Hotel was clean, bright and spacious. Room was bigger than expected with a huge backroom (with sink and large counter), it was great for storing suitcases and preparing light meals or fruits when we didn't feel like going out. There was a seating area and a window that opens up a bit great for fresh air! Very high celling in the room as well and large soaking tub. Staff at reception were attentive and professional. Room service staff was also very attentive, respectful of requests and polite. Well situated we easy access to destination areas. Coming from the west into downtown and busier areas we encountered less traffic (at peak time) which was a plus location wise.

We booked this hotel hoping to enjoy the pool amenities but the interior pool water was freezing cold! Otherwise the pool area was nice, clean and well decorated. Also, the ''breakfest buffet'' at the restaurant in the hotel at 25aed per person, was really sad. Leftovers of curry chicken noodles, poatato fried balls, and cold sausage, sandwich bread (not toasted) with peanut butter and jam, watermelon and oranges I think, some juice, 2 cereals and coffee is Nescafe powder. Oh and hard boiled egg. Keep in mind the restaurant is a chinese hotpot, so breakfest is not their speciality; staff was kind though!

Everyone is polite and friendly, and the guys at the lobby open and close the door. Indian and African are nice, the housekeeping is nice and courteous, and the reception is more than perfect—Ahmed from Sudan was at the reception. Everything was perfect, I was worried a bit about that hotel as its Chinese only, but all are ok, I booked my next trip at same hotel already . the location near by metro but quite fare from middle of Dubai, for me that is ok

dining room service is not available but wasn't big issue as long as I order delivery food

The staff are warm and hospitable, providing exceptional service. The receptionist went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite in celebration of our anniversary—a thoughtful gesture. The suite was spacious, spotless, and featured a comfortable bed along with a large, clean bathroom. The internet speed was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was well-maintained and easily accessible, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Peony Hotel for its excellent value for money!

Clean, silent, and peaceful. The one-bedroom apartment was immaculate and provided a serene environment, perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, making the process hassle-free. Ample parking space was available, which added to the convenience. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The pool was not heated and felt very cold, making it uncomfortable to use.

I am speechless to say the facilities were awesome and prices was good I feel so comfortable to stay and I really appreciate specially reception staff Mr abuzar he is great man he know how to do hospitality I been Atlantis hotel and saw them how the speak but abuzar doing great job thanks for everything imran khan guest of 434 room

Toilet flash is not working properly hot water issue🙂check out time asking extra charge because of small bedsheets stain its normal..than I request to receptionist he is so kind thanks other everything is fine🙂

The hotel corresponds to all its 4 stars, in fact, very comfortable and spacious rooms, the staff is friendly and responds to requests quickly. I felt comfortable here and personally I will gladly stay here again. If you have a car, the distance is not a problem . Gym not so big but for fitness time more than enough and swimming pool is available

I like the place of the hotel it's too quiet and far of hotels that provide disco . Staff are helpful. I hope the owners decrease the price for coming again.

Breakfast should provide a many kind of national breakfast, because the hotel only provide a Chinese food.

2* staff in reception. Not very helpful... Full of attitude in special the Chinese lady... the swimming pool is indoor... the hotel was bit far for metro 🚇 20 min walk, for me was very good, to be honest...
