The apartment was clean and spacious. The customer service was impeccable.

Very strong scented diffuser all over the property. Lovely scent, just really strong. There is no cable service on the bedroom tv. You can only connect to streaming apps.

rooms doesnt have carpet and tiles are very cold. slippers werent available. disposable tooth brush and paste also not available

If you are looking for a Clean (i mean 360 clean)💯 no funny smells kinda place, Quiet, Modern space, Comfortable , Spacious, Professional staff. Pyramisa has it all. The don't disturb and make up room accessory i loved it made my life easy. Highly recomend 💯

All the hotel staff are experienced and professional. The room service makes very delicious food. I wish I could have stayed longer with them, but I have to visit this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessities. The hotel in general is very excellent. Before I forget, the hotel has security and safety.

I spent the new year vacation in Pyramisa Hotel. Our family has 3 adults and one kid so their family room was really perfect for us! Great location, it’s easy to use taxi service and they also have a private parking if you rent a car. Unfortunately at winter they didn’t have a free transfer to Kite beach and Dubai mall. The cleaning was good, the apartment was nice and new. Bed was really huge and comfortable. But it was a bit cold in the sleeping room because of the air coming through the closed windows. The staff was really professional and polite, we enjoyed our time in this place. Thank you, Pyramisa hotel

The smell of the reception was amazing. Ahmed Elmasry was such a nice person. He deserves a raise :).

There was no conditioner/ body lotion in the room.

The reception women I think shes Indian she welcomed us and had a great customer service (ordering taxi) extra bed etc
