You&Co is a fabulous apartment complex in a great location. The apartments are bright, spacious, equipped & clean. The staff are great, very welcoming and always available for any queries. The location is great and accessible. The complex has a pool and open terrace area for relaxing/working. There is always activities to take part in yoga, networking events, etc. As travellers we have stayed an extra month due to their EXTREMELY good prices. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants very close walking distance. Overall we would highly recommend You&Co for both work and pleasure.

The only issues we have faced is the WiFi(slow & intermittent), and the gym is not equipped enough.

It’s in Dubai Production City which is a little far from Downtown Dubai. Be prepared to spend $20 on taxis one way. I will say it is in the middle of downtown Dubai and Global Village so that was nice. Also you have to pay a 1500 AED security deposit in cash which you’ll get back when you check out but only in cash. This annoyed me a bit but you can exchange your money for very very little at the Dubai Duty Free at the Dubai Airport.

I liked the room set up and the large TV. It was good to have the balcony furniture to sit out on. The pool area was good.

Production City isn't near a metro although a bus does drop you off nearby. The kitchen area for the three-bedroom apartments is a little small although for the two-bedroom apartments you get a lot of space.

Washing machine was a great plus for me. The location was convenient for me since I am familiar with the area and had a rental car. For first time visitors, the location could be a challenge.

Cleaning is provided once every 2 weeks so this was inconvenient for my short term stay

We stayed here for ten days. For the first five days, a parrot that was in the neighboring building and making noise deprived us of our comfort so that we could not sleep from 7 in the morning. And we could not rest anymore. Three-bedroom units do not have a living room or a dining table, and cooking and eating are difficult due to limited space. In general, none of the units are suitable for more than 3 guests. But it was clean

The staff are amazing so is the whole community of people who live there honestly best place to stay if you are new to Dubai, good way to make friends plenty of events and activities to take part in if you wanted to,

price goes up a lot after summer months wish they kept prices the same rate for the existing tenants. Also some room mates can turn out to be thieves so watch out I had some of my kitchen equipment stolen when she moved out.
