The apartment was clean and spacious. The customer service was impeccable.

Very strong scented diffuser all over the property. Lovely scent, just really strong. There is no cable service on the bedroom tv. You can only connect to streaming apps.

If you are looking for a Clean (i mean 360 clean)💯 no funny smells kinda place, Quiet, Modern space, Comfortable , Spacious, Professional staff. Pyramisa has it all. The don't disturb and make up room accessory i loved it made my life easy. Highly recomend 💯

All the hotel staff are experienced and professional. The room service makes very delicious food. I wish I could have stayed longer with them, but I have to visit this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessities. The hotel in general is very excellent. Before I forget, the hotel has security and safety.

I spent the new year vacation in Pyramisa Hotel. Our family has 3 adults and one kid so their family room was really perfect for us! Great location, it’s easy to use taxi service and they also have a private parking if you rent a car. Unfortunately at winter they didn’t have a free transfer to Kite beach and Dubai mall. The cleaning was good, the apartment was nice and new. Bed was really huge and comfortable. But it was a bit cold in the sleeping room because of the air coming through the closed windows. The staff was really professional and polite, we enjoyed our time in this place. Thank you, Pyramisa hotel

This was our first stay at this truly outstanding hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved every single minute. The level of customer service is simply exceptional every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. A very special mention goes to Jolly, Neelam Shafeeq and Rona who looked after us so well every day and always attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They are wonderful, providing warm and professional service that made our experience even more memorable. The Housekeeping service was great.

The smell of the reception was amazing. Ahmed Elmasry was such a nice person. He deserves a raise :).

There was no conditioner/ body lotion in the room.
