This hotel is located in a good area in DSO.I stay with my family(4people),but the room size is enough to stay for a long time. I can also enjoy British cuisine at the ground floor and sometimes can enjoy watching Premier Leagues match at the restaurant.

If possibly, I waited to use microwave and washing machine, if both of them were available(at the ground floor?), I rates 10 points.

I traveled with my wife and two children and chose this property primarily for its proximity to my relatives, which made transportation convenient for pickups. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearest metro station, Centerpoint, three times a day. However, for those without personal transportation or not traveling for business in the Silicon Oasis area, the location might present some challenges. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the space felt quite cramped, leaving limited room around the beds. On the positive side, both the room and bathroom were well-maintained. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were available upon request. The reception was consistently staffed with friendly and attentive personnel. The hotel also features an on-site restaurant and bar. During our four-night stay, the breakfast buffet remained largely the same each day but was decent overall. Premier Inn features a modest rooftop pool equipped with a lifeguard. The pool is well-maintained, offering clean and warm water.

the quietness and not so busy nature of the hotel. Isolated from CBD and away from human traffic. Easy walking distance to the nearby silicon oasis mall and other areas. Had a 24/7 operating supermarket nearby in case the hotel restaurant is closed for the day and I needed a late-night drink/snack. Very friendly staff and at your disposal. Thank you so much enjoyed every bit.

Its nothing which I didn't like the only thing that can be improved is the breakfast menu. The Indian dishes were changed everyday however the rest of the menu remained the same. Loved the vegetable korma yummy yummy food. Manish the waitress was an exceptionally courteous.

This was my second stay at Premier Inn in Dubai. - It is a convenient value-for-money hotel - Check-in and check-out were quick - The room was clean - The room service was fast - The bed was comfortable - The staff were welcoming and very helpful

- The staff asked for a good review every time I spoke with them. I believe this should only be preserved for the checkout. However, they were very polite and helpful.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. There were a few nice places to eat close by and a couple of groceries. And the area seemed quite safe.

It was a long ways to downtown however there were taxis and cars available. They have a courtesy van to town but it only at certain hours and if you are taking a tour in town that is early you have to find a ride to the pickup location. And their showers in the bathroom have a half glass enclosure that doesn't move and you have to lean way in to turn on the water and the way you maintain the temperature is very strange to what most faucets work so you get lots of hot water if you can't figure it out. And since you have to lean in you get wet. So ask how to do it cause it's different. Not sure the purpose of the glass walls.

This was such a beautiful stay, my husband and I came to this hotel 10 years ago for our honeymoon and we brought our kids back with us 10 years later. From pre booking to the stay and check the staff are amazing. They assisted with our bookings of attractions and so many more. the rooms were more than sufficient for myself, husband and 3 kids. Breakfast was delicious and they always accommodated our late arrival from the tiring night before adventures. The only thing to note is the shuttle service doesnt go too all drop of points like we had before, it drops of daily to a central point and you can uber or bus ride to where you need to go but the taxi services are so efficient and uber. Each time we left the hotel we were offered ice water bottles and the room service is a definite must :) thank you guys

The room was wonderful, and as in other hotels, the breakfast rate is standard with the food provided. The location is calm and quiet, perfect for a family vacation stay. The hotel's proximity to small supermarkets and cafeterias adds a touch of convenience to your stay. However, please note that there are only limited parking spaces; it operates on a first-come model. The hotel also features a small pool and jacuzzi. The lifeguards are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are always clean and comfy. The staff are always attentive and accommodating

We have stayed here several times and everyone was always friendly and would always attend to what we need. However, during this last stay, the person in the front desk seems like she needs more training on handling guests properly. Everytime we stay here the reception staff would always attend to our needs without hesitation, but that time, we simply asked for more water and the answer we got was, "you just got here and youre already asking for additional water?" Seriously? It's summer time. And i believe we have the right to ask for what we need and have them catered to us as much as possible.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful to all our needs. We were a large group travelling for the Rugby 7s and some sightseeing in and around Dubai. The housekeeping staff, particularly Rayjal, was very helpful with replacing water, coffee, etc. in our room. Mr Toads is also accommodating and patient. Great food also. The offer discounts to some professions, teachers included which is not widely known.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, when you stay in the same place for several days it does become repetitive.

The booking room it's showing breakfast complementary in booking.com. but when we arrive there there is no breakfast included in it. I know it's not a hotel mistake it's by booking .com. becose they cheated on us. Other thing while booking time we didn't take any screenshot of that promotion so we don't have any proof. So onword will not belong in booking. Com.
