Good room, maintained property, friendly staff, prompt attention to address any issues, acknowledged inconvenience if any. Overall staff is well aware, and strive to provide good service. Special mention to Mr. Monjur - Sales Head accommodated date change request and ensured our stay was comfortable. Chelsea Gardens is a Hotel where service is given importance and guest satisfaction matters.

Price was on the higher side, can be attributed to peak season and high demand due to events, However, 15% lower tariff wold have made it a great value for money.

I reserved a triple bed apartment for 3 of us friends. unfortunately one of them couldn't make it and we were 2. when we got to the location we immediately realized how centrally located it was and in a quiet zone although very close to the mall, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants. we were over an hour post check-in time but our room wasn't ready and so since we were now 2 people they offered us another room immediately. it was ample spacious. 2 balconies, 2 bath. we loved it. the open layout kitchen was good.

the couch and kitchen were slightly low on the cleanliness parameters but manageable. the rest of the apartment was perfect

A very warm personal welcome by James and his team from the reception, in all questions very helpful during my whole stay. Big room with enough space around the bed, kitchen corner including a big fridge, etc., a washing machine and a big balcony. Good indian (and with parts of an international) breakfast with really fresh orange and melon juice - many thanks to Robin and his team! Have the feeling that all staffs have had even more (since my last visit in August) a smile and a positive attitude when working - thanks again for making my stay again a really good one. Hotel is located in a green area with several shops and restaurant around and a metro station close by. Comfortable beds, silent rooms (even when located to the street side) WiFi is free, gym in good condition with great view from the 6th floor,...

some furnishings are coming a bit into age but still functioning,

The room was clean, bed sheets were clean, the room is like an apartment, you have a washer, a small cooker, fridge, glasses, knifes, spoons, etc... The wifi was good and the room was very wide. we also had a balcony. AC working well. and we even got a free pass for breakfast (thanks James) we also were upgraded to deluxe twin bed room for free.

The fridge was not stable and was making noises. The location is good, but it is somehow far from downtown. So walking a bit for the Bus or train would be best. the location is not touristic, its more residential yet close to Ibn Battuta mall, which is the best mall to visit

It's really difficult what I liked most in the Hotel. Pleasant personality staff with awesome hospitality. I'm afraid that I shud not forget any name of the staff members who really supported me like own family... Names are: First of all Manager who. Upgraded me and understand my problem on the day one when I checked in.... Thank you Gentle man Rio, Suraj, Liban, Sanoj, Technician from Bangladesh forget his name ( who change my apartment bulb) Manzoor, Khushnuma, Asan, Aditya, James, Kamal, Husmaan security , All the security who opened the door at the entrance, All cleaning staff who worked in the off of Suraj, newly appointed girl from Delhi. ( all are really excellent staff members) ... Director Ramesh ji too.. Who really tried for me to extend hotel dates. I'm telling that my words are short for Chelsea Hotel apartment staff and Management Good Management always give good training to their people and actually it's their culture and grateful ness that they trained every day their staff for customers satisfaction... I'm giving this Hotel 10/10 no. Cut off.. 😊 Also giving my blessings to them for their further career... And also. My real thank you goes to Mrs. Khushnuma Ahmed, a super professional young girl that she looks like she always worked as desk attendant and prompt to satisfy every request and needs. Good the green policy of the hotel, I appreciated the bottle less water service and more.. high recommended !!

In my opinion the breakfast need a little more taste of west choice, but anyhow it was good. It's not a reasons to avoid it, I enjoyed it

based on the value/ cost ratio this is a very competitive hotel. Given the availability of kitchenette in the room and gym with proximity to Metri and major shopping mall this is a very good venue.

the room can be cleaner and less smelly. some other occupants are very loud. The rooms need a carpet of some sort just to give a warmer feeling. The ironing board and iron quality need to improve. The TV channel and connect is not good.

The location is near to many supermarkets and the room size is quite big. It has all required equipment because it's a hotel apartment.

Only some miscommunication when we're checked-in, with the front officer, but it's sorted out so it's OK. Looks like the language barrier, don't know also in detail. And the restaurant, it's serving mostly Indian style food for breakfast, not much option if you prefer international breakfast style food.

Huge room with private bathroom and bathtub. The staff is exceptionally polite. The breakfast is really good for the price. The bed was fine although I'd prefer if it was a bit softer.

I tried to contact the hotel to clarify my arrival time but I tried 4 different ways and failed. Anyway, my late check-in was fortunately not a problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, all so wonderful to give us the best experience possible. Duty Manager James was very pleasing, considerate and very approachable in addressing our minor concerns.

The furniture and interior design was quite hard to adjust to like the old curtains and a missing chair with an old microwave but overall great experience
