Good room, maintained property, friendly staff, prompt attention to address any issues, acknowledged inconvenience if any. Overall staff is well aware, and strive to provide good service. Special mention to Mr. Monjur - Sales Head accommodated date change request and ensured our stay was comfortable. Chelsea Gardens is a Hotel where service is given importance and guest satisfaction matters.

Price was on the higher side, can be attributed to peak season and high demand due to events, However, 15% lower tariff wold have made it a great value for money.

Staffs are really accommodating. Everyone is so welcoming, so respectful and kind. Rooms are always clean, and they attend to your needs faster as they could.

I had a fantastic stay at Chelsea Garden Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — ideal for both relaxation and getting around the city easily, thanks to its great location near the metro. I’d like to give a special thanks to the hotel team — Ms. Gagan, Mr. Girish, and Mr. Ranjit — for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a positive difference and set the tone for a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. I’ll definitely choose Chelsea Garden Hotel again on my next visit to Dubai.

I reserved a triple bed apartment for 3 of us friends. unfortunately one of them couldn't make it and we were 2. when we got to the location we immediately realized how centrally located it was and in a quiet zone although very close to the mall, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants. we were over an hour post check-in time but our room wasn't ready and so since we were now 2 people they offered us another room immediately. it was ample spacious. 2 balconies, 2 bath. we loved it. the open layout kitchen was good.

the couch and kitchen were slightly low on the cleanliness parameters but manageable. the rest of the apartment was perfect

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The room was great size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided water refills on a daily basis and had efficient room cleaning service. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Girish who recommended us for various attraction of the city, he was friendly, attentive, and made our stay extra special with his excellent service. All was very good. Nice hotel, no problems or issues. The service was outstanding. They will help you with whatever is possible, just ask. The location of the hotel best it could be. Great service! Empathetic staff made coming from a long flight very restful. Got some good sleep. I was serviced by Sumit who was very pleasant and easy to communicate with while getting dinner.

The fragrance throughout the hotel was refreshing. The Gym area were very convenient and well maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff at the hotel were very helpful especially at the pool. The location is prime. Metro, Bus, Taxi stations and the massive Garden metro within close proximity. JLT & Marina is just 10 mints drive away. definitely would recommend this hotel in Dubai gateway.
