I had stayed at two different hotels before booking this place. At first, I was skeptical because it was newly listed with zero reviews. I checked out their website to ensure it was a legitimate place, then proceeded with the booking. I’m glad I did because I enjoyed every moment spent there. The hotel is in a great location with a community vibe. There’s a Spinneys shop within walking distance, and the metro is also just in front. Literally every person I met was welcoming and kind, from the security personnel to the room service staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a refreshing style. They have all the essentials you’d need and truly feel like home. The front desk team is exceptionally attentive and caring, I needed an adapter for my laptop charger, and they provided a new one within minutes. They also moved me to a new room immediately after I mentioned that the fridge wasn’t working properly. Special thanks to Bouchra, Alice, Kotebo, Sruthi, Kalkhindra, Sakun, and George for making my stay memorable and showing me what true hospitality feels like. Truly a remarkable team. I wish I had stayed there the whole time I was in Dubai, this will definitely be my top choice from now on.

Incredibly Excellent Hotel!!! The service starting from the Reception is at a Very High Level! Huge Gratitude to Alice, we came with the family, and she upgraded us to a room with a balcony on the dome, where the Light Show was held! My daughter was delighted! The room was very spacious and comfortable! My wife was pleased with the spacious kitchen and bathroom. Next to the Hotel there is a Spienes supermarket, where you can buy ready-made delicious food. Thank you very much Alice, you made our stay at the Hotel as comfortable as possible! We wish you many grateful clients 🫶

EVERYTHING‼️ - Clean - Aesthetically pleasing - 2 toilets - Large bedroom/comfy bed - Nice living area - Nice Kitchen - Every utensil/ appliance in the kitchen is there - Everything you need in the apartment is there! - Lovely Staff, Arwa was very welcoming! - The Valet Guy was soo helpful and nice, (sorry I didn’t get his name) - It even had a gym that’s 24 hours - Swimming pool & bar area - Rooms look exactly how they’re advertised, so no need to for me to add my pictures😂 - Service is just 11/10👏🏾👏🏾

The only thing was the location, it was very far out from the centre.

It was a new hotel that had just opened. There are practically no people in the hotel. We were one of the few.

The staff were wonderful. Especially Bouchra at the front desk. The room is an apartment and expo is a nice carless and peaceful area to walk.

The hotel just opened and the airconditioning couldn't be changed from the super cold default so i just turned it off part of the day. There is noise from the Al Wasl dome and driving to and from expo means lots of winding roads. So it's not quick to get to and from. But it is a peaceful oasis. More restaurants are also needed in the area.

Spent the weekend at Chavel Mansion and the experience was excellent. The room was large and peaceful—perfect for unwinding—despite the view being underwhelming. The joined bed was a bit of a drawback, but comfort wasn’t compromised. Shaded parking added convenience, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. A special thanks to Bushra, whose kindness and attentiveness made my departure truly memorable. It's the little gestures that leave a lasting impression.

The view from the room didn’t offer much, and the bed being two joined singles wasn’t ideal for comfort. It would be great to have more seamless bedding in future stays.

An Incredible Stay at Cheval Maison Expo City! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Cheval Maison Expo City was absolutely incredible! The hotel is so luxurious and beautiful, truly beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Ahmad at reception — he was amazing! So polite, helpful, and patient throughout our stay. Mehedi also assisted us and was equally wonderful. We requested a birthday setup for my son’s 9th birthday, and they went above and beyond! The setup was just perfect and made the celebration unforgettable. Every detail of our stay was taken care of with such care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a high-end, family-friendly experience in Dubai. We will definitely come back again!

The housekeeper was consistently thorough and attentive, ensuring the apartment was always spotless and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I can highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Dubai.
