This hotel is a hidden gem in the Sharjah desert! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The private pool, with perfectly heated water, was a highlight of the stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff making everything even more enjoyable. The buggy transfer to the room was a nice touch, making it easy to move around the resort. The peaceful surroundings and complete silence created the perfect escape from city life. Highly recommended!

The breakfast table space was a bit limited, making it slightly uncomfortable. Perhaps the breakfast service could be improved by offering a small basket with a selection of well-presented products, enhancing the overall experience.

Our stay at Moon Retreat by Sharjah Collection was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning mountain views and even camels roaming near the entrance. What we loved most was how peaceful and unique the experience was. Since there are no restaurants on-site, you have to prepare your own meals, which actually made the stay even more special. We brought our own ingredients, but they also have a good selection of food options available. The setup is well-equipped, so cooking was easy and enjoyable. A big shoutout to Shoaib Arslan and Hasnat for their warm hospitality, they were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Sidikh was also great, delivering our charcoal quickly and helping us out whenever needed. Overall, it was an amazing getaway. If you’re looking for a quiet escape from the city, this is the perfect spot. Beautiful, unique, and totally worth it! Would definitely recommend.

Moon retreat is a wonderful way to feel like you’re camping but with all the comforts of home (nice bathroom and shower) fridge, comfortable bed and pool! I truly enjoyed the tranquility and being left alone. Staff were very responsive via watsap if we had any requests however it’s important to note this hotel has the option and it’s preferred to bring your own food and snacks to grill( which they prepare for you) and it’s a great way to enjoy yourself and the outdoors. Archery class and movie night outdoors was fun.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff were courteous and kind. They were as helpful as they could be and really appreciated the efforts they made as they have multiple roles at the retreat. Only thing i can mention is an issue I’d better signage is needed to find it from the main road and to follow to the actual retreat.

It is an excellent, complete and fancy desert experience. The accommodations are very private. The pool was always heated. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to our requests. Our card got stuck in the sand near the Retreat, and a staff member came to help us, responding promptly to my WhatsApp message. Also, they kindly offered my partner a birthday cake. It was romantic and fun to cook our own food on the BBQ grill.

1. The signs to get there, as well as the directions via WhatsApp messages, were a bit confusing. It would have been a great help to warn us that we had to enter through a gate when we left the road and avoid having to go into the camel farm and get our car stuck. 2. There were some small holes in the plastic walls of the chalet that made the room very cold at night. 3. It would have been nice to receive a schedule that included the best time to view the moon through the telescope in the common area and the sunrise.

We were blown away by the Moon Retreat! It was a fantastic experience - right in the heart of Sharjah's desert, yet conveniently close to the main road. The retreat is beautifully curated with incredible attention to detail. The tent with a private pool is the epitome of glamping, and the atmosphere truly feels like being on another planet. On top of that, the staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and dedicated to making the experience unforgettable. We visited for my birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

The place was simply amazing - zero downsides!

What a fantastic place! This secluded spot offers a wonderful atmosphere, is impeccably clean, and is truly worth visiting for its stunning views and ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Enjoy the BBQ facilities, amazing hiking trails, and a comfortable private pool.

Just a couple of minor downsides: the access road can leave your car a bit dirty, and not all domes feature transparent walls—ours had a muddy wall that obscured the view.

Loved the overall experience and would highly recommend

The location was a challenge to find. When we first arrived I got worried as I couldn’t see any real indicators for where the location was. When you first turn up, looks like nothing is there so you spend a fair bit of time trying to workout if you’re in the correct place. We found the place in the end (wasn’t obvious).
