excellent access to mall and metro bus stop outside excellent ambience indoors felt at home with the moroccan interiors cleanliness levels excellent warm or cold shower - it’s was may - very hot outside - so the cool showers were welcome pool - was great - daughter spend the mornings there - we went out in the evening

Very comfortable room. Slept well. Great location to metro and Ibn Battuta mall. Breakfast is superb.

Room needs renovation. One incident I didn’t find appropriate: As I was checking out, I wanted to take some breakfast to have with me at the airport as I didn’t have enough time before I leave. They limit what you can take to couple of pastries. One of the staff at the reception responded: “you can eat on the plane”. I found that inappropriate response. She didn’t even care to ask how was my stay. I think some of their staff need training in hospitality.

Good price paid. Bit disappointing that hotel had withdrawn shuttle bus option that was main reason for booking this hotel. Also some renovations taking place. However, still had a nice time. Staff friendly and nice pool

The rooms were amazing and just perfect for us. They had everything we needed and were always clean. The staff were also very kind and helpful especially when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they responded with such friendliness and efficiency. The breakfast was also great! There were so many choices, and it was available for a long time, which made our mornings relaxed and enjoyable. The location is fantastic. It's connected to Ibn Battuta Mall, which is a huge mall that has everything you could need, and it's named the same as the hotel, which made things even more convenient. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the Kids’ Club. It was really nice, and our kids loved it. It made the whole experience even more special for our family.

During breakfast, we ordered pancakes for our kids, but they had already gone to the Kids’ Club. When I asked if I could take the plate with me, one of the staff members (I think he was the manager and possibly Indian) said, “I’ll allow it just this time, but not next time.” I felt this was not a polite way to say it, especially since the food was for the kids, and we couldn’t bring it inside the Kids’ Club.

Rooms are really spacious and clean. All what you need tou will find in the room. Toilets and showers are clean. Staff are amazing specially the night and early morning staff at the front door, Reception and manager are amazing specially Su and Israa. Breakfast is incredible, staff are really good there, and the chef is great. They all care and keep.asking if help.required. Cleaning staff are super. Beds are so comfortable. Many facilities, gym, pool, etc I really enjoyed my stay there.

The first 2 rooms I was in, carpets are not in a good condition, but they offered different room. I think after innovation, everything will.be great.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, always quick to respond to our requests. Our room was cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition. They provided complete toiletries, bottled water each day, and even a crib for our baby, which made our stay extra comfortable. The location is a big plus — just a short walk to Ibn Battuta Mall, which is perfect during the summer, and conveniently close to both the bus stop and train station. We really enjoyed the swimming pool — it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were helpful and accommodating, offering a high chair for the baby and attending to our needs with a smile. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the internet fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful and family-friendly stay!

A lovely older Hotel, still very charming. Excellent staff, very kind and professional. Good breakfast something for everyone, also good Coffee. Pool good temperature, yes you can swim laps in this pool which was important for me, I didn't ask but 25m for sure. Ibn Battutta Mall across the road, it is a lovely Mall, worth a visit. Metro, and Buses close by 10 to 15min walk.

One annoying thing was that our room was apparently under the Gym open 24 hours. The people working with weights or dumbbells drop the weights to the floor making so much noise that it wakes you up at night time. I mentioned this, and was offered another room, but as we had ear plugs with us, and only a few more days to stay, we stayed put. Shower pressure good, but prone to sudden temperature change which is uncomfortable when the water is suddenly hot. Hand shower postion not adjustable, meaning you can't use it as a separate shower, because the shower holder only has one postion and that is straight ahead. Also for us the mattress on the bed was to soft, but no big problem.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with a charm. The details of the interior are definitely exceptional - the swimming pool on the top floor is a gem ! Great facilities and very caring/helpful staff. I have enjoyed my stay and this is definitely a place worth to try :-)

Impressive dining hall and foyer, amazing views from rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was very comfortable with great amenities and views. The hotel is located a stone’s throw from the Ibn Battuta mall which had plenty of retail outlets, entertainment and food options. The metro/bus station is also a short walk away for easy access into central Dubai.

The air-con in the room wasn’t cool enough at night, so an extra fan or higher setting for the air-con would have been better. The safe in the room wouldn’t lock shut, so housekeeping did not clean the room and replace the towels/sheets, but we weren’t informed this was the reason until the third day of our stay.

Friendly and welcoming stuff.Fast check in. Good Breakfast-Big variety of Asian, Arabian, European food for Brrakfast.Nice Juices.Fresh Fruits.Floor Manager is always there which is very good for Service. Good Location..Just next to Big Mall with Food court and Suoermarket and Metro station. Rooms big, Mattresses are comfy. Inside beautiful Design, like from Arabian Nights. Very pleasant stay.

Some Rooms have view to nowhere.Windows need cleaning and some dirt and garbage on the roof, seen from mh Room on First Floor. Apart that satisfied with everything.
