the day, its all watery.... should be separate small bowls or cups. In short, it was not good. Being one of the best properties around, I suggest to check the menu and quality of food served in Intercontinental Fujairah. (Please note - cost of breakfast is in the similar range)

Rooms were amazing and most staff members were also great and very helpful

The adults only pool about half of the tiles were pulled up and the buffet was pretty poor and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful to be honest

The room was great, with a very comfortable bed. The room cleaning team was amazing and professional, ensuring a clean and tidy space throughout our stay.

I had mixed experiences with the service. The restaurant and pool bar service left much to be desired. It seemed like they were understaffed, as it was often challenging to get the attention of a server. There were times when no one came to take orders by the pool. The limited number of bars and restaurants was disappointing. The food quality at the bars and restaurants was average, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels. However, the breakfast quality and taste were good, providing a positive start to the day.

Everything. From check out to leaving, we couldn't have asked for better! We upgraded at check in to a sea view room which was stunning. Housekeeping came around twice a day which was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, even included iced coffee. The facilities were pristine, views from the pool were serene and the gym was well equipped. This is possibly the best hotel I've stayed in over the last couple of years and we already look forward to staying there again! Thank you to all the staff who made this such a memorable trip!

It’s super clean and good looking. Every little detail looks amazing. The view is magnificent. The staff super nice and helpful, they made a beautiful set up for my husband’s birthday in the room. The dinner buffet is delicious 🤤

Not enough sun beds at the adult pool, was impossible to get any for 2 days. People were just leaving their staff on the beds and going for breakfast, which was not allowed as stated by the rules but they’re doing it anyway. Also the seafood restaurant they have there is not working on Mondays which is very weird how it can be allowed, considering there are a lot of people in the hotel and it’s the only restaurant apart from the buffet. So we had to get out of the hotel to have a romantic dinner celebration, that was a little upsetting

Clean, luxury and very nice hotel

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and our car was immediately parked for us, we were taken into our room with a gorgeous view. I also loved how we got complimentary snacks for Eid from the team. All staff members across the whole place are super nice, considering and thoughtful, they really made the whole experience even better. We loved going to the beach to snorkel and I would like to mention Joyle who was working there with a really good memory and compassion. We have a massive respect for him trying to learn Russian to communicate better with the tourists. The live music in the evenings was also very lovely and pleasant to listen to. Overall, the whole experiencewl was delightful and we cannot wait to return there again.

The choice of cuisine is quite limited.

Dinner was good and I had to say the staff went beyond their normal routine and offered a steak as I was bit disappointed by the choices of the menu at that night and also being a dry night which was not a big deal Thank you again for chef and the floor supervisor at that restaurant! The room was so nice and comfortable clean and vey comfortable bed! Staff were friendly. The room with its amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection with live cooking stations. Casting options on the TV were good. Live music was enjoyable. Well maintained and clean.

I booked well in advance and I requested a cot, but this wasn't made available to me. I was told I'll get it for the second night but didn't get it as well. The lobby terrace was understaffed, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean the table from the previous users. The staff were uninformed about where the live music was to be held. I requested items from housekeeping and was told I'd get a call back to confirm, which never came even after I called again. The pillows were either too soft or too hard, no pillow options were available for medium firmness.

We had a fantastic staycation at this modern and stylish hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms beautifully designed, and we loved the convenience of smart controls in the rooms. The adults-only pool is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds, and the beach is also enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Mr. Anouar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided all the necessary information, guided us throughout our stay, and even assisted with arranging baby cribs and choosing good room and flexible check-out.

The balcony is quite small, and if you leave the doors open, the smell from the live barbecue station on the ground floor can reach the rooms. Additionally, the hotel itself is quite small, making it suitable for short stays, but it may feel a bit limited for longer trips. There is no dedicated entertainment area, and the hotel has only one à la carte restaurant and there are no shops and spa area also small . We did not like the ideas that Kids pools area are shared with neighbors resident buildings . We suggest that you add something at the beach area for more vibe . But in general it is excellent service still make it a pleasant choice for a quick getaway.
