They over charge the booking by dubbel charge tax and charges for about 30% of the booking price advertised when booking So big surprise when you’re paying at the hotel the reservation of 96 euro becomes 135 euros Vat 5% this normal charge Service charge 10% Cleaning fee 15 aed a night Tourisme fee 7 aed a night Municipally fee 7% So on the end you pay 35% more then advertised on booking .com

Good variant for budget travelling. Room was clean. Nothing special but everything you need it has. Aircon was working without problems. It was a little bit noisy but ok. There is a very good restaurant on a ground floor. It is open 24/7 and has a buffet. Stuff is friendly.

Location. Metro station is a 7 minutes walk from the hotel. But you need to go along the highway. It is not pleasant cos traffic is very intense.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the room was reasonably sized (for 1 person for 1 night), the TV has a few English channels (movies & news), there is free covered parking at the property.

Google Maps gave wrong directions from inside the Free Zone, so it took a few attempts to reach the property.

Very fast check-in and checkout, comfy bed, good sized room, individually controllable lights, clean with private bathroom, 24hr support and restaurant, i.e everything essential for decent living is there

It'd be nice if they increase the number of hangers for clothes, 3 not enough

Two things are perfect: I love to stay on the edge of town when going to Dubai for business. I do business by myself, so the quiet and cozy small rooms are perfect. The rooms also seem to be well maintained and everything is in good condition.

I can think of nothing else that I usually need for a single person stay.

The quietness of the place

They didn't put a flat sheet in my bed and I am asthmatic, it's wasn't that comfortable for me because of the too much Ac and without a flat sheet

I like the location, the property was clean, quite and the food was excellent. Customer services was excellent managed to book for me airport taxi on my return very quickly

Orientation for the guests to know breakfast time, if there is any more facilities like gym, spar etc basically there was no orientation for me unless if you ask.

The bed was good but the room was small No noise that was good,

A small room , they say will give 20% but they give one 1% ,the washroom was dirty not clean ,no TV in room showing black and white,so give 20%the cleanliness

Really clean place. Rooms are small but I stayed there because of the price and cleanness

Rooms are small and far from center. But if you have car it is acceptable
