We liked so many things - 1) The location - across from the Metro, bus station to Abu Dhabi and next to huge beautiful global explorer theme Ibn Batuta shopping mall. 2) The excellent cooked breakfast buffet included in room payment which had such high quality ingredients and courteous staff, from cooks to cleaners & security 3) The gorgeous swimming pool with complimentary towels and padded loungers, ambient pool temperature, courteous catering and life guard staff and marvellous views 4) The lobby, with newspapers and magazibes, courteous staff hotel WiFi and complimentary boarding pass printing

We Wonderful stay with outstanding service—staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. had a wonderful stay at the Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta, and one of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Hasnain. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service provided by Jahan from the security team. Jahan was always courteous, attentive, and carried himself with a calm professionalism that made me feel both welcomed and safe. His friendly greetings and genuine concern for guests’ comfort really stood out, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Ameer, also from the security team, deserves high praise for his friendly and approachable nature. He was always quick to offer assistance, whether it was helping with directions or simply checking in with a smile. His positive attitude and attentiveness added a warm touch to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Ben at the reception was outstanding right from the start, handling our check-in with efficiency, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming smile. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and was happy to answer all our questions. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really set the tone for a great stay. Dolly was also a pleasure to interact with throughout our time at the hotel. She was always approachable, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her cheerful attitude and excellent service added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. Everything! This hotel is beautiful, modern and the location is just fabulous! Just next to the metro station, you cross one street only and you are there at the hotel. I felt like I'm in home in this hotel, the personal is great, they are kind and helpful , I never felt so comfortable before! You can feel like you are going to have an amazing holiday just straight way! The cleaning is every day, the pool area is lovely! Breakfast is with nice celection, I found my favourite hummus and vegetables, also the coffee was so good! What more to say, oohh yes! Thank you Avani! You make my 8 days absolutely incredible! I will recomend this hotel to all of my friends! I would like to come back one day again! ❤️

There is nothing to don't like.

This was our second time staying here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. We visited during winter in Ramadan, and once again, our experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our stay even more special. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. As always, transactions were smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I have, is regarding the shower water pressure. If it could be increased, it would make the experience even better. Overall, another great stay, and we look forward to returning again!

I stayed at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel from January 16th to 19th, 2025. While my experience started off with some frustration, the incredible staff completely turned it around and made my stay memorable. Before arriving, I sent two messages via Booking.com on separate occasions and one through Avani's website, but unfortunately, I never received a reply. This lack of communication was disappointing. Additionally, finding the hotel using Garmin GPS and Google Maps was a bit tricky and confusing. However, my frustrations melted away the moment I reached the hotel at around 10 pm. The warm welcome from the staff truly made my day. The gentleman in the black suit standing outside greeted us with a kind smile, Mahmoud took our bags cheerfully, and Shoaib at the front desk, along with his Sri Lankan trainee, completely shifted my perception of Avani. Shoaib was professional, friendly, and accommodating—he truly felt like Avani’s ambassador. During my three-day stay, I consistently noticed the same welcoming and smiling attitude from all staff members. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for their efficiency in clearing plates, their attentiveness, and their constant positivity. Room Quality: The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with room service doing an excellent job. Facilities: Parking, internet, pool, and gym were all available and easily accessible. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. Having Ibn Battuta Mall at the back for last-minute shopping was a huge plus, and the Ibn Battuta metro station right in front of the hotel made getting around Dubai effortless. In conclusion, despite some initial hiccups, my stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel was a great choice. The staff, especially Shoaib, turned what could have been an average experience into an excellent one. Thank you, Avani team, for your hospitality!

Breakfast Buffet: While the inclusion of special Indian dishes was nice, it felt like the options catered more to one group rather than the diverse mix of guests (Arabs, Asians, Europeans, and Americans). The dining area near the pool could benefit from having its access door relocated. It was windy during our stay, and the constant traffic through the central door disrupted our meal, forcing us to move our table. A different entry point might help.

Hotel is next to a big mall, metro station, main bus stop for AbuDhabi / airport and Dubai city lines also next to a carrefour supermarket. Clean, airy and good sized rooms and bright shared areas with big pool. Facilities we used; - poolside breakfast was a good value for the price, classic continental- not too fancy or nothing traditional on the day we had. - free return shuttle to Kite beach, 3-4 times a day. Main thing made our stay definitely great was staff and their kindness. Team was beyond amazing! They made everything so smooth, easy and also fun! Famara from reception; he was great with clear and friendly communication and was fixing issues without we even ask for, we also enjoyed his smiles and kindness each day! Reception/porter who run with us to airport shuttle and helped my luggage last minute (he saved the day- we made it to concert), lady trainee gave us many nice tips about the city and was super friendly and helpful that we loved seeing all of them at the desk every time. From housekeeping to engineering (nice gentleman helped me trying to fix my luggage) to porters, everyone we met were so nice, so kind and made us feel safe and comfortable all the time. Already suggested this hotel to Dubai friends if they want to host their families in the future. PS about location; as first time Dubai visitors, and frequent international travelers, we were in the city for 4/5 days for Coldplay concert so we specifically looked for easy connections to Dubai center, AbuDhabi airport so this location delivered everything we wanted at the door. Metro trip to Burj Khalifa takes about half an hourish, Dubai Marina area, Palm and beachside 1-2 stops and its like every 5 minutes. After midnight we used uber/careem and about 20min driving tops from DIFC area (many nice restaurants were here).

Cold :) No heating option but was provided comfy blankets. Winter visitors, so we weren’t used to AC being on winter throughout to country and felt a bit chilly during the night in everywhere not just in hotel. After seeing how nice was the rest of the staff Shuttle driver could use some more friendly approach but generally trip was okay.

Our stay in Avani Ibn Battuta was great. Our check-in process went smoothly as Ms. Paru has explained everything to us and has given us assurance for any assistance that we will need during our week long stay. The room service or cleaning that they do everyday was very consistent. They don’t hold back on the cleanliness, fresh sheets and towels. Super loved the toiletries too! Check-out process was quick and smooth assisted by Mr. Famara. All in all, staying in Avani Ibn Battuta is highly recommended and we will definitely go back. (Ps-location was top tier)

The only thing is we can hear the other room whenever their conversation is too loud or kids screaming/crying.

Breakfast was basic and didn’t vary much each day.

Any time I was by poolside the bar never seemed to be staffed until late in afternoon.
