The apartment suites are absolutely lovely. Spacious, modern and with huge amounts of storage. A real plus! The staff are all excellent without exception. Thank you all for making us so welcome.

The property is fab but there really isn’t much around it and that isn’t obvious from the pics. Have a look at mine to get an idea. The Miracle Garden and Butterfly garden are very nearby though.

I liked everything about the hotel, all the staff in all fields are very helpful and humble, the hotel is very, very clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. And the swimming pool is very beautiful. We spent most of our time in it .. I will definitely come back to re-experience again in this wonderful hotel . Thank you Mr. Noor And his team for making my holiday one of the best holidays I have ever spent in Dubai.

All is good except that it is noisy cause we can hear the doors locking and banging from other room

Room should be atleast sound proof so it will not disturb guests sleeps

We stayed for 6 days and it was excellent. The check in-front desk staff, sorry I forgot HIS name but I remember him. He said he came from Northern India, tall and we talked about his hair and my hair. He made the first impression that the staffs in the hotel are very nice. Anyways, he gave us free upgrade and was able to give me my request when we came in. He was also caring when he let us check in at 1130am. I want to say he is amazing. The breakfast is also worth it. Lots of different hot plates options, fruits, coffees and fresh juices. Totally worth it especially if you have children. The swimming pool guy was also amazing. Very attentive to give the towels right away. The 2 breakfast servers. Nithin from the breakfast is always smiling. Really nice. I would go back again. And also, the location, we were glad that we rented a car but the restaurants around there are so cheap. And lots of supermarkets everywhere. Amazing free parking in the hotel as well.

Everything is nice, cleanliness, treatment and morals, and I would like to thank ikhlaq for his good ethics and treatment frankly, one of the best hotel staff I have ever met he did check in very quickly and whenever he talk his smile never goes from his face God goes a long way.

Hotel apartment was good size and had enough amenity for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Chicken Biryani was delicious and well portioned. Area felt very safe. Nice to have supermarket in walking distance.

TV options were very limited for English speaking people. Just a little far out from main tourist attractions but this was understood when booking.

The room was spacious. Stayed there with two adults and two small children. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool on the roof is big, and a lifeguard is always on duty. The employees at the reception are friendly and helped us with all our problems and questions. Right across the Hotel are some restaurants and a supermarket, a park and a playground for the kids. It's quiet, but still central as you can reach all major attractions within 30 minutes by car.

Only some minor points. We stayed 11 nights, and every breakfast was 100% identical. A little bit of variation would be nice. Nevertheless, the breakfast is good and a lot to choose from, but if you stay longer as we did, it gets very monotonous.

I stayed here with my child for several months. This hotel is safe, very comfortable, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Asaad always helped us, whether it was carrying heavy luggage or anything else we needed. Karishma and Ikhlaq at the reception were always professional and greeted us with a smile. Kumar and the rest of the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless at all times. The maintenance team was quick to respond whenever there was an issue, like when the washing machine broke down. I don’t know everyone’s names, but to all the staff at this hotel—thank you for providing such a wonderful living environment.
