I stayed here for 2 night in 2 bed rooms apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. In general the hotel is nice and has many facilities like mini market, pharmacy, ATM, and rental car office. I haven't the chance to check the rest of the facilities as i was busy almost all the day. Location of the hotel is far from Dubai downtown but it's near from Global Village, Dubai Parks and IMG World Parks. Staff were helpful and the price considered very good compared to what you get.

The property was excellent

I don’t like to wait 50 minutes for just to check in the hotel. The lady who was in reception wasted alot of time to answer I’ll relevant questions of the guest who was in the queue.

The breakfast was very good and varied, the staff was very nice and friendly. Especially Ms Soe, Ms Priyanka, Ms thet, were very helpful and enjoyed talking to us in Hindi, English and japanese. Also the ladies working in the souvenir shop and cafeteria were really smiley and ready for a friendly chat. They lady in cafeteria area help me to understand how order the food in the room. Very helpful especially because I was hungry. For the massage, Ms Puna ( specialist in Thai massage) was very good and professional. Also, her others colleagues (sorry but I don't remember their names) were very good.

Room service was not provided on the first days, but it was quickly solved by speaking at the reception desk.

Got free upgrade to Executive Suite which was very good; spacious and comfortable. Separate living area with comfortable chairs. Hotel location is good if you have your own car or staying with a group with pre arranged transportation. City Center is also nearby, 5-7 min walking distance. Staff is courteous and professional. Overall a good experience.

Lighting in the master bed needs to be improved, it is very dim. Master bedroom bed was combined using two single beds which was quite visible as soon as one enters in the room. May be housekeeping team can do so magic to cover that area with linen so guest gets a look of full kind bed.

Great property, the room is very spacious and clean, great view, and excellent services starting with the front desk where they made me feel at home with their sweet smile and greeting, very professional and made my checking as easy and fast as possible and told me about the restaurant, spa, pool. I want to thank especially Moe, jury at the front desk for their great services and hospitality also I want to thank Samtosh for his excellent knowledge of the hotel and the area around and of course for his excellent service. Great hotels

The most important advantage of this hotel is the value for money. The staff were exceptionally good at the front desk, housekeeping, bars, pool staff, and the concierge. The hotel receives packages from all over the world for its customers, with ample storage sites and an accurate logbook to find your stuff. This is the main reason I chose the hotel/apartment for my stay over apartments elsewhere, which had only one staff member in the lobby and could not receive packages unless you were physically available. The apartment was capacious. It had all the necessary stuff, although I had seen better kitchenware in other apartments in Dubai. There is daily housekeeping as well. There is plenty of complimentary water replenished daily. There is an open area near the pool and beside the sports bar. You may use this area to bring your food and drinks. Or you may opt to order from the numerous in-house bars and restaurants. The facility has a 24-hour pharmacy, a small market, and different shops and services that will keep you inside if you want. Across the street is a gas station with a Domino's pizza and a small branch of the French supermarket Jean. The park is beneath your apartment and accessible directly by the elevator from your door. There is a sizeable nearby mall and plenty of hypermarkets.

The apartment lacked electricity outlets. There is only one outlet in the reception area and none in the bedrooms. It is a good idea to bring your electricity extension cable, hook it up to the microwave outlet, and send it almost 7 meters to the dining table area. The kitchenware was minimalistic. I bought a dish rak because the sink had nowhere to drip dry your dishes or utensils. It was very cheap but it was inconvenient to go out and buy it. The hotel is on the west side of Dubai, a little far from the Dubai Mall and downtown if this is your primary destination. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is not a regular one and depends on how many people want to go to the Dubai Mall or a nearby mall.

The staff were wonderful, especially the Receptionist who checked me in I think her name ( gaofram )

My stay at the Vintage Grand Hotel Dubai was very enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel combines classic elegance with modern comfort, and my room was clean and well-designed. Special thanks to Mr. SANTOSH and Mr. BABU, who provided attentive service and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, I’d recommend the Vintage Grand Hotel Dubai as a solid choice for anyone visiting the city.

Unfortunately, the pool was in the shade because it was surrounded by the buildings. Alternatively, they offered a free shuttle to Jumeirah Beach every day. 🌞
