I recently stayed at Concord in Dubai, and I was very pleased with my experience. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my booking, which was a bit inconvenient at first. However, the staff handled it professionally and quickly resolved the issue by upgrading my apartment. I truly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I had a really nice stay at this holiday apartment. The location was great close to metro, marina and in a quiet, convenient area. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The place itself was cosy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.

However, I was a bit disappointed that you have to pay extra to get the room cleaned during your stay. I also felt that the overall cleanliness of the room could be improved. A bit more attention to detail would really make a big difference.

Attentive and very friendly staff always available to help and answer any questions. Fully equipped with good swimming pool and gym. Close to the metro.
