The service was great, and the size of the rooms were amazing. I also like the balcont views in some of the rooms. I didn't eat breakfast. I usually wake up at noon time. But I also go eat at restaurants near the beach. However, if I did wake up on time I belive that breakfast here would have been great.

I would like for the TV's to be updated. There should be smart TV's and USB available in the rooms. Some rooms have furniture that needs to be updated as well. Some curtains need to be renewed. I like fresh furniture and sheets.

Perfect location with all facilities nearby. Coperative staffs at the front desk who is always ready to respond quick.

Corridor wall paint was peeling off which need to be painted. To be honest the most worst thing is keeping the garbage bags in the common area. Hope the management will take a action on this.

Housekeeping disturbed me in the morning.

Location is favoring proximity to public transport and restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. Staff is courteous and tries to make up to the shortcomings of the hotel to their best.

In adequate facilities which are mentioned while booking, however they are not kept in the room after check-in like utensils, spoons, water drinking glasses, cups, plates, frying pan, water boiling kettle, tea pot, bread toaster, microwave, cloth hangers, clothes iron, Ironing table. Nothing was in the room. We requested and the same was provided by K. Loknadh.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Room is so comfortable and for me very easy to come at all the time also valu for the money.

There is tea coffee is not available in the room. Also washroom wc padle been to rusty. Rest all are very nice....

The location of the property is very good. A 10 minute walk for the nearest metro stop. Plenty of Indian hotels right in front of the stay. The rooms were maintained neatly and the response from the staff was polite in nature

Kettle provided was not working but when informed it was replaced. Wifi coverage is not great in the room we stayed. The signal is strong only at the entrance and kitchen but plvery poor in the bedroom

Cleaning team was excellent in which one Mr Kumar was exceptional 👏. Also, the IT Engineer, one Mr. Sayed was so quick and he was so reliable in his area of works in solving / Helping me.

The team had a very good helping mentality which is so great for a guest.

Location is wonderful and just right for people like us who travel for business. The food options are too good nearby for Indians, specially.

The crockery and utensils in the studio as well as the apartment was not upto the mark. We had to ask for the utensils and water heater, oven , bread toaster, fry pan etc which were to provided when we checked in.

Location, Staff, Quiet Environment

The reception guy was having some attitude problems, but otherwise, everything was amazing.

Location was great. It was conveniently located near metro station. Room size is big and cofortable with wide balcony. Staff has been very co-operative and courteous

Entertainment (TV) - only 3-4 channels available. very few utensils in kitchen so dont expect you can cook a complete meal.
