I absolutely love this hotel and the amazing staff! Every time I visit the UAE, I always make time for Fujairah — and I never skip staying at Ibis. This place feels like home to me: it’s comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. They always make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I’ve stayed at a few other hotels in Fujairah before, but Ibis is definitely my favorite. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount as a returning guest — that was a very nice touch. Thank you so much for everything! Can’t wait to come back again!

Staff is very kind and attentive most of the times. I arrived very late after being working all day long. But Ruth and Syed at the reception took good care. I got an upgrade to a Novotel room. With late checkout too. I just feel grateful for all of these treats. The rooms are nice and spacious. There is walk-in shower along with bathtub option.

Some things in the Novotel rooms are outdated TV - old Samsung models, don't have wireless connection to your devices. Internet - Still have to connect to this private Accor network, which is unsafe. Power sockets - Don't have USB option. The bath gel in the shower area was empty. How come no one checks this before a new guest comes into the room?.. The sofa and bed pillows are hard. And bulky.

The girls working at reception. I'm a regular costumer so this time I've been granted an upgraded room when I arrived for check-in, which was more spacious and very nice. The other day, it was a Saturday and even though, I got a late checkout when I called reception. Room service works very well.

The TV. Impossible to connect to the phone, although it is a Samsung and it offers that feature. But doesn't work. Limited choice of channels. The WiFi. Not good because you have to log in or register. If you don't have an Accor account you might find yourself struggling with speed issues.

First, my feedback about reception: Two guys, first one Naveed and 2nd one Sayed, they are more helpful and good employees. Very good title for a receptive place, regardless of hotel or any place that they are working with. But really appreciate their attitude and welcome to the guests since I arrived. Second thing, breakfast was international with very good taste and clean restaurant. And the room is enough for 1 person.

The room is not that big. But the surprise they made for my birthday make our stay so memorable. Thank you for arranging cake for me and for the very touching birthday card message from the GM, thank you for giving us nice room and view. It's our first time to stay at Ibis Fujairah and it's all well. Pool is nice also. Thank you for the staff who checked-in us I don't know the good name but I think he is a manager. He is the one who made us happy.

During check-out, one lady from reception is there. I am not sure with her nationality might be Myanmar or Nepal. She didn't double check if our stay is paid already or not. My husband insert his card and almost completed the transaction. If I didn't see the scenario we might be paying double. She's having another guest and jumped also to us. It is better not to do multi-tasking to avoid this unnecessary situation.

It was our honeymoon and they gave us a cake, made it memorable. Then when we asked for anything, they were always helpful and attended to us promptly. Room, bed and facilities were very nice and comfy.

The finishing of the room such as all woodworks and the vanity in the bathrooms aren't really good... It all needs refinishing.

Upon entering the hotel, Mr. Abdulla, the receptionist, gave us a warm welcome. Special thank you to Mr. Inas, the housekeeping manager, who provided us with assistance and cared for us. Other staff members are also very friendly. I really like this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable with everything that i needed to relax during my stay . The location is perfect and it is close to everything. The staff was very friendly specially Mr omar from the reception , he helped us during our check in process and upgraded our room . Overall , i had a wonderful experience ❤️❤️❤️

The room is ok, it's comfortable.

Breakfast was good but one staff asks us if we are done with our breakfast because there's a long queue and at the time one of our family members is still eating breakfast. So, she rushes eating her breakfast and we left.
