The staff was always helpful and kind. Bikram was attentive and resourceful to help with your needs. Maintenance people were answering quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, is not just a hotel room, it is an apartment. It is located in Sports City and close to Carrefour market, like a 3-minute drive to a Grandiose and 5-minute drive to Motor City.

At this location you need a car or a taxi to move from there. The metro is like a 15 or 20-minute drive. The kitchen is handy but very small, the oven doesn't heat at all, a fried egg takes a long time. It is not bad, but you struggle to cook. Again, it is not a bad option, but it can be a little bit better.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Cleaning staff is great, we had a good housekeeper Vikram, who took care of our room. It's the best value you will get for your money as the size of the apartment is huge, and there's a lot of space to relax especially if you're staying for more than 4 days. Location is quite good as it's in the centre of Dubai.

The hotel can have better maintenance in the washroom, as it's not the best fixtures and there were small leakage problems with the tub.

Very friendly staff. Even housekeeping supervisor Joyce came personal to ask if everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. With even a washing machine. Swimming pool with nice warm water. Restaurant had delicious food. Breakfast was very complete.

For maybe some people the hotel is too far from the center of Dubai. The smell of the restaurant kitchen is noticeable outside the kitchen. Maybe use carbon filters to prevent this.

What I loved about the room is it's wholly equipped with home appliances (Washing Machine, Kettle, Induction Cooker, Microwave, Kitchenware) I didn't expect that from just booking a hotel room. Plus the room is spacious and you get a spacious balcony as well!. The pool view is fantastic and the gym is completely equipped. I'm definitely gonna stay there again.

What I can suggest for them is the selection of the breakfast buffet menu. It would be nice if we could get more choices of meats (Ham, Chicken, Beef, etc)

The place is really good, I got a room with a living room, so it was basically a 1 bed room apartment, really good option if staying on a single room bothers you, there was also a washing machine which is really helpful, and gives freedom.

If I have to be really picky the only "bad" thing was the fact that deliveroos are not allowed to go to your room so you have to get the lift and collect your food at a designed area on the reception. Not a big deal..

Hello, first I book for a week and finally decided to saty for a month because this was just perfect! The room is big with everything you need, microwave, dishwasher ....then the staff is perfect ! Bikram did an amasing job with my room and service! Then, the pull is big on the roof, nice view. Downstair you can work outside near trees, the wifi is perfect and the weather also, you are like in a corridor, with fresh air! And then the restaurant that adpat really easily to my vegan diet ! Well done! and for sure I will come back in September!

Good location and nice service. The staff here are all very well trained, friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed by the great service from housekeeping team Mr Bikram. Next time I will book here again for sure.

The curtain in the bedroom cannot close nicely, so in the morning there is strong sunshine coming into the room from the gap.

Great overall experience, professional staff. I entered my room as it was being cleaned. Raj was very kind and professional. He finished his duties as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and the quiet atmosphere, which made for restful nights. The location was also excellent, close to key attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing.

The apartment room was big and spacious, clean and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and functional, the door didn't lock properly but not an issue. Housekeeping was also fantastic every day they did a decent sweep of the room and bathroom, provided clean towels and tidied the bed. The swimming pool was great, we went in the mornings when it was relatively quiet the gym was ok not a lot of equipment but enough to get a workout in. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the coffee and the food from the restaurant on the occasions that we got it was also very good and decently priced. Would definitely recommend this place, and may even visit again in the near future.
