Reception was unprofessional to deal with crowded guests ,Duty manager himself doesn’t know the rules of acknowledgement of the guests When I approached to the reception with baby in my hands,in front of me was queue few people,none of reception acknowledged me,none of them didn’t offer me to wait on the sofa,they waited till I start to complain that they let other people make check out without correct line. One more thing what disappointed me in five star hotel it’s swimming pool in March month was not warming up,we couldn’t not swim at all,was very cold 🥶

I like the facilities and the kids pool , it was so funny and it’s look like a rooftop The hospitality of the reception and the helpful especially from nandinah Make sure to order an extra bed before confirm the booking

There’s some advices and issues about my stay :- I advise you to reduce the lighting gaps in the rooms so that the guest enjoys a peaceful sleep Also, the air conditioners make a sound like a whistle continuously and annoying for the sleeper, I recommend their maintenance There are things that must be proactive before the guest requests, such as things for the room or bathroom.

The reception Ola and Nanhdini were exceptional and other welcoming staff. Lillian at the cafe great and friendly, housekeeping excellent and Lash ??? from Sri Lanka at the pool lifeguard a gem. I can honestly say every staff member I met in the hotel greeted me with a smile and helpfulness, a rare treat when travelling.

the room 904 was facing the busy traffic and should have asked for a quieter room but get used to it. A second chair was requested for the table in our room which never came but for a couple should be two chairs

From the very first moment, the hotel left an incredible impression — let me walk you through it step by step. Right after we landed, we picked up our rental car, and the Movenpick’s multi-level parking was a fantastic bonus — super convenient and easy to use. As soon as we stepped into the reception area, we were warmly welcomed and offered refreshing welcome drinks — just what we needed after the flight, especially since we hadn’t had time to grab any water. That small gesture instantly set the tone. Then came another lovely surprise — the hotel upgraded our room category for free! We were thrilled. The room was absolutely beautiful: two separate rooms, two bathrooms (which is a total game-changer when you’re traveling with family), and a stunning bathtub. My wife was blown away by the panoramic window with its amazing city view — it was a total “wow” moment. As for the food — breakfasts and dinners were more than enough for us. Nothing over-the-top, but everything was fresh and tasty, and it suited our family’s tastes just fine. Our son had the best time at the pool, especially the water slide for kids — he didn’t want to leave! What really stood out, though, was the genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. You can really feel that they care — and that made all the difference. We’re already planning to come back soon, and next time we’ll stay even longer. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Parking!! Tight space, and unfortunately my car got dinged because of it. The bed wasn’t that comfortable but it was okay. I did run into an issue with my room but I won’t mention what because as soon as I told them they took care of me and upgraded my room right away so that was nice.

Family friendly hotel with dedicated kids pool as well as adult only pool for those who want to enjoy relaxing time without kids screaming. The room is very spacious, same for the bathroom. Very bright and comfortable with lots of storage space. Overall good facilities with office area for those who need a while on the computer for work. Great gym.

Poolside bathrooms are dirty, smelly and not well taken care of. Faucets were not working on men's and there was no soap nor paper on ladies'. Breakfast could be better.

The service by Mohammed and Ahmad at the front desk was exceptional, they went out of their way to accommodate and help. Thanks a lot guys

Having 3 hotels at the same locations got a bit confusing at the start in terms of restaurants and concierge, but not a deal breaker and you get the hang of it quickly. A small recommendation is to have towels at the gym in case someone forgets to bring their own from the room.

Cleanliness of the room, good facilities and swimming pool, also a variety of coffee shops and restaurants inside the hotel.

Staff is somehow not helpful, I asked for a late checkout, they left me without a response, didn't accept or reject my request and asked me to wait until check out time to see if it can be extended which is not reasonable. What's the point to wait until original check out time if I am going to wake up and pack my things early anyway! They could have rejected my request better than running away from a certain answer.

Exceptional good and friendly house keeping staff, I would like especially say thanks to Said Reddy and Manish house keeping. The room was always clean and tidy, they always offered free water, room service was immediate. The room itself spacious, new and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and has a nice view Common spaces are super nice with new iMacs to work, high speed wifi and a lot of seating areas.

The check in process was confusing: our room was ready only 3 hours after the check in time. We arrived at 3PM and were offered a different room with the words that we were upgraded. However, in reality, we were offered the same room with double bed (instead twin beds) and extra bed. The photo of this extra bed is provided. I believe it’s a shame for 5 start hotel to keep such bed in use. So it took a while of negotiation with the reception to get the room we have booked. The staff at reception always felt like understaffed and overwhelmed with duties. Once we got the right room, everything was nice and smoothly. Additionally no one informed that the skyline swimming pool is not working. These two point were the only issues for us.

Exquisite hotel. Very beautiful design and the room as well is spacious, large windows, nice bathroom with a bathtub and large shower. Loved the pool area, the entertainment and shisha/food. The cafe was hands down my favourite. I wish I knew the names of all the staff working in the cafe, they were beyond amazing. The cafe was beautiful, I was able to work there with no disruption. Also worked from the business center which was amazing.

Check in was very hectic. There’s always a lot of people in the lobby. Elevators take too long. Also location is far from everything. Paid atleast 70-90 AED to get from A to B with a taxi from this hotel.
