Staff was very friendly and cooperative. All the amenities are nearby.

Location is a bit far from nearest metro station, also most of the attractions are atleast 20+ mins drive

Cleaned every day with water provided every day. Staff were helpful. Hotel was very quiet despite it being very busy. Lots of car parking. A great little supermarket and small restaurant outside. Hotel also has a good and reasonably priced restaurant.

Mosque outside my room was loud, so next time I come I will ask for a room on the other side as this woke me up every day.

I stayed at this hotel for 17 nights, and it was a pleasant experience overall and I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. Chrishal, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. Her warm demeanor made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Additionally, Jalal from the room service team was quite helpful and prompt with our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the staff's hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for excellent service.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room. The washroom exhaust wasn't working, and some lights were not functional. Additionally, the AC switches were not operating properly, which caused some inconvenience. Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with excellent hospitality and friendly staff.

Our 9-night stay at Abidos Hotel Apartment, Dubailand, was nothing short of wonderful. As a family, we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all essential amenities—kitchenware, utensils, plates—everything we needed for a comfortable, homely stay. One of the biggest highlights was the exceptional service team, especially Mr. Jalal, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and we had everything we needed. Every morning, he checked in with a smile, always ready to help. The location was another huge plus for us. Having a supermarket and a tea shop just downstairs made it incredibly convenient—especially with kids who can be quite selective about food. My wife and I were able to cook for them with ease thanks to the well-stocked kitchen and nearby groceries. I’ve traveled across Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Japan recently and stayed in different types of accommodation facilities, but Abidos in Dubailand stood out the most. The cozy setup, attentive staff, and family-friendly atmosphere made this experience special. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’d love to come back!

The only minor drawback is the distance from central Dubai—you’ll need to rely on taxis. But honestly, the overall experience, comfort, and hospitality more than make up for it.

Very Spacious apartment with neat n clean bedrooms and washrooms .Beautiful view of the Dubai skyline from our apartment. Microwave, laundry, electric kettle, iron and stove was included in the apartment. Breakfast on the top floor restaurant had good options, Although we paid extra for breakfast but it was worth it. My Selim at our front desk was exceptionally helpful and guided us about Breakfast options, free shuttle from hotel to Dubai mall and Jumeirah beach. Great facility if you have a vehicle ( Own or rental). Lots of free parking spaces at B1 and B2. Dubai outlet mall and Global Village are very close to the facility. Overall excellent place to stay with family.

The location is very calm and peaceful, I got the exact same apartment that was listed on the website, the customer service of the lady on morning shift was beyond exceptional too bad I didn't get her name to mention it here on my review, a market is available in the hotel where they have everything you may need with very good prices, the staff is very friendly and helpful, too many good things for me to mention it all here, overall an excellent hotel and I would define stay there again.

We only had breakfast there, the menu is not very good, I don't know how to put it but I think they should add some more middle eastern options as most of the families I saw there were middle easterns.

The apartment is very comfortable, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which was very convenient, the price is reasonable compared to hotel apartments in Dubai , the staff is very polite and friendly. Overall it’s definitely not luxurious but it completely met our needs.

The apartment needs to be renovated because the floors and furniture has stains and some damages. Also the daily cleaning does not cover everywhere, some areas like the balcony door where my son plays is always very dusty.

We had a great stay! The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean, including the washrooms. One of our 1-bedroom bookings was kindly upgraded to a 2-bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The front office staff was very welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Special appreciation to the bellman who assisted us all the way to the parking — such helpful and respectful service. I forgot the name of the front desk staff who assisted us, but he was truly excellent and made our check-in smooth and friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service.

We booked a 2-bedroom hall for 4 adults and 2 kids, but unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. Basic amenities like dental kits, slippers, sufficient shower gel, and shampoo were not provided. The kettle in the room was also not working. We chose this hotel for a family group, but were surprised by an unusual swimming pool policy. The pool guard kept telling us to leave, saying each family is allowed only 2 hours at the pool. This was never informed during check-in and felt very unwelcoming — something we’ve never experienced at any other hotel. Additionally, there was water leakage in the common washroom, which made the area unpleasant to use. Overall, the hotel needs to improve on basic hospitality, communication, and maintenance.

We loved the spacious apartment. We loved the generous bathrooms. The staff were so responsive and responsible. Housekeeping was excellent, front desk staff, security was excellent.

The kitchen had an occasional cockroach passing through, would like that addressed. The other floor neighbours aromatic cooking sometimes filled the hallways by a lot. Offering just one departure and return time for transport was not convenient, the transport times to and from town was not convenient, I think for an additional reasonable fee, guests would be open to using the service more if other time slots were available.

The hotel apartments were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Each member of our family felt comfortable and at home. The living spaces were perfect for our large group, providing ample room for relaxation and bonding. The service at Abidos Hotel Apartment was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The only minor drawback we encountered was related to the parking situation by gusts. Some few guests mistakenly parked their cars in a way that occupied two parking spaces, which was slightly inconvenient for us, especially since we had elderly family members and children. However, this issue was quickly addressed by the hotel management.
