It was a good location next to the metro and had pleasant staff. My children (2 boys) were made to feel very comfortable by a waitress named Susma during evening meals. She was very helpful to my vegetarian diet and went above and beyond at meal times. Hint; evening meal is much better than you'd expect of premier inn in the UK, so it's worth considering that when booking the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, the location is amazing, and there is a mall in the building with everything. shopping, supermarket and many restaurant options

the only thing i didn't like is that i couldn't leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours after check out as my flight was later and i wanted to make use of the last houres without having to carry my luggage with me.

Breakfast was top notch and everything was perfect they provided us iron and iron board free of cost and never asked for return until I give them back on my own

The location is good, 2min from the Red line Metro Ibn Batuta and 1min walking from bus station to Abu Dhabi (for ex.). Early check-in is possible for free. A staff is willing to show a room before check in and payment. I can recommend a renovated rooms in the second building, because they have a French windows and new furniture in the light colours. Our room was equipped with all necessary things in accordance to the hotel's pictures. Only if you need to bring your own toiletries: hair conditioner and body lotion. A hairdryer and an iron can be rented for free. A breakfast contains all traditional European meals: eggs in 3 variations, good quality cheese, high quality milk and yogurts, enough seasonal fruits. We were satisfied. Also we have a possibility to order via room service international or local cousins, not very expensive, approximately 60-90 AED for dinner. The hotel has a direct entrance to the Batuta Mall with huge Carrefour and many different kinds of food court restaurants. A good compliment from hotel is free bus to JBR beach at 10 am and return 3 pm every day. We had an excellent experience. Thank you.

great location next to large mall, metro station and bus station. no need for buffet hotel breakfast when you have a large food court in the mall which is easily accessible but it opens at 10am! swimming pool, gym and room as to be expected from Premier Inn hotel. Best feature was the staff: happy and so helpful. Changed towels when asking to make room up and gave new bottles of water each time. Excellent wifi connection and strength.

the AC was noisy, the control didnt seem to make much difference when set to "low". The carpet was stained and in need of replacement. The curtains did not overlap properly and therefore let too much light through, by 5am! Replacing the toilet rolls was missed some days and on a few occasions had to request it from Housekeeping.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent housekeeping service provided by Ms. Sachhu Bhujel during my 15-day stay. She was always punctual, polite, and highly professional. Every day, she cleaned the room with great attention to detail, maintaining hygiene and freshness throughout my stay. Her dedication to her work and respectful behavior made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Employees like Sachhu Bhujel truly reflect the high standards of your hotel. I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding work. She absolutely deserves it. Thank you!

Location, metro and buses accessibility, friendly staff, value for money

Room was a bit dusty. My allergies got triggered, must be the carpet, which is dusty and smelled like dust too 🤧 😔 Could use improvement with the phone directory too, as it is not functional and the numbers are unlisted, especially for housekeeping and reception.

Nice hotel and location. Very convenient to go places using the metro and the local taxis. Good value for money.

Having booked the hotel and arriving there earlier that the check in time I had requested for an early check in which I was ready to pay for too as already communicated with the hotel prior to getting there however, the staff wasnt very informative and kept me waiting from 6am to 12pm waiting for a room despite there being many people checking out. They wouldn't comply. The bath towels were not very clean and I had to call the house keeping to replace them again even having them cleaned the room and replacing them with dirty towels full of stains. All in all a very good hotel and would still recommend it.

We liked the property, it has a mall at second floor and a metro station next to it and also a very good cafe down the road which was quoted reasonable. The buses to Abu Dhabi stop is next to the hotel. It’s far from all the main attractions and takes a long time on the metro to reach the attractions but all of these are on the same red line so if you have patience and willing to stand in a packed metro then you should be fine. If you take taxis from the station or back from attractions at night then it won’t be cheap. The hotel room was decent size for two adults and kids and the hotel staff was very nice. Ibn Battuta mall has a lot of options to eat and also have good shops for shopping and also has carefoour. Hotel has Thai massage option and also booking for all attractions. We booked desert safari through them and was provided good customer service but it was slightly more expensive than what’s available online.

Room was great (view, facilities, comfort). Staff were most cooperative. Cleaning services were very good. Despite hotel location is a bit far from Dubai center the Metro station opposite to hotel provided excellent option to reach most places in Dubai. Hotel is connected with special path to Ibn Battuta mall (which has good options for food and shopping). I have to say that I spent 23 good days at Premiere Inn. Breakfast at hotel was good with good selection of food and drinks.

Location was little far from Dubai Center. Metro station however provided transport to many locations in Dubai. Shuttle service to beach was of really bad quality needs lot of improvement (timing, type of car, and driver)!
