The breakfast and the dinner were very tasty. The location was very convinient for me as I come there because of my business. My compamy "Dunyo Accounting" LLC (Dunyo.ae) office is in Galadari office that is near the hotel. Therefore, this hotel location was very convinient for me. I easily went to my office and won much time because of the distance! I had a breakfast at 07:00 a.m and easily met our clients from 09:00 a.m untill 21:00 p.m and helped them with their accounting issues in our office. I had a dinner at 21:30 p.m in the hotel and played the billiards in the main hall of the hotel. I stayed in the hotel 28 days and I am very happy that I chose this hotel! Next time, I will come this hotel again InshaAllah! Big thanks to every personal of the Aloft hotel!

Very comfortable, extremely clean and nicely equipped room with all amenities, great quality mattress, bed sheets and pillows. Good location with nice parking, hotel easily accessible to all major roads and interest areas in Dubai, fast check in experience and staff was great to accommodate late check out till around 2pm.

Room walls can be somehow quite thin and could hear noise from next room when guests were speaking loud, however staff was great to accommodate another room when requested. Breakfast variety could be improved and breakfast should be constantly replenished to ensure for late breakfast guests as well.

Despite booking a room for an entire month, numerous intermittent stays over two weeks, and even a week with three rooms, I have yet to see any substantial discounts for renewals. There’s no encouragement or lasting incentives for loyal guests like us. My multiple suggestions for hosting evening events around the pool were brushed off without much consideration. Given my extensive experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager for leading companies in my country, I moved here to explore new opportunities. I even considered contributing to this hotel’s growth. Fortunately, I’ve now secured a position in the banking sector. Yet, it's disheartening to witness the hotel’s daily decline, especially during these tough economic times. I sincerely hopeWishing everyone the best, and perhaps one day, we can elevate this economic gem to its full potential.

Swimming pool is very basic and don't have any activities as it's very good place to can make as addifferent idea specially in the summer will be make some enjoyment to customers and will be more attractive for the hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here! It really was very good! Staff were very friendly and helpful; no request was too much trouble. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was well designed and clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very good: buffet-style with plenty to choose from. Location-wise, well-placed opposite a small city-centre mall. I would recommend this hotel as great value for money given its modernity, cleanliness, location and quality of staff.

The bar could close at 1am ... at least for room service... that's the only comment ... I understand the hotel policy ,but at least on the weekends the service could be extended into room.service until 1am

Loved the room and the bed so much! The service is really good, great and wonderful staff especially Victoria, Sayed and Abdullah at the reception. Although there is an ongoing renovations, it’s ok. I’m already very pleased with everything, can’t wait to return once it has been completed (restaurant) 😻

The breakfast was so delicious with a lot to choose, from coffee, fruits, sausage, omelette to mention but a few a energetic morning counts to start a day.

From the moment we entered the hotel, it was very pleasant. There were 2 guys at the reception, very polite guys. Unfortunately, I didn’t win anything in the “wheel of fortune”, but the idea itself is very interesting. everything in the room was clean and tidy. nothing superfluous, everything is restrained, but at the same time everything you need is there. Overall I liked it!

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The room was quiet and very spacious, even for standard size. The room and hotel was spotless. Constant cleaning. A big thank you to M d Kalum who looked after my room.

Possibly the breakfast could have had more choice ( compared to other hotels) but it was still OK and you wouldn't go hungry. Location. You'd definitely need a car ( or rely on the very cheap cabs ). But I'm sure you'll see the location on the map. ( I knew this before I booked anyway, so no complaints, just a view for others )
