It was a good location next to the metro and had pleasant staff. My children (2 boys) were made to feel very comfortable by a waitress named Susma during evening meals. She was very helpful to my vegetarian diet and went above and beyond at meal times. Hint; evening meal is much better than you'd expect of premier inn in the UK, so it's worth considering that when booking the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, the location is amazing, and there is a mall in the building with everything. shopping, supermarket and many restaurant options

the only thing i didn't like is that i couldn't leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours after check out as my flight was later and i wanted to make use of the last houres without having to carry my luggage with me.

Breakfast was top notch and everything was perfect they provided us iron and iron board free of cost and never asked for return until I give them back on my own

Strategically Great Location, esp if you love accessibility and peace and order. Access to the Mall and Ibn Battuta Metro station while you're guaranteed to be in a location where no traffic, no noise and is away from the city center where chaos thrives. Bfast option is great. Free Car Parking slot is a plus and was never an issue for those who have cars. Hotel Staffs from the Filipina Receptionists to Housekeeping( Pravin) , the roving Ground Guards and the Kitchen F&B staff esp, Maleesha, are hotel's Precious Gem and is worth all the recognition keeping the over all image of Premier Inn Battuta as a Great Hub to spend whatever your purpose is.

Gym Facility can be better

I was extremely happy to find out that they upgraded my room for free. Instead of double room we've got a family room as i was traveling with a child so all of us could have some space. The location is great, just near the metro, bus station and the mall. As we arrived very late from Abu dhabi airport, for us it was super convenient to walk only 50m to the hotel from a bus stop. Fast check in and check out, all personnel in the hotel are always smiling and greeting you, anytime ready to help. If you need a tooth brush or comb you can ask for it at tge reception. Marina walk (JBR) is only 2 stops away by bus number 8. Swimming pool is clean and warm, plenty on sunbeds for all guests, you have even a jacuzzi just next to the pool. They refill water, coffee-tea every day. Carrefour hypermarket is only 10 min walk from the hotel, as well as foodcourt, shops and entertaining. Buffet dinner is available in the hotel for the price 69 dirhams per adult. I definitely reccomend this hotel and will come again for sure.

Big room, very comfortable bed, AC works well, windows can be opened to air the room, ample power outlets available, good WiFi, working mini-fridge and safe, smart TV where you can mirror your phone and watch Netflix for example, recycling bins available, helpful hotel staff and attractive late check-out pricing (50 AED for 3pm and 100 AED for 6pm check-out), 24-hr reception, flexible house-keeping hours, direct indoor access to Ibn Battuta Mall (from 10am-10pm), 2-mins walk to the metro station (indoor or outdoor). Short distance by metro (20 mins) or taxi (10 mins without traffic) to JBR, Marina, and JLT areas. Lively, but not noisy, transport hub right outside the hotel for transport to Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Outlet Village, and Abu Dhabi. Although the hotel doesn't offer a porter service as others noted, but they do have a trolley that guests can use.

I dont know, if I was biased by the reviews I read, but I do think the indoor air quality in the reception and corridors could've been better given that some floors do allow smoking. What would really make the hotel shine would be them removing the carpets in the rooms and making the hotel 100% smoke-free. As others mentioned, if you're interested in exploring Downtown Dubai, then the distance would probably be too much - at least 1 hour by metro or 30 mins without traffic by taxi.

This is our second time at this hotel. It was wonderful, both times. This time, they have welcomed us with a bed with flowers and towels in a form of a birthday cake and a swan. What a wonderful surprise! Thank you! Very good location, 3 min until the red metro line, near the bus station, buses towards other emirates and also local buses. Huge mall and Carrefour, near the hotel (passage towards the mall). Wonderful Customer Service. Very clean! The staff is amazing! From the reception, cleaning, security, kitchen. The location is good, 2min from the Red line Metro Ibn Batuta and 1min walking from bus station to Abu Dhabi (for ex.). Early check-in is possible for free. A staff is willing to show a room before check in and payment. I can recommend a renovated rooms in the second building, because they have a French windows and new furniture in the light colours. Our room was equipped with all necessary things in accordance to the hotel's pictures. Only if you need to bring your own toiletries: hair conditioner and body lotion. A hairdryer and an iron can be rented for free. A breakfast contains all traditional European meals: eggs in 3 variations, good quality cheese, high quality milk and yogurts, enough seasonal fruits. We were satisfied. Also we have a possibility to order via room service international or local cousins, not very expensive, approximately 60-90 AED for dinner. The hotel has a direct entrance to the Batuta Mall with huge Carrefour and many different kinds of food court restaurants. A good compliment from hotel is free bus to JBR beach at 10 am and return 3 pm every day. We had an excellent experience. Thank you.

Yousef at the front desk upgraded my room, indeed a birthday gift to me, and let me stay for an hour because I checked in at 9PM. During the checkout time, I reached reception at 1:25 PM, and the receptionist told me I needed to pay AED 25 for being 30 minutes late. I told him no one is calling us in our room and that there is a penalty for late checkout. He explained that his colleague in the reception was calling our room to inform us, but no one answered until he waived the penalty. The rest of my stay went well :) Still Thankful and worth staying with the best staff :)

The best is so high and the TV is no other English channel option

Every day, she cleaned the room with great attention to detail, maintaining hygiene and freshness throughout my stay.
