Al Habtoor Hotel it’s such a lovely property, plenty of parking and valet also. With an equestrian vibe throughout the hotel there are exquisite horse sculptures and art. We were greeted by Cherry on reception who assisted us with our check in, we were upgraded from a junior suit the an executive suit. Thank you. Our suit was beautiful, incredibly spacious and the interior design had a very boutique vibe about it. We had a huge balcony overlooking the Polo field. Rooms service was very efficient and fast!

Breakfast was average, nice but in comparison to other UAE hotels I feel there could be room for improvement on food quality. However the staff were all amazing and helpful. There are only a few minor things that weren’t satisfactory, the bathtub faucet didn’t work only the shower head part, additionally the hot water wasn’t hot, it was only warm. The bathroom sink faucets leak and sprayed you when you wanted to wash your hands or brush your teeth! I did offer this information at checkout and there wasn’t even an apology just a blank expression, that aside the room was beautiful but due some minor upgrades here and there. Although the room was clean, the black tiles were unforgiving through the toilet and the master bathroom, so many water marks all over the tiles.

Quite old, but cosy place. Family friendly, beautiful green territory, nice swimming pool, SPA. Several restaurants. For beer lovers there’s really nice pub. Comfortable rooms with terrace and amazing view on polo fields. European vibes, with an Arabic touch.

The place was lovely and relaxing. The staff was also great. Kudos to the receptionist Cherry who made sure all our requests were done. They also sent us a mini dessert platter because we were celebrating a birthday.

We wanted to use the pool but did not push through because it didn’t look clean, the water was not clear.

he hotel is so nice and I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful service I received from the receptionist, Tahleel her personality made me feel truly welcome.

Incredible value for money. Quiet location. Riding lessons with a stable with 400+ horses was wonderful.

The front desk was manned poorly. My husband phoned the hotel repeated and was told I was not in the room at night - and I was!!!! He didn’t like that.

Before checking in i talked with the property regarding providing two single bed, however the one who answered me told me that the hotel is fully booked and all reservations will be canceled. I proceeded with my reservation and it got approved with no issues. Then after checking if i was approached through the telephone of the room and the one in reception told me to come back to the reception as there is some taxes which needs to be paid. Good things that i double checked and i found out that i already paid all the taxes. I really liked my stay in the hotel, but there is some mistakes which can be easily fixed

Lovely hotel, very convenient for visiting our daughter and family. Very friendly staff and great service. A special mention for Cherry who was so helpful with changing our bookings and always welcomed us with a big smile! We had lovely large Polo view rooms with a very rare for Dubai view of the lush green polo fields. There are lots of options for dining, our favourite being the Horse and Hound pub which has regular live music and themed dining nights. Would definitely recommend!

The WiFi was really good but a little patchy once outdoors, not a problem to us, just an observation.

Mariam and Nancy were always so lovely, friendly and attended us really well. My friend felt abit sick and explained to them that the AC had affected her throat and they sorted out us with the best ginger tea ever! We really appreciate them and the rest of the staff so much for their hospitality. Also this resort is a beautiful place. It feels like you’re in a palace and your room has the best views of the resort. The scenery is something you’ll definitely taken in. The place is always clean and rooms were spacious. Will definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway and break.

Beautiful hotel and resort. I stayed for business but got to play polo and watch some good tournaments. The staff is really nice and kind. Cherry at reception was very helpful always making sure my stay was perfect. Food is great too. Had a few meetings with clients and it helped to have the polo games and the great restaurants at the same place.

Only request would be to include more desks where one could work on a laptop. Have so many lounge areas but zero normal tables with chairs. Maybe the library can be turned to more like study. The mattress was very high quality but firm which if you are not used to can be a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, perfect.

We had such an amazing time in Dubai and loved our stay at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort. All Thanks to Kemal. There was a little issue with our room when we first arrived and Kemal quickly sorted it out in a fantastic way and made us feel very welcome and at home. Truly an incredible gentleman and the person that made our stay feel 5 stars. It’s so amazing how a great personnel can change your impression of a Hotel completely! We initially made a booking without breakfast included as we weren’t sure how the food would be however when we arrived and saw the incredible selection there was available we immediately added this to our stay. We ended up also joining one of their party and had such an amazing family friendly party night. Thank you Kemal for making our stay so special.
