I loved the community feel that the hotel provided (and this was anywhere from the staff to the guests that were staying as well!). I could only describe my stay as having been a combination of sophistication and trendiness, mixed with kind hospitality and friendliness. I will definitely be repeating my stay! Bravo Adagio staff for leaving such a lovely impression!

I had some trouble with the air conditioning in my room, and the water heater levels in my shower. The issue should have been resolved, but after a few times of raising my complaints, it was still not resolved by the time of my checkout. I believe I may have been in a faulty room perhaps, because none of the other guests I spoke with experienced a similar problem. But I won't be discouraged from repeating my stay, I will just be better prepared to my the right request upon check-in.

We stayed via booking first 6 days and then for another 2 months directly through the sales team of Adagio and it was a super pleasant experience, one of the best values for money if you are staying for long in Dubai. It’s a fresh, newly built set of buildings with Adagio, Novotel and Movenpick as part of the ecosystem. Great staff, facilities (great gym, sauna, hamam), lots of cafes and multiple swimming pools (my wife enjoyed a special health center with a pool and a gym available only for women, at the top floor with a fascinating view). If you are staying for long you can easily go to a local restaurant or cafe, or order food delivery with one of the Dubai apps. Special thanks to lovely staff: Juniarta from cafe and pool, Karthik and Albin from housekeeping and to be honest — everybody we were communicating with throughout these 2 months. We loved it.

Everything was great. May be after a long hot bath in the apartment the level of humidity goes too high and it gets harder to close doors in the bathroom, but it’s a small thing which disappears after a few hours.

The room was clean and the studio has more than enough kitchen utensils that we need. The kids enjoyed the waterparks with the best team of lifeguards who keeps everybody safe.

There was an one adult pool that they won't allow to use. We need to go to the other side to use the other adult pool. The small pool for adults near the waterpark they turn into cement instead of making it useful for fun.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but this was really next level. The staff was truly AMAZING, everything we needed was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with plenty of choices. Cute pool where you can eat and drink, and the gym has pool view. The gym is small but well equipped. Everyone was so nice. The room was always clean. Oh and they upgraded our room for free as well. Pretty nice view at night. I think every room has a balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only bad thing was it’s location. You need to drive for about 10 minutes to get to the closest metro station. So if you’re gonna stay here, you should definitely rent a car. You can use taxis, but if you move around places a lot, you’re gonna pay a lot.

Spacious appartement, friendly staff.

Proper bedding (duvet + pillows) for sofa bed (staying with 2 adults + 2 kids in deluxe 1 bedroom app) was only provided after complaining. Initially only a fleece blanket was given. Sofa bed is also very uncomfortable, rock hard, not really suitable to sleep comfortably on. The appartement is not really for 4 people (only two water glasses etc)

i like the stuff the are so kind specially ms pampha,alaa,mohit and mr marwan they gave us excellent service and the hotel is also very clean and the room was nice

It is totally a new one. The space design is reasonable. The room facilities just meet your need. The pools are always clean. It is wise they separate the kids pool. The staffs of the reception and F floor are all kind and friendly. Breakfast is good as a 4-star. The fresh vegetable of salad bar are fresh, and it shows all organic on their website.

The facilities in the gym are new and good quality. I advice to add a barbell bar or trap bar at least. If they can add a Magnum VKR w/ Chin, it would be perfect. The housekeeper response in time, but how they cleaned the dishes after floor with the same piece rag?? Btw, you can still smell the new renovation especially in the lobby and the Studio room.

My toilet kept running, sink drain was slightly clogged, the tv remote was missing the back piece, so the batteries kept falling out

I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service I really appreciate the attention from the Housekeeping team and specially “RASHID” the Housekeeping attendant .

Its my second time i visit here in 2 months and i always extended my booking.
