As a party events venue it is an incredible space. Once the main act finished at 12 an amazing afterparty carried on until around 3-3.30isj which was perfect. One of the staff there, Lou, from the event side was fantastic and she really went out of her way to make sure our group was comfortable and looked after :) Also our waiter Karim done his best to keep the food and drinks flowing as fast as he could. The room being right at the pool was amazing, well furnished and aircon worked well. breakfast on pur terrace on the morning was a nice touch…

the food was generally overpriced for the portion sizes. This should really be addressed as many people within our group were not happy about the vale for money with regards to the food and had to complain. A few more food options in general would have added some substance to the menu especially the main restaurant menu.

I would like to praise Prakash for taking the extra mile to make sure we had the right room for our stay. The receptionist was rude and not helpful as we were not aware of the setup, first time at terra, no idea why that was exposed. Prakash made me reconsider giving this property a low star ranking.

The first receptionist was not helpful, Peter insisted that we could not switch rooms, the room was on the main path to other rooms, and we wanted more privacy. The chairs outside were unconformable, including the ones that are used outside at the tent side. It gets cold in the rooms, not just tents, so I suggest dressing appropriately.

Quiet, remote place to spend quality time with loved ones. Especially during winter it was super pleasant to stay here. The buggy service was extremely helpful, they are super quick and always available! The staffs here are the most friendliest I’ve ever seen. Whenever they pass by they will just greet you with smile.

Power source in the porch area to plug-in mosquito repellent or heater will be very helpful. Instead of putting too many beverages, should have some nuts/crackers/bites etc as well. A small bin in the bathroom will be good, breakfast and food options were too limited - must really work on this. 🙏🏽

Loved the design and concept of the whole site, a great place to stay out of the city. We were there during Ramadan so no parties, but a really relaxed atmosphere by the pool during the day and quiet in the evening. The tent was very cosy and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can request the buggy to drive you round the site (particularly if you have luggage), but it’s not far at all to walk to the pool and restaurant. The shared bathrooms were also modern, very clean, close-by and with good lighting to get to them at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for an unforgettable escape in the heart of the desert, Terra Solis is the place to be. My stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The level of personal attention made the experience truly special it felt like a tailored getaway just for me. The bar and swimming pool were highlights of my stay; both offered a serene yet vibrant ambiance, perfect for relaxation during the day and socializing at night. The luxurious tents were beautifully designed, blending comfort and elegance seamlessly while embracing the rugged beauty of the desert. Waking up to the vast, golden dunes was a magical experience I’ll never forget. Terra Solis is a must-do while in Dubai for those who want a unique combination of luxury, nature, and outstanding hospitality. I can’t recommend it enough!

- service from the hotel staff was incredible and always on hand for anything - free minibar (not mentioned on booking) - beach club was amazing - tent was cosy and cute above expectations on aesthetic - early and late check out was a bonus - friendly atmosphere - cleanliness of tent and shared toilets/showers was 10/10 - staff took care of our belongings and collected them while we were at the pool - value for money - comfort

- AC is loud but did keep the tent cool which is the main thing as it was hot - service at Mesa terrace not the best - limited menu at pool and mesa - had to wait numerous times about our 30% off food and drinks since staff kept saying it had finished and took 10-15 minutes each time for them to confirm it - the woman on beach club entrance seemed stressed both times we spoke to her and not the friendliest on entry - expected tent to have more of a view into the desert and be more private not a circle set up with others staying there felt more camp like

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Terra Solis Dubai. We were given complimentary tickets to the Tomorrowland event, featuring Chris Avantgarde, and we truly enjoyed it. Although the kitchen had just closed, Arun kindly arranged to keep it open so we could have dinner. We are grateful to Arun for making this possible as it allowed us to enjoy the event without going hungry! Breakfast was excellent and we loved the pool where we had a large, comfortable sunbed. Once again, thank you Arun for organising this! The DJ played great music throughout the day, and the food and drinks were also delicious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. Thanks again to Arun, as well as Paul, who assisted us with our luggage and transportation to the event and back to our Perseid lodge, and Math who served us food and drinks and got to know us well. We would also like to express our gratitude to the rest of the staff.

Upon arriving at the resort, we encountered some frustration with the security staff as they seemed unsure about where we could park, despite us informing them of our reservation. It's possible that the confusion was due to the busy Tomorrowland event taking place. We were also disappointed by the limited availability of staff to transport guests between the accommodation and the pool area. Our lodge was a 4-5 minute walk from the pool, which was less than ideal in the very hot weather. We were surprised to find that there were no phones in the accommodation to contact reception or other staff when needed. It would have been helpful to have a phone in the room as a standard amenity.

Truly felt like a getaway from the city while not being very far from it. Pool was incredible, DJ was 10/10, food was great too. Golf carts were available for our use the entire time we were there, considering the facilities were a little far apart.

I get it's a luxury glamping experience but you're essentially paying premium 5 star hotel room price for a tent without a toilet inside. Just keep that in mind. No room service also. But this is not the place to do these things anyway, it's supposed to simulate camping with a little luxurious kick.

Greatest resort we are not first time here, but time we find something new and interesting. I must especially praise the housekeeper I forget his name he was the great person, who every time gave us a beautifully clean room with wonderful timeline. Reception team time of check-in explained about the facility the person who did check-in he is awesome guy.

Tent gets very hot, shouldn't be open to sell. the watcher still not that cool during the daytime. Otherwise fix the A/C high cool hope no one will disappointed.
