Room size and light are very comforting here, most of the staff are nice. Room service and housekeeping are very good. There are grocery, restaurant and hospitals nearby. Hotel gym and swimming pool are very good.

Laundry is not cheap, mattress is kind of not comforting, TV channels are limited, breakfast buffet is not variant. Vibrations from night club is shaking the furniture (bed) when they play loud music. Shower mixer is very tricky difficult to set it to worm water, little slide to left makes it too much hot, if you swing little bit other direction it is cold.

The staff were friendly, and always around especially in the lobby and the breakfast restaurant.

There was minor inconsistencies, such as toothbrush being taken away and no replacement. The table was cleaned but not all the garbage was taken out all the time. The shower initially did not work, the room key stopped working the day before I was to check out. The staff in the Freddys was not always "on the ball". Requests ignored, even customers ignored except the ones they were friendly with.

The receptionists were so flexible and helpful so much and so kind and respectful. also the restaurant staff like Coumar , i like the brakefast, i like how they clean the rooms every single day. I like how there is no insects.

Always tha room halls are dark and no light and this so unacceptable , some times i had to touch the wall . Instead of have one big bed they but to separate bed bags together and that was so annoying and unacceptable.

The location is the best if you are visiting Expo2020 venues. Only a few meters from the metro station and one stop to the Expo station. Since this station is almost at the end of the metro line, it's mostly empty,so you'll always have a seat. The hotel has upgraded our room from standard to Jr Suite, which was awesome, and we're very grateful for that. All personnel were very nice and friendly. Room cleaning was done daily. Two restaurants I visited were worth it. However, mostly, the food is PanAsian, and there are not too many options around the hotel. But that was OK, since we were kinda ready for it. Room service menu has more western options. So the bottom line, the hotel worthy its money, and I wish them to keep doing the great job at everything!

Fortune park DIP is gifted with very hard working, representable, respectful and professional crew. This crew cannot wait to treat the guests as kings since the moment they entered the reception. Special thanks to my friend Touhami who always make my trips very pleasant by his eager and professionalism That was my fifth time enjoying my trip in Fortune Park DIP and definitely will continue visiting it for many more times. The location is great right next to metro station and the price is great for the stay. The buffet breakfast is great and my daughter liked it very much. We were upgraded to Junior suite and that made our stay very comfortable.

The shower from the tub runs down to the floor and that’s the only down side since the floor gets really wet. Other than this, the hotel is excellent !

Clean rooms, spacious, friendly staff, good price, in room dining was amazing! The items in the room are priced at a reasonable rate. I had a room with noise. The staff took me to a new room and checked if I liked it before assigning it to me. Very polite and professional. Good value, will visit again for sure!

Housekeeping is a bit loud when they work; they need to tune it down. Need more TV channels (like MBC2, MBC ACTION, Natgeo AD) and other free movie TV channels.

The bedroom, its big,spacious and AC works really well which we enjoyed the most. The bed… it’s very comfy but the pillow case are old and the pillow itself it cause neck pain for me, but other than that for us we enjoyed the stay. All is good.

Its not that extremely clean. For me, windows, bedsheet should be always clean. Also the bathtub was a bit small since my boyfriend is a big guy. Also the television was a but old and only works for android users which we did not like.

room was large and comfy, Service uniformly good. Right next to European business centre with coffee, food and a great gym. Metro station within 100 metres of the hotel!

Breakfast was not great with mediocre coffee and ordinary buffet. Swimming pool closed and very small. Gym tiny.

The hotel was a throwback to true hospitality and service from check-in to room service was excellent. (mention to Sanka for his great service with our orders and the bell boy was well). Room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Dubai. Close to the metro- this option was amazing as we went to Expo City in metro in a jiffy.

Some noises can be heard at night possibly from the bar upstairs and pool table as we were on 1st floor.
