The professional and friendly service we received from Mr Amish,operations manager,was exceptional. Marion from the reception team also went above and beyond in supporting my wife to source a gift and organising transportation. From check in to check out every member of the team was so helpful with luggage,breakfast serving and housekeeping. Three night stay we slept very well in a clean and very comfortable bed. Room was extremely clean with a great shower. Location is superb with easy walking access to shops,restaurants,car hire. Free and plentiful parking. Good gym. Great roof top pool.

Sue, Stockton, Jane, Michael, Precious, May and Raj all super as usual welcoming me back like an old friend. Really makes a difference when you travel on your own.

There were lots of ants on the pool area towards the back where the two larger lounge beds are and they kept crawling all over me things and on to the sunbed. I told reception staff and Sam by the pool (he just laughed by the way but his English isn’t great anyway so probably thought me complaining was funny)

Is was nice and comfortable place, but what I loved about it the staff was very polite and professional, especially the reception lady wearing hijab ( sorry I forgot her name ). She helped me allot and recommended me allot of places to visit and also the lifeguard Mr.Samuel at the pool was very friendly and polite. Its my first time coming to Dubai the price was good The staff was very kind The location and parking were great everything is 15 min drive away. And I recommend this hotel for anyone

Breakfast buffet offer variety of food, for someone simple like me was sufficient enough. The room is clean and tidy and quite modern, room temperature is adequate. The only downside is that there is no slippers and tooth brush/paste pack.

The Shower Door opening outward which causes the water dripped all over the floor but the floor mat cannot go underneath the door as there is no space between the bottom of the door to the floor. The hot water for showing is not very hot, on my last day I couldn't show in the morning as the water was really cold. The Shower gel/shampoo/condition dispensers was loose and keep moving when trying to squeeze the content.

Very friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in process, I arrived a bit early to move into my room but I was able to leave my luggage in reception while I went to the Autodrome for a while. Also, I was having a problem with the charging of my mobile phone, the I.T. guy came up to my room to help me and let me borrow a charging lead, so the staff were very helpful in the event of there being a problem. I also booked a room with a view of the Autodrome and what a view it was..... the reason for my stay was because there was a chance to experience two days of motorbikes at the Autodrome, sadly the second day got cancelled because of rain which was the only thing to affect the enjoyment of my stay at the hotel, as the view was so exceptional that I had been looking forward to watching some of the racing from my bedroom. Room also well decorated, clean and comfortable, also the bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower. Food available almost entirely throughout the day, breakfast was soon followed by lunch which was immediately followed by the dinner menu. I did not eat dinner in the restaurant but instead availed of room service on the two nights that I was staying there, delicious food in the comfort of my own room. I did not use the rooftop swimming pool but I went up for a look at that area of the hotel and it was very impressive. Also an information point for someone to book desert or city activities if they wish to do so.

Far away from the metro meaning that if I wanted to travel somewhere, I would have to phone a taxi, but reception were very helpful in phoning a taxi for me and it didn't take long to get to places. A bit isolated in regards to being far from a metro station but loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby so still in a good location. The reason for my stay was love of motorsport but if you don't like motorsport, it might not be somewhere you would enjoy due to the sound of racing around the circuit, but for me,it was something that I enjoyed.

As per usual a great stay and Su, Stockton and Jane were fabulous on reception as were Michael in the restaurant and Sammy at the pool. Feels like coming home even if I was only here for a short time again for a long weekend to celebrate a friends birthday.

The pool area needs a bit of work as some of the floor boards where the sun loungers are are a bit wonky now and the pool itself needs a bit of TLC. However, work is planned so I’m looking forward to my stay in September to see the revamp.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the impeccable service provided by the front desk staff, especially Raju. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Raju's welcoming smile and genuine eagerness to assist immediately set the tone for a fantastic stay. He effortlessly handled my check-in process, making it swift and hassle-free, and took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to navigate the hotel and the surrounding area. Throughout my stay, Raju consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Love staying here as the staff always give you a friendly welcome - old and new team members here. Particular thanks to Stockton, Su, Innocent, Michael and Sam (pool life guard). Great location for me personally, great breakfast and bonus that I was out here to surprise my friend for their special birthday too flying out for the weekend.

I didn’t like that Lesline and Peter have now left, they were my favourite staff members!

Jane was the best! She helped us with any problem we had, as did all 3 ladies at the reception. It is a clean and comfy hotel, with excellent staff, and the location, if you are passionate about car or motorcycle racing, you are exactly where you need to be. Jane and the team are great and definitely have a solution for any problem!

Cleanliness A buffet breakfast with few choices, but the vegan cake was so delicious!! Aamir, the technician, was extremely helpful sorting out my Fire TV Stick so I can watch Netflix! Thanks to Mariam, the receptionist who organised a lovely surprise birthday decoration with a birthday cake in my room, thanks once again.
