Location was quite convenient for busines at the Expo Center, and also located near several restaurants and markets to buy everyday goods. Breakfast was consistently high quality, and room was clean with everything needed.

The only complaint would be that the noise if staying at the lower levels could be somewhat loud at night depending on how many people were eating/partying at the restaurant, so you might want to request a room in a higher floor.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park — the service was excellent and the staff really made me feel at home. A big thank you to Basim, Chamander, and Panny at reception. They were always welcoming, helpful, and professional, making check-in and daily requests smooth and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to be greeted by such kind and attentive people. Also, a shoutout to George and Nitin from the housekeeping team. They did an amazing job keeping my room spotless throughout my stay, always making sure everything was clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude did not go unnoticed. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

Very good location, friendly staff and services are fantastic, restaurant is little costly in my view compare to the other options available around the property. However staff in hotel as well as restaurant are very helpful. The property was easy access for me project location so no issues for that.

I don't think of anything that I didn't like that I have to report, however the restaurant can be improved by the addition of the many other meal options at reasonable cost, there are many restaurants making good business around the property possibly picking what their manes are and what can be adopted to also making cost as reasonable compare to the competition. If I am the hotel management I would have checked how many people eating in compared to how many stayed and make improvements. Just thought.

I always have a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed. The location is convenient and well-connected with a metro station 5 mins away, though it’s a bit removed from central Dubai. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast selection, while decent, lacked variety on some days, which could be repetitive for guests staying multiple nights.

We had a pleasant stay and what I highly appreciate is the TOADS BAR that is inside the hotel which the staff from the bar were all friendly, attentive, professional and accommodating. Even their food is well prepared and sumptuous and scrumptious. Bar is friendly for kids coz smoking is not allowed inside the bar as they have dedicated smoking area. Parking is also great. Staff at the restaurant are all beautiful people.

The toiletries supply - the hotel has a 3 in one body, hair conditioner wash which is not very good at all. No toothbrush and vanity kit supplies but I think you can request for a fee.

Breakfast is good but not great- it has not changed for years, the basics fine; Delta by Marriott nearby has a better breakfast and has a variety of coffees on offer, at no cost! Reception great. Friendly, thank you.

The gym is small with limited equipment, the pool is ok and the hotel location is outside Dubai- Dubai Investments Park/ DIP. 'The Toad' (pub), unlike Al Barsha Premier Inn has declined over the years- the TV (sport) is not aligned to Client needs and no live music evident on a Saturday evening ...the Staff have stopped smiling.

The receprion staff was very welcoming and tried to do their best to meet our needs ( we asked for a quiet room). The first night the next door guests unfortunately were very lound, so we talked to a nice receptionist, Shital, and she was so kind and the next morning she had us move to a nice, quiet room, on the corner.. Thank you dear Shital, was a pleasure meeting you! Our stay was very pleasant and everyone was very kind. The cleaning staff also very kind, respectful and very prompt. Breakfast is nice, fresh, wirh good options, but breakfast area is limited. There is such a big space outdoor which is not utilised due to being too sunny...wish they would just put some shades....would be such a small investment and ppl could enjoy having their bfast on the terrace!

Very small things i would mention: the bathroom is very small. When we stayed there was an add with 20 off on all food and drinks. We ordered and when the room service came they informed us the offer is only for eating in the restaurant. So best maybe to put full info as it was misleading. As mentioned above, the terrace area should have some shades so ppl can have bfast outside. But all these are just minor fixings. We do recommend this hotel as we had a great stay.

Fantastic services throughout that was value for money, breakfast was good too, staff from reception mainly (Joy and Rahul), Breakfast team all of them I only read names of Marco and Robin and all of the team was fantastic. Pool attended and room cleaning was excellent in all aspect to me at least. That is the reason I extended my stay here for an another month due to extension of work as well as facilities offered.
