It was a very pleasant stay. Mr. Naveed welcomed us warmly at the reception. We were staying one night, and he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view and briefly detailed the hotel services and facilities. The suite was very tidy and clean. The buffet at the restaurant had a variety of dishes. I am vegetarian and enjoyed our two meals (Dinner and breakfast). My husband (non-vegetarian) had the same impression. The staff in general were very professional. The person in charge of the egg frying at breakfast did a super job in understanding all the languages and controlling the line very peacefully. The person at the restaurant entrance was professional, trying to adjust to everybody without waiting. It was a noticeable staff effort. Good location. We had an excellent stay.

It's just the right place for family and couples. We stayed in the 23rd floor. Room was so clean and comfortable with the amenities you need . It has a sofa bed if you have a little kid with you. The gym and swimming pool with changing and showers facilities. Pool size is perfect and relaxing sunbeds with pool bar and shisha.. breakfast buffet was with very good variety of Arabic, continental and Asian cuisines.. Nearby to everything you need shops, mall, hypermarket, beach.. Staff are very polite and friendly, big thanks to receptionist Naveen. It's highly recommended and the price is very reasonable.

very good hotel location is a plus point. There are many restaurants close by. Neat & clean hotel . Clean bedding, washrooms are good with bath tub + wash area, Iron , kettle is provided in room. Staff & Service is good. connecting rooms are provided on prior request & availability. Breakfast spread is nice inclusion of almost everything, including( Indian dishes) Parking is available. Pool is good Naveed at reception was helpful Arman is breakfast was kind and welcoming. This hotel is recommended. Will surely come back

A bit smell in the glasses at breakfast area

This was our second stay. We got an upgraded suite. Very spacious, comfortable with toilet in living room and bathroom with shower room and bath tub in bedroom. Swimming pool and the GYM are very nice. Breakfast was with nice variety. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. Big thanks to Receptionist Mr Abdulhay and Ms Laney. Thanks for the nice treat for my birthday. Highly recommended for families. The hotel is in excellent location.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a big sofa. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Great stay!

Nice breakfast, but being asked to leave while still waiting for food was uncomfortable — no one wants to just sit at the table doing nothing, it simply meant we were waiting for our order. The staff were still friendly, though.

The location is very good. Overall, all the staff members were very cooperative.

Hotel or the breakfast restaurant needs to work on some innovative way to avoid wastage of food. During breakfast, many guests were wasting so much food. This is discussed with the restaurant staff. They are aware of this issue. Hope that they will take some positive action.

Restaurant staff wasn't happy; they had straight faces with no smiles. Food variety wasn't good; there were very limited items in the buffet, and the omelette section staff was rude.

The Room Cleaning service was not up to the mark. I finished my task and returned to my room on Day 1 at o'clock and he had just started to clean the room, so I asked him to leave

Underground parking available, good room size, well insulated, comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast and helpful staff.

Only one lounge chair available in the executive room which seems a bit outdated. 2 chairs and a coffee table would have made the room more welcoming.
