First of all I liked the hotel location. Not far from the metro station and food restaurants. You can travel to both directions, old and new Dubai. The staff are professionally qualified to help customers. The rooms service employees are very friendly and helpful. For me, the first contact with the check-in staff made us felt valued and comfortable. Simeon, if I can remember his name and after that the room service Sai, made my room very comfortable and clean. I can't remember the other names of those who were cleaning my room during my stay. Well done for everything that made my staff great. Thank you for the services.

The only thing I didn't like was SAADI Travel & tourism. We enquired for the Dubai City bus tour and suggested that we take a private car instead. We paid a lot of money and we didn't use the bus itinerary and didn't go where the Dubai City bus tour usually goes. The driver had English difficulties to communicate. Four of us were very disappointed and the agent started to avoid us till when we left. For other attractions, we did ourselves using the QR code in our room.

I recently stayed at Media Rotana and had a very nice experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were very good, especially the birthday cake. The location was convenient, and everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Hotel and great staff, location perfect for many areas of Dubai. Courtesy bus available to Malls and Beach”s. Stayed many times here and will be back again in the future.

Really lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Large rooms that are very comfortable. I did not hear the neighbors next door which is a rarity now and suggests that the sound proofing is good. Great parking available. Well appointed lobby and lots of facilities.

The noise from the terrace can be annoying (ongoing until 2 am) but the check in staff moved me to a higher room to get away from the noise. That was appreciated. There is a nightclub too so be wary where your room is. I was on the other side. The terrace is lovely but it is still far too warm to sit out there.

The property is a bit older but still serves its purpose and no complains. I am very happy to always come back

The friendlyness of the service stuff wins over their very slow service itself. Especially the terrace bar served my Shisha within two minutes and it took around 25 min for the drink. It was quite empty and they just forgot until I reminded them. I give you everywhere full stars because I really enjoy being your guest but that has to improve. Exemption: Ms Roaa from the reception checked me in now the second time after my last visit and she always does an extraordinary and very welcoming service. Including a friendly and successful way to upsell further services like breakfast.

Everything. Customer service is the best for everything. I am a returning customer many times and my last time was walking in Friday when it was fully booked. Customer service helped me finding a room when I needed urgent cause my flight was cancelled. Clean hotel room service responded to you right away. Guys helped me closing my luggage when I am having back pain and can’t do it by myself. If I would come back to Dubai, I would not doubt to book again in this hotel. I would like to thank front desk for everything.

I loved the breakfast that realy suprise me every day and I have a special bond with Pregos pitza and pasta and thire burrata is amazing. The swimming pool is realy enjoible with the beutiful lady's and people that always smiles and enjoy the sun and the servise around it is amazing they have realy changed the attitude of this hotel to top notch. The lobby is my favorite place to be and it's a open area that everyone sees everyone and the ladies my God is crazy beutiful and always willing to talk and makes you feel comfortable to the max. If you consider another hotel becuse of any reason you need to atleast try this once so you have a idea how a hotel should be and high your standard without costing an arm or a leg. The Prego's restaurant is incredibly convenient with perfect pricing, making it worth every visit. We dine there daily and find it more amazing each time. Believe me, this is a magical and wonderful way to spend your time in Dubai.
