A good location with easy access to Hatta village and nearby hiking trails. The breakfast was good, and the view from our room (from the backside of the hotel) was excellent. The outside terrace attached to our room was very nice. The cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant breakfast was good, but we had a fish and rice dish for lunch which was overpriced for what we got. The chairs and "couch" in the room were not comfortable for sitting and watching TV. The hotel reception (located past the hypermarket atrium) isn't clearly marked when arriving.

Excellent location. The rooms are spacious & bright with a lovely view of the mountains. The furniture is new with a little 4 chair settee, and a table for two on the balcony. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and we slept like babies. It was also very quiet at night. Breakfast in the Rock Wadi cafe was excellent with good quality egg dishes, fruit, and foul medana, and good coffee.

It was cheap and cheerful- What was not to like? Well, only one small thing- the restaurant gives only plastic cutlery. Not to be picky, but it’s not pleasant to eat with, and much more importantly, nor is it environmentally friendly.

The location is very good being near the main places to visit, some within walking distance. The view from the room was excellent overlooking a lake with various bird species as well as mountains. The Hatta sign is also clearly visible on the mountain. The room itself was authentic, pretty and spacious, the beds very comfortable and the shower water pressure strong. A supermarket is present inside the hotel premises while another is walking distance away. The restaurant has a very good cream kunafa.

The breakfast variety could have been better. Something meaty such as sausages and regular bread toast would have been nice.

We were obsessed how was the room designed in traditional way, it’s really amazing. And Also the view is so Beautiful, we enjoyed sleeping all night with OPEN WINDOWS!!!! no sounds of cars or whatever SUPER SILENT 💤 and you can hear the cricket singing, unbelievable feelings, reminds me my childhood at my Grandma’s house. About beds I wanna make note that it’s suuuper comfortable and soft. Food is REALLY REALLY YUMMY, we had a chance to have our dinner on beduins style camp ⛺️ opening with a stunning mountains view, while enjoying your dinner you can listen birds singing, for us it was unforgettable coz after big City life it’s A Best place to recharge, be close to nature, refresh our mind! We stay 2 nights in Hatta Guest House and I didn’t want to leave that place. It’s such a beautiful cozy with a friendly staff. Feels like home! Definitely I’ll come again for more days to stay.

Great location, unique style and excellent service. I love that the guest house is designed as a modern 'souq'; the rooms are on the upper floor, and when you step out you literally look down on a hypermarket / grocery store below you (on the ground floor). I stayed in the 'King Room with Mountain View' - the room was spacious with high ceilings, 'Arabic' in design, and equipped with its own router (so WiFi was top). Overall, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a get away. Service is excellent - Fortune at reception has the best smile and makes sure guests are well taken care of! I originally wanted to book Hatta Fort Hotel (and only ended up with Hatta Guest House because the former was fully booked), but on hindsight I am very glad I stayed at Hatta Guest House as it has so much more character - completely in love with the property!

This is not so much a comment about the hotel but more about Hatta in general. Getting around is difficult if you don't drive - as some of the local buses don't start running until 1pm (so I did all of my morning sightseeing purely on foot).

The hotel was very good, nice views from the room windows although when booking, it looked like we were going to have a balcony and we didn't.

The breakfast included was in a cafe next door and not in the hotel cafe itself. It was not bad and there loads of options but we arrived half an hour before the end of breakfast and everything was gone. We had to ask for a few more things from the menu to be cooked for us because the buffet plates were empty. Also, the shower was crazily built in and water was spilled everywhere after each shower.

Very friendly staff especially Fortunate. The location is excellent and very near to all attractions (approx 3-5 min only ). It is within a complex so there is a mini market inside which has everything you need.

The following needs improvement: The shower water was cold. No mugs in the room ,yet a kettle was available. The AC was directly hitting my face so the location of the bed needs to be adjusted accordingly to the AC. Breakfast was so simple. the bread was dry and hard and only 1 type. the coffee didnt taste good . We were given containers to eat in and disposable cups.

Would like to say thank you for Hatta Guest House - I visited it on 1st of June 2025, places located close to Hatta Dum, Hatta Fort and Hatta Village. Room is clean, new bathroom, view on the lake and Hatta sign. For this price (450 AED) is very good choice (all other hotels was 2x more expensive) Additionally breakfast included

There was construction work during our stay and beds was not as good as for example in Hampton by Hilton.

Nice restaurant for evening meal. Very accommodating staff. Late check-out option free of charge. Very close to Hatta Hub. Stunning views.

Breakfast was disappointing each morning. Plastic cutlery and polestirine plates. Limited choice and all very greasy. All rooms should have balconies. Very noisy room at night. Limited facilities on room - no coffee or milk.

Very helpful and discrete staff. The food in the restaurant (Wadi Rock) was delicious and very good value. We had dinner and breakfast there. Every dish we ordered was excellent middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast had a wide selection and good coffee. Plus, the outdoor seating area was wonderful (in December temperatures) and the large tent was a great place to relax in. We took 4 bicycles to ride at Hatta Hub - the staff let us store them in a secure room overnight. Great service.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
