I love the library concept, the quietness that i needed to revitalized myself after the exhaustion or stress from work. Neat and nice ambience of the lobby. I was assisted with charming smile of the receptionist when i requested to relocate my room since my neighbor was noisy (it was connecting room). I like the gym facility especially the treadmill with video track, it makes me feel like i'm running outdoor. I like the double glass made which minimizes the noise from outside road. I like the timing of the breakfast 7-11am which allows ample time to relax...do exercise before meal.

Perhaps it's the ambience of my room... cute small, it was clean and neat, probably because it was summer hot here in the desert and i was wishing to have seen greens outside my window. the construction ongoing which is understandable. Wish to visit next time.

I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Production City. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. First and foremost, i would like to thank the staff especially Mr. Muneeb who did an exceptional job in making our stay pleasant. He made our evening extra special. Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart and also i would like to thank the engineering technicians Mr. Dunstan and Mr. Vivek for being helpful. However, what i disliked about the hotel was that the food was not as good as we expected. Also i found hair in my food. The dish was immediately replaced by the restaurant manager with a second serving, but still the dish didn't have much flavour.Later, that ordered a pinacolada mocktail at their Mcgetten pub but the drink had a weird taste of spoiled milk. Overall, i stay was really good and the room is excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Production City Dubai and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! And the staff was exceptional in every way. A special thanks to Manager- Muneeb and his team Mr.Moe and Mr.Hamdi for going above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Thier professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made a significant difference in my experience. I truly appreciate their hospitality. The facilities were top notch and everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future

"Kai Moe** – this diligent employee, I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly, made our stay at the hotel more than just excellent. From the very warm welcome with a wide smile to providing additional services to us, even without being asked. Whenever we requested something, she would provide extra items, making us fully satisfied with our experience. I can't describe how kind this employee is; I have never encountered someone like her before. My husband and I are accustomed to staying at global hotels, but we’ve never found service like hers, which made the hotel stand out in a unique way. I wish her the best, she truly deserves more."

Suit room is very spacious. All spaces were comfortable enough. However, absence of door between bathroom and bedroom feels like a strange constructive solution. Great sound proofing, great climate control and ventilation. Staff was superb, super caring and helpful, thanks to receptionist Khin and room keeper Eshani. Jacuzzi at rooftop is superb. Mcgettigans pub in the hotel is really great, good for breakfast and hangouts!

Bathroom and bedroom comprise one space with no door; Bar at swimming pool was not working. Music there was sometimes loud, sometimes absent. Water in pool is not cooled enough in summer monthes, but Jacuzzi at pool was really great and had cool water. Breakfast was modest, and it was pretty hot in the main restaurant. But Mcgettigans pub really helped!

Really friendly staff, clean, well furnished rooms, great deal. The Library working space is excellent as was McGettigans. The best Sunday roast and Irish breakfast we’ve had in Dubai and the live entertainment on Thursday night was superb!

Valet parking would have been useful. Also no room service which was a minor disappointment. Service wasn’t great in Champions bar, we had to ask for the special food menu, it should have been given when we sat down. Aldi we ordered drinks that we thought were included in happy hour only to be told at the end that it only applied to beer! Again, a menu showing this would have been useful, but after complaining we were offered 20% off the other drinks. We went to the cafe and sat there for twenty minutes without anyone showing up. It looks like you have to phone them for service which is odd.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Vidya, Moe, Vhanesa, Dey, and Hamdi. Each of them went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. They were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, always making sure every detail was taken care of. Their hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere and truly reflected the Marriott standard of excellence. Thanks to their efforts, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back again.
