New, clean, well served, nice and kind staff, warmed swimming pool and restaurants offering inside the hotel

Beach offering was a sales charade

The hotel it has a fresh look,it has great facilities like the pool and shuttle to Soluna beach.The staff was very friendly and nice.They helped us with every demand we had with the smile on their face.The rooms.was spacious and confortable,the king bed its the king.

The location its in a bad area,its not the hotel's fault but it need to be mentioned.30 min with taxi from all the main atractions from Dubai(burj khalifa,etc)..The whole area its in construction.I think in 3-4 years it will be better.In the beggining we stayed on the 28th floor wich was very laud in the night beacouse of the night club from upstairs.From 10 pm untill 2am it was a disaster.We moved after 4 enoyng nights on a diferent floor.

The bar upstairs is horrible. Staff very slow service and 3 staff and 3 tables to serve waited 15 minutes for a drink when ordered. Overpriced drinks, lacks atmosphere. Also it had rained and shutters to outdoor area closed- all other customers vaping and smoking. Another annoying feature of this hotel is taxi services are ‘comfort’ type and no meters plus 3 times the cost and look for cash payment. Hotel should be able to call a Careem, Hala taxi for its customers. ATM was out of order x 5 days and we reported it twice, had to go to Five hotel to access ATM.

Great value for the price. This is a newer hotel in the business district of Dubai. The facilities (pool terrace & bar), room (super comfy & modern) and attention of the staff exceeded my expectations. There was also a free shuttle that offered pickup and drop off at many areas around the city, including free access to a beach club at one of the resorts on the Palm. I'd definitely stay here again.

Please note, you are about a 30 minute drive from the Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. However, there is a free shuttle provided to many areas around the city and the Dubai Taxi Service is relatively inexpensive (much less than what you would pay in any other major city, i.e. London, New York, etc.)

The layout of the room, the cleanliness

The cutlery was really scuffed and old it looked like lead rather than silver - zero shine. Same with the glassware - the plastic cups that they offered with ice for soft drinks were translucent because they were so scratched. The lighting and electrical outlet options were limited in room. There was no vertical mirror so you couldn’t see what you looked like below waist level. The towel offering in the room were blue beach towels as used by the pool- it’s a little unsavoury. Regular white towels should be used. In room dining menu was limited.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious with all necessery anemnities. With the shuttle bus one could reach the Palm Jumeira beach as well as the center very comfortably.

To use the shuttle bus services the system was a bit complicated, however all functioned well. The music at the poolside was loud at all times, I guess, to compensate the ongoing consturction works.

From start to finish, I could not fault the hospitality of the staff who worked at the hotel. Checking in was quick and easy, our bags were taken to our room, the room was a good size and was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, because there was so much to choose from. The location of the hotel, for us, was fine because we hired a car and drove to the places we wanted to visit. Taxis did seem to always be available for the guests outside. Most places were within 20 mins of the hotel (30mins in peak traffic later in the evening). The pool area was lovely and what I personally liked was how the employees would help you find a suitable lounger and put the towels and cushion down for you. It can get pretty busy around the pool but they always managed to assist people and brought out more beds (if they had them) for people without one. The way the staff interacted with guests was 10/10 no matter what task they were doing. We had the best experience there and would recommended this hotel to others.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was gorgeous inside. The valet staff and hotel staff were attentive and friendly. We were always greeted with smiles.

The breakfast buffet could have had more variety. We stayed for a week and it was the same foods every day. That was the only complaint.

A visually beautiful hotel, amazing staff who were so helpful and polite, especially the valets. A good location with a nice view, not too far from downtown Dubai.

Unfortunately on floor 23, we was close to the loud music on floor 27, this was often played until quite late and could hear it in our room. Also, the hotel room walls must be quite thin as we could hear the 2 girls in the room next to us talking. One morning we woke up to her the girl next door having loud sex, this really ruined my stay. Obviously no thought of the staff but you’d assume a decent hotel would have sound proofing or thicker walls. Also, there was building work going on most nights and early mornings which was quite loud but i’d rather hear that than other guests!!

First of all , There was some writings on shower glass , appeared through the steam of warm water when we took a shower. That means the (house keepers) didn't wash out the shower glass . Second of all , we felt like we were in a (Night Club) with all the non proper dress code .. We saw a lot of hotel guests specially (women) wearing clothes that reveals their body more than it covers..!! It is supposed to be a decent place not a (Night Club). setting up a respectful dress code would show the respect to our Emirati Culture and our Islamic consepts. This is the United Arab Emirates, an Islamic country that respects all religions , and it has her respectful dress code, which nudity isn't part of.
