We moved in on the day of the storm. Booked the room just 20 minutes before arrival. Reception was very quick and helpful and polite. Perhaps the quickest check in I've seen in a hotel. Very clean and comfortable two bedroom, two bath apartment with a functional kitchen. Solid, waterproof facility during rain and storm. Ac/bath/tv/kitchen amenities working perfectly. Room service very attentive and gave us whatever extras we asked for. Location is 10/10 with metro 1 minute walk from the hotel. Taxi line up right in front too. Tons of restaurants to walk to or order online from.

This is a new building with all new facilities as well as metro is right infront. The staff is amazingly good and supported us in every possible way. My special thanks goes to Miss Sharanya from front desk, Mr. Phillip from and Mr. Paind also from the staff. Their service was 10/10.

I liked the location as it was really quite for a relaxed weekend with kids

Since it’s a bit far from malls, I would prefer to have a small store where I can find some grocery items, swimming items for kids and snacks to buy

Location is very well directly in front of the EXPO itself and the EXPO Metro Station. The complete staff, from the reception guys up to the room service & cleaning people, without any exceptions (!), are extremely attentive and friendly. They try to solve nearly every single issue immediately. So their guests are in very good hands. All you need for a useful living you may find in the apartment itself. Additional 23m heated Pool and nice Gym are available too for the guests convenience. Long term rates are available on request.

The Isolation of the walls to the neighbours apartments could be better... anyway its too late to fix that. The A/C sometimes is working a bit too loud...

I have been to many places in Dubai but this is the best one in terms of quality and value for money. The staff at all levels are amazing and professional. They give you the family feel. The place is full of excellent facilities like the gym and the pool which are extra clean. The location is more than perfect where the metro and expo are at your doorstep. I recommended this place to all.my friends..

It's not a complaint but take it as a positive criticism. The kitchen wear is very low quality though it was new.also not too much variety of cooking pans.

If you have a car, as we did, parking is comfortable and easy to access. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and well-distributed. Important to note, if you travel with a person in a wheelchair, the doors are big enough, and the elevator as well. If you want a calm place to stay after enjoying the beauty of Dubai, I highly recommend Expo Apartments.

The Wi-Fi can be a little slow during the afternoon/night hours.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel apartment and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. They were incredibly helpful, providing all the information I needed about the property and local attractions. The room itself was fantastic! It was well-equipped with modern facilities, including a fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedding, and ample space to relax. I particularly loved the large windows that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Whether it was in the morning light or during the golden hour in the evening, the view was absolutely stunning. As for cleanliness, the room was immaculate throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the space, ensuring everything was fresh and spotless. The attention to detail really stood out and made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area!

Excellent service. Everyone from the hotel team was very supportive, including all reception, housekeeping, security, pool staff, etc. The hotel rooms were clean, well maintained, and roomy. The hotel and location were family-friendly. The kitchen included all the items you can think of. The location, although outside the main city, was near Jafza. Metro and bus station were right beside the hotel. Expo village was also nearby and offered a few family entertainments. Will definitely stay again.

Every few days, there was a pungent smell in the area at night for some time, possibly due to the waste treatment plant nearby. As long as windows are kept close during this period, rooms don't stink up.
