Very comfortable room. Slept well. Great location to metro and Ibn Battuta mall. Breakfast is superb.

Room needs renovation. One incident I didn’t find appropriate: As I was checking out, I wanted to take some breakfast to have with me at the airport as I didn’t have enough time before I leave. They limit what you can take to couple of pastries. One of the staff at the reception responded: “you can eat on the plane”. I found that inappropriate response. She didn’t even care to ask how was my stay. I think some of their staff need training in hospitality.

Good price paid. Bit disappointing that hotel had withdrawn shuttle bus option that was main reason for booking this hotel. Also some renovations taking place. However, still had a nice time. Staff friendly and nice pool

The rooms were amazing and just perfect for us. They had everything we needed and were always clean. The staff were also very kind and helpful especially when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they responded with such friendliness and efficiency. The breakfast was also great! There were so many choices, and it was available for a long time, which made our mornings relaxed and enjoyable. The location is fantastic. It's connected to Ibn Battuta Mall, which is a huge mall that has everything you could need, and it's named the same as the hotel, which made things even more convenient. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the Kids’ Club. It was really nice, and our kids loved it. It made the whole experience even more special for our family.

During breakfast, we ordered pancakes for our kids, but they had already gone to the Kids’ Club. When I asked if I could take the plate with me, one of the staff members (I think he was the manager and possibly Indian) said, “I’ll allow it just this time, but not next time.” I felt this was not a polite way to say it, especially since the food was for the kids, and we couldn’t bring it inside the Kids’ Club.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with a charm. The details of the interior are definitely exceptional - the swimming pool on the top floor is a gem ! Great facilities and very caring/helpful staff. I have enjoyed my stay and this is definitely a place worth to try :-)

A lovely older Hotel, still very charming. Excellent staff, very kind and professional. Good breakfast something for everyone, also good Coffee. Pool good temperature, yes you can swim laps in this pool which was important for me, I didn't ask but 25m for sure. Ibn Battutta Mall across the road, it is a lovely Mall, worth a visit. Metro, and Buses close by 10 to 15min walk.

One annoying thing was that our room was apparently under the Gym open 24 hours. The people working with weights or dumbbells drop the weights to the floor making so much noise that it wakes you up at night time. I mentioned this, and was offered another room, but as we had ear plugs with us, and only a few more days to stay, we stayed put. Shower pressure good, but prone to sudden temperature change which is uncomfortable when the water is suddenly hot. Hand shower postion not adjustable, meaning you can't use it as a separate shower, because the shower holder only has one postion and that is straight ahead. Also for us the mattress on the bed was to soft, but no big problem.

Friendly and welcoming stuff.Fast check in. Good Breakfast-Big variety of Asian, Arabian, European food for Brrakfast.Nice Juices.Fresh Fruits.Floor Manager is always there which is very good for Service. Good Location..Just next to Big Mall with Food court and Suoermarket and Metro station. Rooms big, Mattresses are comfy. Inside beautiful Design, like from Arabian Nights. Very pleasant stay.

Some Rooms have view to nowhere.Windows need cleaning and some dirt and garbage on the roof, seen from mh Room on First Floor. Apart that satisfied with everything.

From check in to check out everything was awesome.Chamara and Zaw at reception ensured a smooth check in and I was fortunate enough to be upgraded at no extra cost.Rizwan,Romel and Mizan at concierge are always smiling and ready to help with anything.Breakfast was awesome and Arshad at the egg counter is always smiling and make you feel at home.The food gets better and better,Chef Gari Abdel and his team are doing a sterling job ensuring everything run like clock work.Mr Sampath was always checking up on me, making my experience at the restaurants awesome.Thank you Sir !!! Amr at revo Cafe is always on top of his game making guests comfortable and taking care of their needs. Credit must also go to the cleaning staff as the rooms are always clean and tidy. Overall another awesome experience at Oaks.Well done to the entire team.

Five stars for this hotel are definitely not enough. Fantastic location in terms of communication, close to a large shopping center, metro which you can use to move around the city and between attractions, taxi at the hotel, and also twice a day transport by the hotel staff to the beautiful and peaceful Kate Beach. The service is at your disposal from the very first moments, they help in all matters and treat you exceptionally, wanting to ensure that your stay is at the highest level and for us it was. At the reception, the very nice and helpful Patricia implemented everything. Daily cleaning service / replacement of all towels is 5+ in our case thanks to C. Hon for the wonderful and creative compositions of towels ;). The restaurant and service are definitely at a higher level than we experienced in previous hotels. Very varied dishes, a huge selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat dishes and more, sweets in every form, the list goes on. Fantastic restaurant service and huge thanks for pampering the customer in every respect from the Manager of the Lounge Mr. Bonifar and Mrs. Susan as well as the rest of the staff.

Location: The location was excellent – very convenient and right next to Ibn Battuta Mall, which made shopping and dining really accessible. Also easy to get around with nearby public transport and taxis. Room: The room was comfortable and clean. It had everything needed for a short stay. Nothing luxurious, but it was functional and well-maintained.

Breakfast: The breakfast was just okay. The variety was decent, but the quality of the food and the service could be improved. Some items didn’t feel very fresh, and the service was a bit slow.
