Beautiful hotel, amazing buffet restaurant! Lovely friendly staff.

The towel bandits are here in force! If you get to the pool area after 8:30am, there is no chance of a sunbed. It seems it’s the British who are the culprits here! So, we never swam in the pool. The beach is lovely though. Although, again, if you dare to have a lie in (and actually relax) you won’t get a sunbed there either. In some hotels around the world, if towels are left for more than an hour, they are removed. What a pity there is no enforcement here.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, their attentiveness really stands out from other hotels. Credits to Masud and Ayas who dealt with my complaint professionally. They both carefully listened to my complaint, came to see the room and took pictures of the issues raised. By the morning they changed my room to a very nice room, upgraded free of charge. They even put up a flower display for my wife and baby, which they loved! Thank you Masud and Ayas...you made a horrible initial experience into a very positive one!

When I initially raised a complaint about my room being dusty the night manager Asif completely disregarded my concerns. In essence saying I got what I paid for I could not believe what he said! I was ready to walk!

The “royal” style of the hotel is very cozy. The room we got was huge and well equipped. We also very appreciate that we got the room earlier. Infinity pool has spectacular sunset with the Marina skyline background.

The Lazy river is our of order without any previous notice (already for some time as you can see in other reviews) which is a scam on guests as we were deciding between nh hotel and Dukes and chose Dukes for the lazy river which didn’t work. The sunbrellas and sunbeds on the beach are in terrible condition. The hotel feels more like four star with it’s amenity. I would honestly go for even lower overall for that lazy river scam but we appreciate the room upgrade we got.

The team at this absolutely gorgeous hotel were outstanding. We were treated like royalty! They honestly could not have done anything more for us. Everything was luxurious, so clean and so comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was amazing! The hotel has its own private beach, an infinity pool, an indoor pool and a gym. They have everything a family, a couple, a group of friends, or seniors could wish for. They gave us great advice on trips and, simply, took care to our every need (as well as things we didn’t know we needed). I would give this hotel my highest recommendation!

This hotel is perfect

This hotel and the experience exceeded any possible expectations and more. Particularly the staff in every department went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We even extended our stay from 7 days to 15. And we will be coming back very soon.

There was not one thing that we didn’t like.

What upset me were the lifeguards at the swimming pool, as my son accidentally fell into the river on his face and blood bled from his mouth, so I called them to provide first aid, but they gave me a small piece of cotton and told me to take him to the hospital. I went angrily to the reception department and expressed my dissatisfaction with the lifeguards’ inability to provide first aid. Fortunately, as a family, we all have first aid courses and were able to stop the bleeding. My message to the hotel management is that you must train paramedics capable of dealing with emergency situations.

Checking in was fast and with good room on 17 floor but we were expecting more info to get from the agent (about facilities). For example to have an option for breakfast on 15floor (which was recommended by Linn during our dinner because of nice view). The products in the washroom was ELEMIS brand. We watched EURO games in the bar. The cocktails was great and staff were very nice. Facilities (beach/infinity pool with Marina View/Lazy River) recommended for couples, family. Food was nice and the staff were friendly. We met Linn during dinner and he was very friendly with us and explained more info about the hotel than we get from agent during check in))

Maybe renovate a furniture (in our room chair was not so nice).

The hotel it’s self it very nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are good, breakfast has a large choice of food available.

The place is full of British people who look like they should be at an all inclusive in Marbella. No respect for the country they are in wondering around half naked.

The staff made this property 5 stars especially James, Stephen (the door man) and Elima, Aung, Pyae and Priya (in the breakfast room/restaurant). The breakfast and pools were fabulous.

The lifts is so slow. The man on reception named Akram was not the most helpful. If you are going as 4 adults, my advice would be book 2 rooms instead of an apartment.

Clean hotel & rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels & water, really friendly & helpful staff (reception, pool area, security & restaurant staff - they were all lovely!) easy check in & check out process, great views from the swimming pool & gym, gym is open 24/7, good temperature of pool, the lazy river was lovely & relaxing, sun beds always available as well as parasols, delicious & varied food at all meal times, Kyber Indian restaurant was delicious! Shopping mall opposite hotel which had Waitrose, coffee shops etc which was handy & only 30 mins in a Uber to the Dubai Mall & Burj (always easy getting an Uber!)

Expensive drinks from the pool bar (£12 for two very average coffee’s!), toilets by the pool felt dirty & didn’t match the decor of the rest of the hotel, air con didn’t go below 21 degrees in our room (1112) & on the Saturday lunchtime we weren’t allowed to sit outside for lunch due to an event going on which was a shame as inside was very warm which wasn’t ideal with a young baby & it felt like the event was prioritised over hotel guests!
